The surrounding area has a lot to offer being just 10 minutes walk to the town centre and 10 minutes drive to the fabulous Peak district. Its also just round the corner to a variety of great pubs / bars / restaurants / takeaways (The Brampton Mile).

My place is very spacious and bright. Three double bedrooms, one of them is ensuite with two single beds which could also be made up as a super king size bed. One room has a double bed and The other room has 2 quality zip and link beds which can be made up as super king size or individual singles. A full size three foot bed is in the open plan lounge diner. The property is suitable for wheelchair users and the main bathroom is located on the ground Floor. Quality accommodation is offered at a budget price. You have free Off road parking.

We are within walking distance of the Royal Oak Pub Millthorpe, which offer the most amazing cheeseboards! Other local bistros/restaurants you can find by driving 10 minutes away are - The Tickled Trout, The Peakcock at Barlow, Hackney House Cafe Barlow, The Peacock Owler Bar.

Our location is a great pit stop for hikers, climbers, bikers and guests looking to relax in the countryside.

We are 20 minutes drive away from iconic places such as Chatsworth, Bakewell, Chesterfield, Barbrook Reservoir, Stanedge Edge, Curbar Edge and Matlock Bath.

We are within walking distance of the Royal Oak Pub Millthorpe, which offer the most amazing cheeseboards! Other local bistros/restaurants you can find by driving 10 minutes away are - The Tickled Trout, The Peakcock at Barlow, Hackney House Cafe Barlow, The Peacock Owler Bar.

Please note - this a working farm. Livestock and large machinery are working and moving around the farm
The camp site is secure and a distance from the farm yard.
We ask all guests to stay with the camping field whilst on their stay with us unless you are heading out in your car.
Check ins are between 1pm and 7pm

Very nice area with parking on the road... We are a 20min walk from the train station and the town with the crooked spire.. You have buses and trains in town to everywhere... Chatswoth and all Derbyshire.. Sheffield.. Nottingham
We have lots of shops.. Restaurants and bars within 2mins.. If iam not here I have a key box for you to let yourself in.. I have a lodger who should be here and I also have a cat and dog plus in nice sun trap for you to sit in or eat in after use of kitchen..

Central location for lovers of walking- shopping- theater-music... Free to come and go as you please...

It's a lovely Victorian terrace, the room is in the attic.
It's a relatively peaceful area.
5 mins walk to town & 10 mins to train station
Parking is on the street, it is a terraced house street so it's first come first served but generally enough space somewhere on it.

so although it states no pets currently I have a cocktail bird in my lounge.
Also sometimes I look after my daughters dog which is very friendly and not noisy but ask before completing your booking if he is at mine as some people are not happy with pets in the house thanks.

The space
my property is a five-bedroom detached house. when you stay, you are booking the bedroom and a shared bathroom. but normally there is only three to four people in the house. you have amenities to the kitchen. I have two kitchens and you have amenities to the back garden which is very peaceful. nice sunny dining area. if it's hot enough, you have parking on the road and restaurants accessibility to pubs, coffee shops within walking distance and supermarkets all over the place. it is very close to the football ground. if they are coming for a football match on town with a crooked spire is only a 15-minute walkway
I have posters at the bottom of the road to Sheffield and into Chesterfield... and from Chesterfield there are buses and trains to Derby and most cities very convenient for everything, even the peak District

Fabulous 5 mins walk from town centre large, new and clean double room with bathroom next foor. Great for singles or couples, no hidden charge for cleaning, well-behaved doggies welcome!
