The main road and frontdoor to the building are also at the front. So there will be noise from guest's using the front door and from the traffic.
The high, narrow windows are Not Double Glazed, so you will hear some traffic noise.
Room Three is on the ground floor and a couple of degrees cooler in temperature than rooms one and two which are on the second floor.
There is a toilet and sink in your adjoining, private cloakroom. The shower is up two flights of stairs on the second floor.
Bath and Hand Towel provided, so is Body Wash and Shampoo.

This property situated in a quiet residential area two minutes walk from beautiful Bowness which offers a vast array of restaurant, bars, coffee shops and walks. Lake Windermere is on the doorstep with access to passenger ferries and public transport. The room is bright and airy with a private bathroom, wifi, TV, tea and coffee making facilities.
