The frying pans had huge scratches and looked disgusting. The TV upstairs in the main bedroom didn’t work. The electric kettle needed descaling. Apart from these issues, the house and location was very good. Also, we were told we would get the email with a code to open the house, but it did not arrive and we wasted a lot of time to get it in the end. "
