The main bedroom at Puffins Rest features a king size bed, whilst the second bedroom boasts a single bed, as well as a bunk with two singles. All beds are made using premium bedding to ensure you have the best sleep possible.

Modern and stylish, the family bathroom has a deep freestanding bathtub with a handheld shower hose, as well as a WC and wash basin. The king bedroom has its own ensuite with a shower, WC and basin. Towel rails are also available in both bathrooms.

The Space:
Kittiwake Lodge has a bright and cosy living area with a comfy sofa and large windows flooding the room with light. Fully equipped for self-catering staycations, the kitchen diner has everything you could need to prepare and enjoy meals together.

Outside you’ll find a large balcony with a patio and outdoor seating where you can enjoy alfresco lunches, morning coffees and an evening tipple as the sun goes down. There is also grassed parkland to all sides of the lodge.

The three bedrooms feature premium bedding to ensure you have the best sleep possible. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, the second is a twin, and the third features two large bunk beds which have been specially constructed to accommodate four adults.

Modern and stylish, the family bathroom has a bathtub, overhead shower, WC and wash basin. There is also an ensuite bathroom attached to the king room which has a shower, basin and WC.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

The space
With your next holiday at Normanby Cottage, wake up every morning and within minutes you can be strolling down the beach, or exploring the pathways that interweave themselves between the cottages in this picturesque village. If you fancy completely chilling out, sit in the window, read a book and watch the world go by from this comfy cottage.
Step inside Normanby Cottage and you have a wonderful snug lounge with a log burner, (please note we do not provide logs for the burner) and a Smart TV, sofas and chairs to relax on. The kitchen is compact and hosts a small hob and oven, fridge with an ice box, pots, pans, crockery & cutlery. Upstairs is a separate toilet and a separate shower room. The master bedroom is a wonderful double bed with good hanging space. Access via the master bedroom to the topper floor via steep stairs is a lovely single bed, with a further small double bed which is under the eaves. (Please note this bedroom is not disabled friendly).

A beautifully restored comfortable and spacious 3 bed Victorian family home in the top village of Runswick Bay, in the North York Moors. The beach is a five minute downhill walk away. The house boasts original features, as well as all modern conveniences and on street parking. Excellent for the Cleveland Way

The space
Our house is a traditional and beautifully renovated Victorian terraced house at the top of Runswick Bay bank. Perfect for families, it features a large sitting room, large dining room with toys and books, well equipped dining kitchen, two comfy double/king bedrooms, one cosy single bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. Both bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the first floor. We’re happy to accept one well behaved pet, as long as they don’t go on any of the furniture.

Guest access
Guests can arrive at any time from 3pm, and we ask you to leave by 10am. Guests will have access to the whole house apart from the box room and loft which we lock for our personal storage. We do leave some of our personal belongings there, we ask that guests replace any food items that they use, and respect our belongings. We will provide bedding for use during the stay but ask that guests bring their own towels. 1 Upgarth Close is on the right hand side of the road behind a hedge, and its parking for one car is just outside. Upgarth Close is a private road. Please do not park additional cars anywhere else on the road or park more than one car - the other residents can get very funny about this! There is more parking close by.

Coastguard Cottage is in a great position for exploring the area and is just a 1 min walk away from our local pub and a 5 min walk away from Runswick Bay beach.
With a large garden and fabulous patio for entertaining, this spacious home is ideal for a family break.

The space
Coastguard Cottage has accommodation over 2 floors and is maintained to a high standard. It features a charming country kitchen with dishwasher, large oven, microwave, lots of crockery, pots and pans.

The spacious lounge and dining area are open plan offering plenty of space for families to gather and a traditional fireplace provides that cosy ambience for chilly evenings. (Safety fireguard in place) TV and WiFi available of course.

Upstairs on the half landing we have a spacious bathroom which overlooks the garden, complete with large bath and separate walk in shower.

Up to the bedrooms, there are 3 rooms - 2 double bedrooms (one has its own shower and sink) and a bunk bed room.

To the rear of the property there is an enclosed garden, patio area with seating and BBQ, a Wendy House and a “springfree” trampoline for the children to play on.
At the front of the house there is parking for 2 medium size cars off street and an EV charge point (charges apply)

Please note we do not allow guests to charge via a standard socket- the EV charge point must be used.

A beautifully renovated former Coastguards cottage situated at the 'top of the bank' in Runswick Bay with an open plan living space, utility & downstairs shower, 2 double rooms, 3rd bedroom with twin beds & house bathroom. Outside a large garden with trampoline and private parking for two cars.

The space
Outside the front of the property there is private parking for 2 cars.
The first floor of the property consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 x king bed, 1 x double bed & 2 single beds with a large bathroom.
The downstairs accommodation is open plan with plenty of seating with log burner, kitchen island and large smart TV. The dining area has patio doors opening directly into the rear garden. Also leading from the kitchen is a downstairs shower room which has direct access from the outside, perfect to wash away all the sand!
To the rear of the property there is a large garden, giving ample space for all the family to enjoy including a large trampoline, football net, hammock, garden seating and gas BBQ.

Guests have access to the whole of the property including parking for two cars at the front and large garden and patio area at the rear.

Other things to note
Number 16 ( nextdoor) do have access across the rear of the property as an alternative access to their garden should they wish.
During the summer months the gardner usually cuts the grass on a Saturday.

2 well behaved dogs are welcome as long as they sleep downstairs in the utility room.

The space
Shell Seekers is a spacious home sleeping up to 8 comfortably. The photos can never do justice to how impressive the balcony and open plan kitchen / dining areas are with occasional seating, formal dining table, furniture on the balcony and those sea views - wow!
In addition to the living space there is a main bedroom with huge ensuite -comprising sink, loo, bath and walk in shower, a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, twin bedroom, bunk bedroom and a house bathroom with shower.
The main bedroom also has a pretty impressive juliette balcony so you can not only lie in bed and look out to sea but you can fling open the doors and listen to it too! Have I managed to convince you to stay?
Oh and there's a super useful bootroom downstairs so when you've been for a walk, you can head straight into the utility and leave your muddy boots out of the way.
