A delightful semi detached property situated in the heart of sought after Waddington village. A lovely quaint village with a babbling brook and beautiful Coronation Garden. My home is a semi-detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac in a rural village, popular with walkers - especially for the the Tolkien Trail, a 7.5 mile circular walk in lovely and varied scenery.

We are 10 mins walk to Stonyhurst College and Theodore House.

I'm close to several wedding venues such as Hobbit Hill, (1 mile). The Shireburn Arms (2 minute walk), Mitton Hall (2 miles ), Bashall Barn (3 miles) and The Outbarn (4 miles)

You have access to the kitchen for tea and coffee and breakfast. You are welcome to use the light bright dining area/lounge. I have a cottage back garden with a seating area, which is a lovely space for coffee on a sunny morning.
