Close by is the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight museum, Lincoln Castle and Cathedral.
The space
The Lodge has been recently built, and therefore is built up to new regulation as regards to heat losses and ventilation in the en suite. Which means it's cosy and warm. It has two patio doors showing you the beautiful trees in the orchard, one is in the bedroom and the other in the living space.
It has a dedicated space for cooking, and plenty of surface to work with. Pans and utensils are provided. If there is anything missing, please let us know as soon as possible, so we may correct it if we can.
Guest access:
Access is through the gate into the orchard. There is a pathway down to the lodge from the gate entrance.
Other things to note
There is a veranda for you to sit under and take in the fresh air. Outdoor chairs are situated in the main utility room, where the boiler is kept.
We do state that the cabin is a no smoking zone of any type.
And we politely ask that the friuts from the orchard are left on the trees. Thank you

Woodhall is also a great place to be calm and reflective. We have seen so much in the short while we have been here: swallows fledging in our barn and being predated by a Barn owl; the birds are many and varied; we see rabbits daily in the garden and bats fly round the house at night. Hares are often sighted in the fields. The night skies are great when the sky is clear and in the day they are big and beautiful too.

Originally the Gate house was a pair of semi-detached gatehouses to the former railway line, converted in the early 1970s into one beautiful home. It stands opposite the landmark Woodhall Junction Station House and the water rail cycle path.
From the Gate House turn right outside the gate and in 10 yards you are on the Water Railway cycle path and next to the river Witham ideally suited for those who like to Paddle board, Cycle and for long walks. Also fishing is available during the season from the river bank

Taj Ma Paul is tucked away from the bustle of everyday life, within our private woodland. It offers a sanctuary of peace and quiet. Trees stretch high into the sky, their leaves whispering softly in the gentle breeze. Woodhall spa golf course is across the road and the Hotchkin course is currently ranked number 58th best course in the world!
All this but only a 10 minute walk to the village centre and 2 minutes to the golf course.

You are welcome to explore the grounds and visit the pigs, Babs and Joan. Please do not feed them or go into their enclosure and please be mindful that animals may bite. A good viewing point is next to their gate as the electric fence is not in this area (don't tell them as they are escape artists ) they will happily come and sniff you and probably sit down as that is their trick to get apples. To get to them, exit the apartment and head towards the patio area, cross over towards the black barrel sauna on the track that's through the grassy area and keep walking straight

My spacious and quiet garden flat at the centre of the village is close to the bars and restaurants and golf and is the perfect base to enjoy Woodhall. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for self catering or restaurants just 2 minutes away. Two bedrooms one with a superking bed and ensuite and the other with is a double with family bathroom. With on site parking, secure garage for bikes, private garden, log burner and your pet is welcome for a small extra cleaning charge.

The space
A very large ground floor flat all on one level with wide doorways for easy of access. But note that the front and back doors are approached up 3 steps which can be seen on the photos. Once inside you will find a warm and cosy home with gas central heating and optional spaces to relax. A large light living room with sofa and TV enjoys morning sun and the small dining table is ideal for a breakfast whilst the other dining area close to the kitchen has a different feel. Two bedrooms one with en suite and a family bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped.
The parking is around the back out of sight of the street and where you can oversee your vehicle from the kitchen window.
The private rear garden has a patio area with table chairs and sun parasol to enjoy the outdoors and then just down the garden path the gate leads to the centre of the village; right on your doorstep. But please to note the garden is not secure fenced for a dog or small children.

Spinney on the Green is a new, self-contained holiday retreat overlooking the 1st hole of the Hotchkin golf course at the National Golf Centre.

From the Spinney it is a short walk to the independent shops, cafes, inns and restaurants of this charming Edwardian village.

The semi-detached accommodation comprises:

Clarendon is a spacious, modern first floor apartment located in the centre of Woodhall Spa. Within easy walking distance of the village's shops, restaurants and bars you can make the most of all the village has to offer. Swim in the outdoor pool in the nearby lido, play tennis or golf at one of top 100 golf courses in the world. Parking is provided with two off-street parking spaces (2m height limit) in the building's courtyard where there's also a patio area with some outdoor seating.

The property consists of open plan living areas with comfy chairs and sofas, 60" TV, a large dining table and modern kitchen, the space is perfect for family and friends. The original Victorian building provides large sash windows overlooking the village square. Sleeping areas include three large bedrooms for up to six guests. The main bedroom has a king size bed, dressing table, built-in wardrobes and is located next to the family bathroom that boasts a huge shower. The second has twin beds, wardrobe, drawers and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The last has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is free WIFI included in the property.

The site is accessed via a secure access barrier that you will need a key-fob to unlock. Glen will hand over all keys and fobs etc. on arrival and take you to your lodge.
