The space
Room 7 is a newly refurbished small double standard room and is located on the top (2nd Floor). The room has a double bed, fridge, tea / coffee making facilities, hairdryer, use of iron and ironing board, wardrobe and includes a flat screen TV with built in DVD player, a selection of films and use of our DVD library. The room has shared shower, separate shared bathroom with toilet (Directly opposite room 7) and a further separate toilet, shared by 3 double / twin rooms and this single room. This room has a lovely view overlooking the Minster Pasture.
Rooms, 6, 7, 8 and 9 are suitable to be let to large groups as there is a separate entrance to the top floor with lock, so a large Family, 2 Adults and 5 + children can easily be accommodated, effectively having their own private bathroom, separate shower and toilets.
Please note that the stairs to the top floor are moderately steep and not recommended for the elderly or infirm.

Room 11 is a nice medium sized twin room with a Bath and shower in the En-Suite (hence superior). The room is quietly located at the rear of the house, on the 1st Floor and has Flat Screen TV with built in DVD player and selection of DVD's. The room has a built in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space, a Fridge, table with chairs, tea and coffee making facilities. There is a view over the rear garden area.
