We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer being just 10 minutes walk to the town centre and 10 minutes drive to the fabulous Peak district. Its also just round the corner to a variety of great pubs / bars / restaurants / takeaways (The Brampton Mile).
Spiral open tread staircase may not be suitable for younger children / elderly. (You are requested to contact owner for advice before booking especially if you have children under 10). 4G / 5G wifi router at house.

My place is very spacious and bright. Three double bedrooms, one of them is ensuite with two single beds which could also be made up as a super king size bed. One room has a double bed and The other room has 2 quality zip and link beds which can be made up as super king size or individual singles. A full size three foot bed is in the open plan lounge diner. The property is suitable for wheelchair users and the main bathroom is located on the ground Floor. Quality accommodation is offered at a budget price. You have free Off road parking.

The house is situated on the outskirts of the village in Clown Chesterfield, Derbyshire . It is less than two miles from Van Dyks Hotel. The place was beautifully clean and tidy inside but the rubbish on the outside was quite unpleasant. Unfortunately the neighbours were very noisy and one night there loud shouting , music and laughter went on till 3 in the morning. This sounds negative but the location was good as it was easy to get into the Peak District."
