On a street in the very centre of Harrogate, a smartly decorated door opens to reveal a staircase, which leads up to a rather special, stylishly-appointed, two-bedroom apartment. Occupying the first and second floors of this superbly located property, 45a has been expertly designed, sound-proofed and refurbished to create deluxe comfort and tranquillity for up to four guests - with the vibe of this cosmopolitan town’s culture right on the doorstep.
On the first floor is a handy small cloakroom, and a light, airy, open-plan cooking, dining and living space. The kitchen area is equipped with washer/dryer, full-sized dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and combi microwave/oven. Dining is casual at the breakfast bar, or convivial around the table which easily seats four, and the large, enticingly comfy, modular sofa is the perfect spot to unwind in front of the wall-mounted Smart TV, or simply just lounge, relax…
… then retire upstairs for a restful night’s sleep in the luxuriously-appointed second floor bedrooms. The master features a super-king bed – which can be split into twins as required – and an ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, both bedrooms have wall-mounted Smart TVs, and the sumptuously spacious house bathroom contains a free-standing bath tub and twin wash-basins.

Contact and access to property were managed well in the lead up to our arrival, and parking at the near by Jubilee Car Park was easy and if you use the APP not as expensive as it could be. The fit and finish of the property is to the very highest of standards, and probably in the top 5% of properties we have stayed at in the UK or abroad. Beds are very comfortable and excellent bathrooms for both bedrooms. If you want to stay in Harrogate or the North Yorkshire area, then look no further, for top quality and absolute value for money. Thank you for allowing us to visit, it was an absolute pleasure, and we hope to return."

The Space:
New to the holiday home market, this second floor apartment has recently been updated and features fresh white walls and a range of modern fixtures and fittings throughout.
The apartment has a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The area is flooded with light from the four large windows. Walking into this space you enter the dining room which features a round glass dining table with pale blue velvet effect upholstered chairs and an overhanging feature light with copper coloured wiring and edison bulb.
Sitting alongside the dining area you have a fully equipped L-shape matt grey kitchen featuring metallic red appliances. In the kitchen you’ll find a fridge freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and washer/dryer, you have everything you could need for a comfortable break away from home.
The bedroom features a double bed with a hotel style headboard surround and built in bedside shelves. Two small bedside lamps sit symmetrically at either side of the bed which is dressed with fabric cushions featuring patterns of blue, green and grey. In the corner of the room there is a desk come dressing table and wall mirror, perfect for working at or blow-drying your hair.
The en-suite bathroom can be found off the bedroom. Featuring a WC, corner sink and bath with overhead shower. The room is finished with a chrome towel rail, mirrors and a built in shelf, home to some potted greenery.
There is a small separate bathroom off the main hallways which includes a WC and basin.

Beautiful spacious apartment above an art gallery on Pateley Bridge High Street. You enter the property through a covered lobby area which is really useful for drying damp clothing and boots and there is also a bike rack for up to four bikes. The lobby can be locked so provides a secure location to store equipment. The apartment is very comfortably furnished with living room and separate dining room, kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom on the first floor; open stairs to the second floor where you’ll find the king size bedroom, morning room, shower room and terrace with barbecue which overlooks ancient roof tops. There is also the third bedroom which can be a single, twin or super king sized bed. All local amenities, shops and cafes are close by and there are multiple walks of varying distances right from the door. Dogs are welcome! Whilst we prefer that dogs are not to go on to furniture, we do realise that some of our furry visitors may be used to finding the most comfy spots. In this instance, please use the throws in the basket in the dining room to cover the sofas and/or the beds. There are also towels left in the lobby for drying down wet hounds before they come back in. We want you to feel totally at home and in return we just ask you to do us this courtesy. Travel cot and high chair available.

Harlow View is a spacious, well equipped 2 bedroom duplex apartment, sleeping up to 5 people. Ideally located for RHS Harlow Carr, which is approx 10 minutes' walk away and whilst there are shops, cafes and pubs within the immediate vicinity, it is just a 15 minutes' stroll from Harrogate's West Park and town centre. The cosmopolitan Cold Bath Road area with it's delis, pavement cafes and bakeries is also a short walk away.
Ashville College, Harrogate Grammar School and Rossett School are all within 15 minute walk, making it ideal for both short-term and long-term stays.
The garden apartment has been refurbished to great standard and offering spacious accommodation, over the ground floor and lower ground floor levels. There is a large living room with a double sofa bed, master bedroom with a 5ft bed, toilet and kitchen on the ground floor and a large twin bedroom and a house bathroom with corner bath and shower over bath is located on the lower ground floor. Guests have use of a small courtyard garden. Free street parking is available and it is also possible to park a small car in the courtyard.

Upper Swan View is a beautiful one bedroom apartment, located on the first floor of an elegant townhouse in the historic Low Harrogate part of the town. It offers plenty of home comforts and has probably one of the best locations in Harrogate.
The town centre with it's boutiques, antique shops, bars and restaurants; the chic Montpellier Quarter; the Turkish Baths and the famous Bettys Tea Rooms are all just few of minute's walk away.
Upper Swan View is also located just a few minutes' walk from Harrogate Convention Centre and the Royal Hall, making it an ideal base for anyone attending an event or conference.
The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with dining area; a spacious lounge with sofa bed and views towards the Old Swan Hotel; one bedroom with a 6ft super king sized bed, which can be split into two beds on request, hallway and shower room.

Bedroom is large, with hanging and shelf space and has a super king bed with en-suite bathroom. Kitchen is modern and well equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle & toaster. Large lounge and dining space with decorative fireplace and large bay window, two sofas, coffee table and round dining table with two chairs.

This is a lovely, light and stylish 2 bedroom apartment located on the first floor. The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2013 and features stunning new kitchen and bathroom. It has 2 double bedrooms, one has the option to split into twins. There is wardrobe hanging space in each bedroom. Luxury, fully tiled bathroom with shower over bath.
The living / dining area is a good size and has been finished and styled to an excellent standard with stunning large bay window overlooking the famous Valley Gardens. The kitchen is separated from the living area by a sliding glazed screen, which when opened gives a real sense of space and creates an open plan feel. When cooking, the screen can be closed if preferred.
There is free on-street parking.
Bedlinen and towels are provided and there is free WIFI in the apartment.

Only a 7 minute walk from town with a parking space, if a short stay. Comfortable large flat with large double room, walk in shower and separate loo/toilet. The kitchen is available for a small meal in the evening using the microwave/hob or grill. The washing machine is available on request. Well behaved pets are welcomed, although I don't have a pet myself. If you smoke, you could smoke in my small garden.

Broughton Court was a historic pub which was transformed in 2017 into a stylish collection of luxury apartments. The Station Apartment is one of these apartments and it is situated on the outskirts of town allowing easy access to all major routes which is handy if you wish to explore the Dales and surrounding attractions. A stones throw from Starbeck train station and with a bus stop outside it is the perfect place to get to Leeds, York, Harrogate and Knaresborough without the hassle of driving.
The space
The interior is modern, clean and fresh with a fully equipped, off set, kitchen including a Tassimo coffee machine, integrated fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle and toaster.
The open living/dining room has a large table with seating for 4 people, a corner sofa that can quickly transform into a double bed, a 55" smart TV with Sky, Netflix etc, storage draws and WiFi.
The bedroom has ample storage with a king size bed and a full length mirror. The bathroom is next to this with a bath and powerful overhead rainfall and hand held shower.
A cupboard in the hall houses the washer/dryer along with detergent and softener. Here is also the airier, iron and ironing board.

The apartment block is very secure and the foyer area is accessed via a electronic keypad and telephone system with a normal double lock key for the apartment front door.

Our home is a ground floor flat in a gorgeous Edwardian property and feels roomy due to spacious bedrooms and high ceilings. The area is called High Harrogate. it is not the town centre however we are within 10 minutes walking distance of the town centre & public transports. A perfect base to explore Harrogate and surrounding places.
Harrogate frequently features in the top 10 "Happiest place to live" and won top spot for 3 consecutive years.

We live here and will be here to greet you at check in and likely be around during your stay. You can access the guest room without entering the living area which adds to your privacy.
The lounge/kitchen is open plan however we will try to allow you space and privacy in the mornings to enjoy your complimentary breakfast or your welcome to take breakfast back to your guest room.
We do not advertise as a self catering property due to open plan living. But happy to discuss any requirements.
On weekdays we will be around the home between 7.15 to 8am after which we will be working. Check in during the week will be after 4pm.
We want you to feel comfortable in our home, we are very relaxed and hope you feel the same. Anything you need, just ask!
