The main bedroom at Puffins Rest features a king size bed, whilst the second bedroom boasts a single bed, as well as a bunk with two singles. All beds are made using premium bedding to ensure you have the best sleep possible.

Modern and stylish, the family bathroom has a deep freestanding bathtub with a handheld shower hose, as well as a WC and wash basin. The king bedroom has its own ensuite with a shower, WC and basin. Towel rails are also available in both bathrooms.

The Space:
Kittiwake Lodge has a bright and cosy living area with a comfy sofa and large windows flooding the room with light. Fully equipped for self-catering staycations, the kitchen diner has everything you could need to prepare and enjoy meals together.

Outside you’ll find a large balcony with a patio and outdoor seating where you can enjoy alfresco lunches, morning coffees and an evening tipple as the sun goes down. There is also grassed parkland to all sides of the lodge.

The three bedrooms feature premium bedding to ensure you have the best sleep possible. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, the second is a twin, and the third features two large bunk beds which have been specially constructed to accommodate four adults.

Modern and stylish, the family bathroom has a bathtub, overhead shower, WC and wash basin. There is also an ensuite bathroom attached to the king room which has a shower, basin and WC.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

The closest train station to Kittiwake Lodge is a 15-minute drive away in Whitby so villages and towns along the North Yorkshire coast can easily be reached via rail. There’s also a taxi rank in close proximity to the train station.

You can travel via bus easily from Runswick Bay. Hop on the X4 and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Sandsend, Staithes, Saltburn and Whitby.
