- "Manager would look after you, Easy check in no issues comfortable stay" - "Booked here for 3 nights inbetween moving house. The cooker was filthy and hasnt been cleaned for sometime. My room was next to the rear exit and washing machines where on until after 11.30pm with people loading washing in. Wasnt ideal. After booking i was sent a email to pay a deposit which was not mentioned and 7 days after checking out still had no refund and no reply to emails. Definitely cannot recommend this place. Was cheap but with the deposit not being refunsed i could of stayed somewhere much better for less."

- "I was in Huddersfield for work. I travel a lot and rarely have I had such a poor experience. This property - as it stands - should probably be taken off Expedia until service is dealt with. This is NOT a luxury flat. It looks ok in the photos but in reality is is cheap, cramped and dirty. It was a bad stay. No wifi. I wrote an email, messaged on Whatsapp, texted and phoned to report this and fix it fixed and I received no response from the accommodation. The window is not sealed and left in a bitterly cold draft. The bathroom and kitchen utensils were not clean. The shower extractor fan is covered in dust - thick dust stuck to it. The cleaning staff shouted at the top of their voices each day they came in. The property owner clearly doesn't care about customer experience whatsoever. "
