Unlike other properties, our bungalow "Minster Chimes" is genuinely located close to the centre of the historic market town of Beverley. It is only 5 minutes’ walk to numerous shops, restaurants and public houses. There are good rail and bus links to Hull (City of Culture 2017), York and the Yorkshire coast. No car required!
Sleeps 4 in two double bedrooms with plenty of storage space. The sunny and spacious kitchen diner faces south with an enclosed pleasant garden area and patio with garden furniture. There is a cosy lounge with a gas fire and a spacious bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Facilities include flat screen TV and DVD, free WiFi, microwave oven, washing machine. A sofa bed in the dining area allows more flexibility in sleeping arrangements.
Free off road parking is available at the front of the property.

If I could say that Morton Lane accommodation in Beverley was really comfortable and it was a pleasure after a long days work knowing that I was going back to something that was home from home and could unwind very easy. The facilities within the home was second to none and all I had to supply was the food. Everything from clean linen, books to read and TV to watch were all at hand. Lastly the location of the bungalow was very handy as we didn't have our own transport so it was 15minutes walking to and from our workplace, 10minutes walking to the train station and a large Tesco was right across the street. Beverley town centre was also only approximately about minutes away.
I would like to thank Graham and yourself for the comfort of your own home, best of wishes and would look forward to returning one day if we ever get another project in the lovely town of Beverley. Adrian"

Ideally situated within 500 metres of the centre of Beverley, and close to the Beverley Westwood, this is a terraced house located in an exclusive Victorian area. Two double bedded rooms upstairs (with an option to add a single bed to one of the rooms).
A house with character and charm, clean and cosy, it is convenient for Beverley's many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Also close to the picturesque Beverley Westwood, a wide expanse of common land for walking and for exercising dogs.

The cosy dining room, next to the galley kitchen, has a log burner and table for 4 people. The lounge has two sofas and a flat screen TV. The downstairs bathroom has a bath with electric shower. Outside at the rear is a sunny, enclosed garden with table and chairs.

This is a pretty, late 19th century, property and does have a typical fairly steep Victorian staircase, which has a handrail. This may make it unsuitable for those with a movement disability and young children, especially since the bathroom is downstairs.
If you let me know in advance what else you would like, then I am sure I can provide it.
As this is the Victorian area of Beverley it has only on street parking which is free after 6pm. In an evening spaces can be at a premium, so guests may have to park in neighbouring streets. Daytime parking is easier, however it is time controlled for non-residents. I can provide a temporary resident permit for unlimited daytime parking for an extra £1 per car per day.

Minster View is a 1 bedroom apartment in central Beverley sleeping 2 - 4 persons. On the first floor, it faces Beverley Minster from the spacious lounge which is well appointed with a double sofa bed, comfortable seating for 4 and providing LCD flat screen smart TV with Freeview, DVD player and CD/radio with iPod dock. There is fibre optic wifi broadband internet provided for guests. The dining area seats 4, for which ample equipment is provided. A beautiful double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe offers views of the Minster and the oldest pub in the East Riding. The family bathroom has a full sized bath with a shower over. A separate kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, cooker, kettle, toaster and coffee machine and is kitted out with all the crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment you would expect. A small library of books, CDs and DVDs is provided, along with a selection of games and plenty of tourist information. The apartment has its own private parking space, invaluable in the centre of town.

Its coastal sites include auk and gannet colonies on cliffs, esturine marshes and superb migration hotspots...It has a great reputation as a great county for sea-watching, rare migrants at the coast and some excellent inland sites too. Bempton Cliffs with its nesting seabirds, Spurn for migrants and Blacktoft with a plethora of waders and wetland species. Moreover, it is one of the best places to try a pelagic in the autumn for skuas and shearwaters.
Bempton Cliffs RSPB Reserve, these high chalk cliffs hold nationally important breeding seabird colonies. Up to 75,000 Kittiwakes provide a spectacular backdrop for large numbers of Common Guillemots, Razorbills and Puffins, as well as one of the only Gannet colonies in mainland Britain.
Blacktoft Sands RSPB Reserve is the best site in the region for Marsh Harrier and Bearded Tit and breeding avocet. Plus there's Flamborough Head, Spurn Point and Hornsea Mere within easy reach.

Arden on Albert is a charming 2-bedroomed townhouse on the doorstep of the beautiful market town of Beverley.
Within easy walking distance of the town centre and the myriad of coffee shops, restaurants and shops, Arden House has all the modern conveniences that will make for a relaxing break in an area that is still a hidden secret in the East Riding of Yorkshire.
There is a very modern kitchen with all modern conveniences, a downstairs shower-room with underfloor heating, a dining area with generous table and a lounge fronting onto the street with comfortable leather couches and Sky TV.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one ensuite, with double beds. There is an array of games and books, and the house comes with free Wifi and good connectivity.
For those who like walking, golfing or horse racing, the Westwood is 200 metres away and offers a wonderful panorama. This truly is a gem of a place.
There is on-street parking which can be challenging during peak hours. There is a parking permit system which is available for one car and local paid parking close by.

Some nights there was party noise audible from The King's Head pub next door, but otherwise the apartment was in a lovely quiet location. At the heart of the main living area you will instantly notice a large and very comfy sofa/sofa bed which is situated behind our up cycled dining table using recycled floorboards and in front of the same recycled wall-to-wall Bookshelves with a plethora of interesting ornaments and books. This area is blessed to have 4 large Sash windows which allow natural light to pour in and bring with it a beautiful ambiance.
The kitchen was designed by a local kitchen supplier and is a fully bespoke, solid wood kitchen finished with stone tops a 6 ring Gas range cooker, a microwave, small barista style coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
This makes for the perfect kitchen for whipping up a home cooked meal if you do not feel like eating out at one of Beverley's fine abundance of eateries.
The First floor Bedroom - This cozy Boutique style bedroom is called “the Safari Room” and is home to a Double Bed, solid wood drawers, reading pendants, floor standing mirror and has its own bathroom. In the Bathroom there is a small utility cupboard that is home to a Washing machine and ironing board. This bedroom and En-suite has been finished to a very high standard and will bring nothing but relaxation when sat in Tub or in the Bedroom.

The loft room bedroom on the 2nd Floor - This unique space is a light contemporary space complete with king size bed, sofa bed and work/living space. With one Velux window and one Dormer window light is allowed to come in from both sides making it feel light and airy. This bedroom has a king Size bed, a sofa bed (Sleeps One) and relaxed seating area. This offers a second living space in front of a smart TV. The Tunnel room has the luxury of a walk in shower room and also a walk in dressing room.
Apartment22 is unlike any other holiday-stay in the area. The level of the renovation was carried out with nothing but pure luxury and decadence in mind.

With no response from VRBO and being stood in the rain after a hard day's work I managed to contact the owner who was really annoyed we were able to book this property as he had requested it removed from the listing he immediately managed to sort us alternative accommodation for that night and actually the remainder of our two weeks but unfortunately this ment some of our group having to stay in separate appartments and change mid way through the stay, after emails and attempts to phone VRBO throughout our stay and no response I'd recommended not bothering with this booking company and take your money elsewhere."

This is a spacious three bedroom Townhouse situated in Beverley (although the 3rd bedroom only has a kids shorty cabin bed). The house has been renovated in February 2022 which offers a contemporary feel with new soft furnishings throughout. There is free parking on site plus ample off street parking. The location of the house is tucked away in a quiet friendly residential area just a 10 minute walk from the Flemingate complex which has a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, cinema etc.

The house comprises of 3 bedrooms, the main double bedroom, twin room, and 3rd bedroom with kids cabin bed (not suitable for an adult) and a family bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, induction hob, kettle & toaster. There is ample cupboard space and all cookware and crockery is provided. The dining area offers an extendable table and chairs to comfortably seat 6 people but 8 as a push and a double sofa bed. Formed when we link the Barn House and Foldyard
The sleeping accommodation is arranged in three different areas each with 2 bedrooms and at least one bathroom. The upper floor of the Barn House has a king sized master with ensuite and a large twin room which can be arranged as either a twin or extra king. The twin room has space for the child's put up bed (at extra cost) and the travel cot is best positioned in either of these first floor rooms. There is a lovely family bathroom on this floor with corner bath and large shower.
On the ground floor of the Barn there are two bedrooms and a wet room. The bedrooms include 1 super king room which can also be configured as a twin bedded room & 1 small twin room. This downstairs bedroom wing has vaulted & beamed ceilings.
The final two bedrooms are in the Foldyard, also on the ground floor there is a superking and a twin room as standard although both of these rooms can be arranged as kings or twins as required. Foldyard has one of our stunning wet rooms fully tiled with travertine. See our floor plan tab.
The living accommodation is spacious - a large sitting room in the Barn and another sitting room in Foldyard - no need to argue about what to watch on the Freesat HD TV's as you have two. The dining table in the Barn will seat 12 and the table in Foldyard is within sight and seats a further 6-8, with the two kitchens being next to each other there is plenty of room for cooking with a range oven and a single oven and even better two dishwashers.
Outside you have the choice of a private courtyard garden or a walled garden with lawn, both have garden furniture.
Whilst not specifically designed for disabled access this cottage has many features that will suit those with limited mobility. There are four downstairs bedrooms, two ground floor wetrooms, 2' 9" wide doorways and hard paving from the parking area to the cottage. We do have a full access statement available.
The two cottages connect via two doors in the kitchen of each cottage, when not open these doors are securely locked (we hold the keys) and extra insulation is placed between to two doors. This ensures your privacy, security and peace and quiet!
We do accept some dogs at the cottages but please ask for details as we have some doggy house rules, there is an additional charge of £40 per dog and a maximum of 2 dogs per booking. You can not book your dogs in via Homeaway as their system will not charge for them - please contact Elaine for a quote.
Please note that the Homeaway system estimates prices for short breaks over 3 nights, best to ask for a price for stays of 4 - 6 nights to ensure that you get the best deal. Also there may be an occasion when the Homeaway price has not transferred through correctly and we may have to adjust the price before accepting a booking request.

Here I have listed a small double bedroom with use of a private bathroom across the corridor.
The room is basic but adequate for a few nights stay .
Pets are welcome but I will need to know in advance as I use different bedding for owners of dog to allow them on the bed .
If you have a pet hair allergy please be aware that there is a resident dog on the premises and therefore pet hair is unavoidable .
There will be a chair, kettle, tv , wardrobe and some drawers available for use in the room during your stay .
Visitors are welcome to use my lounge ,kitchen and conservatory and pop in for a chat with me .
Dogs can be let outside into the enclosed garden or walked up the cul de sac (please clean up after them )
I do travel a lot so the calendar has a lot of unavailable weekend especially during the summer when I go to a lot of festivals . Due to this I do not take pre bookings more than 2 months in advance as I often don't know my own timetable prior to this . Many thanks for your understanding .

My house is in the town centre but in a quiet lane the perfect location for your visit. free parking after 4.00pm till 10.00 am all day on a Sunday, or I can arrange a permit. A light breakfast is provided. Shared large bathroom, lovely garden , large attic bedroom with double bed.
One minute walk to restaurants, bars, shops, and the beautiful Beverley Minster is 5 minutes away.

Beverley is a beautiful Historic market town , packed with bars and amazing restaurants, cinema and a great shopping experience. Everything is on my doorstep.
The bus station is a 5 minute walk and the train station 8 minutes walk.

My home is non-smoking with myself & 1 cat. Quiet cul de sac location. Private parking, secluded garden & Hot tub (extra £5pp cash to cover heating, cleaning & robes). Shared bathroom, Good internet. Key-safe entry, lock & key for room.
The village has a shop/post office 2 pubs,1 serves food on riverbank, open countryside for walks/cycling, garden centre. Approx. 2 miles to Beverley town centre, rail & bus stations leisure centre, cinema, theatre, bars & restaurants & close to the racecourse.
The space
The room is cosy with a 3/4 bed clean bedding and towels, bedside cabinet, Wardrobe, Dressing table/desk with chair. Small table with Tea/Coffee making facilities, mini fridge.
No breakfast facilities but there is a Cherry lane garden centre café just a mile away which serves food from tea and cake to full English breakfast.

There is parking in-front of the house or off street on the drive. Bus routes pass through the village too, along with local taxi firms.
