- We are quite strict on our 10pm - 7am quiet hours as this is a quiet residential area and our neighbours sleep and wake early for work.
- You are welcome to access the garden at anytime which has a new garden furniture set for you to use.
- Please note the room has an internal latch door lock and external door padlock.
- There is no TV license for this property so please do not watch live TV / live streaming services on the premises in line with the UK TV license guidlines/ rules.
