- "We stayed in Stables 2 and it was a beautiful and cosy apartment. A friendly cat greeted us and made sure we we were all settled in :) and we were greeted with a lovely bottle of red wine, cookies, a nespresso machine with four pods and firewood for the fire. The kitchen is kitted out perfectly and had everything we needed. The bathroom was nice, with a shower and spme toiletries and all very clean. We had the best sleep in the bed, which was more comfy than my own bed, so now I'm thinking I need a new mattress! The pillows were 5* pilllows - so comfy! There were lovely little touches from the art work on the walls, the heart with fairly lights on it on the dresser where you walk in, to a little book of Yorkshire poems which my other half found funny listening to me read in my Manchester accent - he sounded much better reading them with his Yorkshire accent! The kitchen lacked for nothing and there was enough crockery and cutlery. Ovrrall the villa is a great place for family/friends reunion. - "Ideally located for walking just off the Pennine Way and in the middle of the Yorkshire Three Peaks, the house is in great condition and well equipped with a large living space upstairs in addition to a cosy lounge downstairs. Communication was excellent and the owners were very friendly and welcoming. The Yorkshire Dales is a beautiful area with plenty to see and do even if you're not going to embark on long walks. It's not far off the route between Scotland and the South, and we will definitely consider staying a few days here again to break the journey."

The location is good for hiking right outside the door or an easy drive to other public footpaths and quaint English towns. There is a co-op grocery store just a few miles away where we were able to get supplies for our stay. The owners were kind enough to have cereal, milk, bread, and jam for our arrival. We would definitely consider staying here again if we were visiting the national park again. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay."
