- "Very impressive building, great outdoor space, pool table was a good addition. The kitchen/diner was very dark at all times, even in the day. Difficult to see anything to prepare food or to tidy. A couple of extra lights would make the world of difference. One bathroom between all of us was also a bit of a pain. I am a live in host and available during the day should you have any questions regarding your room, I am only to happy to help. Guests may stay in their rooms throughout the day but due to other business activities on site during the week, guests should note we clean rooms from 9.30 am and the dining room closes at 9.00 am. Check in is 4.00 pm please let me know if you need to check in any earlier as special arrangements can be made . Late breakfasts may be accommodated, Please ask the host the evening before.

Guests may be in their rooms at any time of day including week ends.

My house is a 5 minute walk to the town centre, 10 minutes from the train/ bus station and 2 minutes to CAST theatre. It is also very close to Doncaster Racecourse, Yorkshire Wildlife Park and Robin Hood Airport. Comfortable room with a shared bathroom, access to all kitchen facilities, tea and coffee, fresh towels and wifi. Guests are welcome to share the lounge which has a smart TV with Netflix (and optional cuddles with Finn the cat).

The room itself is recently redecorated and is a very cosy and relaxing place to stay. There is a desk and chair, single bed and comfy IKEA chair. There are two small drawers available for storage and although the room is always warm there are lots of spare blankets available (should you feel the cold like me!)

I will be on hand most of the time should you need any help in the house. If I’m not in then you are always welcome to call or message me! I am also more than happy to help with directions and recommendations.
