Some nights there was party noise audible from The King's Head pub next door, but otherwise the apartment was in a lovely quiet location. The living and kitchen space.
This spacious two bedroomed apartment is located on the 1st and 2nd floors of a Georgian property; maintaining it’s original charm. On the first floor, the apartment has a converted open plan living space comprising of living, dining and kitchen area. This space boasts four large wooden sash windows that over look the beautiful North Bar. When staying in the apartment you have access to high end appliances, 2 x Smart TV’s with Netflix and all catch up channels, and WIFI.
At the heart of the main living area you will instantly notice a large and very comfy sofa/sofa bed which is situated behind our up cycled dining table using recycled floorboards and in front of the same recycled wall-to-wall Bookshelves with a plethora of interesting ornaments and books. This area is blessed to have 4 large Sash windows which allow natural light to pour in and bring with it a beautiful ambiance.
The kitchen was designed by a local kitchen supplier and is a fully bespoke, solid wood kitchen finished with stone tops a 6 ring Gas range cooker, a microwave, small barista style coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
This makes for the perfect kitchen for whipping up a home cooked meal if you do not feel like eating out at one of Beverley's fine abundance of eateries.
The First floor Bedroom - This cozy Boutique style bedroom is called “the Safari Room” and is home to a Double Bed, solid wood drawers, reading pendants, floor standing mirror and has its own bathroom. In the Bathroom there is a small utility cupboard that is home to a Washing machine and ironing board. This bedroom and En-suite has been finished to a very high standard and will bring nothing but relaxation when sat in Tub or in the Bedroom.

The loft room bedroom on the 2nd Floor - This unique space is a light contemporary space complete with king size bed, sofa bed and work/living space. With one Velux window and one Dormer window light is allowed to come in from both sides making it feel light and airy. This bedroom has a king Size bed, a sofa bed (Sleeps One) and relaxed seating area. This offers a second living space in front of a smart TV. The Tunnel room has the luxury of a walk in shower room and also a walk in dressing room.
Apartment22 is unlike any other holiday-stay in the area. The level of the renovation was carried out with nothing but pure luxury and decadence in mind.

Morleys Mews is ideally placed for a visit to the Racecourse, a trip to the coast, a day's walking or just strolling the lanes of the town.
