The space
THIS ILISTING IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SELF-ISOLATION. The room (approx. 11ft x 14ft ) is an extension to the main house (but uses the same main door) and has its own shower-room with toilet next door which is for your use ONLY. It is very light as it is on the ground floor with French windows (not openable unless 2 people present!). It has two sets of drawers which are in use. It has a double bed, a men's wardrobe and bedside cabinet that are empty, a microwave, TV,, a drop leaf table that can be used as laptop space, a secretarial chair, kettle and tea/coffee making facilities, crockery and cutlery. Depending on what time of year it is there may or may not be boxes on top of the two sets of drawers that are in use (Depending on the time of year, it is sometimes necessary to use as storage.) There is a beautiful front garden where you can sit in good weather (no back garden).

There is a lock on the main part of the house. There is no access to the main house as it also my work space, but if i am in i will be able to put things in or out of the fridge for you (but not the freezer). I work from home a lot of the time.

During your stay
I can give you lots of information and guidance but you will need to ask me! Most of the time I am working so I won't be focussing on being a hostess.

Please note that breakfast is not offered in the listing and it is unlikely that access to the kitchen will be available before you leave for work. There is a shop that is about 3 minutes walk away that sells most things including fruit and veg.
Check in and Check out are both negotiable as I am self- employed and have no set routine so please discuss this with me before you book if you have specific needs. I will do my best to accommodate them. Normally check in is after 3pm and check out before 11am unless we have arranged differently.
