While I have access, I rarely enter during bookings—only for laundry or if you need assistance. Otherwise, the space is all yours to enjoy. A hassle-free stay in a prime location—comfortable, convenient, and perfect for your visit!

This 2nd-floor, 2-bedroom apartment is located in a 60-year-old council block, directly opposite a lively outdoor market and a busy road. Each bedroom includes a desk, clothes storage, sofa and a TV for laptop use (no live TV). The kitchen features a small folding dining table, a washing machine, and all essential amenities. The bathroom has a steel bath with an electric overhead shower. Fast WiFi is available throughout.

Oldham town Centre is situation within 1 mile of the Lounge, so you are no more than a 10 minute walk away. From there you can easily catch a Tram and be in the heart of Manchester City Centre within approx 25 minutes.

The fully furnished bedroom, living/kitchen space and bathroom make the Lounge as cosy as your own home.

You have your own washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric heater (please use sensibly :) and plenty of room for storage.

The huge bed is king size just to make sure you get all the space you need :)

There is access to back and front gardens and outside seating (weather permitting).

Please return the keys in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost keys will be charged at a rate of £150 per key.
