On our check in, we arrived late, they kept reception open after hours to make sure everything ran smoothly for us. Come and explore 22 miles of beautiful coastline in our modern apartment, with all the amenities for an enjoyable stay. The apartment is just behind the bustling Lord street, with its shops, bars and restaurants. It is the perfect location to discover all the highlights of Southport and the surrounding areas. The space
Our 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is a refurbished, clean, sleek open-plan space in the heart of the town centre. As our guests have commented everything is within walking distance, but the apartment is down a quiet side street (which is great for that essential good nights sleep). Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, one en-suite and the other just next door to the bedroom. The kitchen is modern and has all the required equipment to cook meals for 4. You can entertain yourselves in the apartment with a huge flat screen TV and Wi-Fi internet. You also have extra space in the hallway, where you can keep golf clubs or a buggy, and space to hang coats and shoes. What makes this apartment stand out from the rest is the lovely paved outside space, where you can enjoy a nice glass of wine, or have your dinner out on sunny evenings.

A bright yet cosy space with a friendly home from home feel. A perfect getaway if you're looking to be in a peaceful area yet still with easy access to shops, restaurants, parks, and beach. Run by a friendly and very experienced host, it takes any worry out of the Homeaway experience.
The space
The sitting room is very comfortable and there are many DVDs, magazines and books for you to choose from. There are plenty of board games too.
If you enjoy movies we have Netflix loaded so there’s no shortage of great films to watch. There's also freeview.
The apartment comfortably accommodates eight people, there are four bedrooms to choose from, one Queen room, one King room, one Double room and a Twin room with two single beds or put together making a superking bed. If less bedrooms are required then please contact the host regarding adjusted/reduced costs.
Linen and towels are provided.
The well equipped kitchen dining should have everything you might need. The cupboards have all manner of interesting goodies to cook with if you don’t fancy visiting one of the excellent local restaurants, most of which are short walk away.
There are two bathrooms, one has a shower, the other a bath/shower option so you can take whichever you fancy.
The apartment is completely private with its own entrance, and is located on the first floor with wide, easy climb stairs. We do ask that everyone leave their shoes by the front door for the sake of health and hygiene (so don’t forget to bring your slippers )
In the winter the apartment is centrally heated.
Parking – there is plenty of parking on the road, it is a very quiet road, so no problems.

The two bed apartment can sleep up to 6 people and comprises of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom one has one double bed, and one single bed complimented by the crisp white Egyptian cotton bedding and luxury
The Space:
Parking - there is parking available at the property for a cost of £10.00 per day per space. We have use of a secure gates underground car park at the apartment block which you can rent a car space of us directly. We also have permits for on-street parking if this is something you would prefer. Please get in touch to arrange!
Bed Linen and Towels - This apartment, benefits from fantastic Egyptian cotton bed linen, and luxury Egyptian cotton towels which are provided for each guest during their stay at the apartment. All of our bedding is dry cleaned and freshly ironed.
Kitchen - We provide all necessary kitchen utensils to make sure you have the perfect stay. Access - There is a code for the apartment block. We will provide instructions of access are provided once the apartment once the apartment has been booked and 48 hours before check in.

The sitting room is very comfortable, there are magazines and books for you to choose from. There are plenty of board games too.
If you enjoy movies we have Amazon Fire stick with NetFlix etc, so there’s no shortage of great films to watch. There's also freeview.
The well equipped kitchen dining area should have everything you might need. The cupboards have all manner of interesting goodies to cook with if you don’t fancy visiting one of the excellent local restaurants, most of which are short walk away.
The stated price is for up to 6 people occupying 3 bedrooms.
The three bedrooms are: one Queen sized room, one King sized room, one room with either twin beds or put together to make a Superking bed; all beds are super comfy and have cosy duvets. Linen and towels, shampoo and soap are all provided.
There are two bathrooms, one has a shower, the other a bath/shower option so you can take whichever you fancy.
The apartment is completely private with its own entrance and is located on the first floor with wide easy climb stairs. We do ask that everyone leave their shoes by the front door for the sake of health and hygiene (so don’t forget to bring your slippers )
In the winter heating comes on in the morning (between 7 and 9.30 am) and evening (between 5.30 and 8.00 pm). We try not to run it during the day as this helps us keep the apartment affordable. It is also kinder to our planet. It is a warm and well insulated apartment ...
You'll find it to be a short walk from the train station (about 10 minutes) and about a 2-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. Taxi's are available outside the station. If I am home (most likely) I will be more than happy to collect from the station.
The garden can be used but with care as the footpaths are under construction and are not yet child friendly.

We are a relaxed married couple with two cats who let us live in their home. We are happy to share our characterful and quirky home without airs and graces.
We respect guests' privacy with a private bathroom for the duration of your stay.
Ideally located for exploring Merseyside, Hillside train station just a 5 min walk from our house, only 35 mins to Sandhills trains station perfect for Liverpool & Everton football matches. Royal Birkdale & Hillside Golf club are just a short walk away.
The space
Our home is characterful and little quirky.
You will be sharing our home with two cats Steven & Wednesday, Steven is a friendly cuddly boy who loves strokes tummy rubs & food, Wednesday is a shy but curious independent little girl. If you have any allergies or aren't keen on cats we are sorry but our home would not be the place for you.
The single bedroom is located on the ground floor, with a downstairs toilet just across the hallway, your bathroom is upstairs for own private use and we provide bathrobes for your modesty. We are happy to share our home and you are welcome to use our kitchen to make light meals and snacks.
We are motorbike friendly, we can provide safe areas to park a motorbike as we are bikers ourselves.
A light breakfast of unlimited Cereal, Toast, Tea or coffee is included in your stay, which is self service so you’re not tied to a specific time.
We have EHU on our driveway should you be travelling in a campervan and wanting to top up your electric and have a night on our driveway, please message to discuss cost.

Bright, self contained studio in beautiful quiet residential area, close to Hillside station (7 mins) and Royal Birkdale and Hillside Golf Clubs.
Birkdale village, Ainsdale & Southport 2, 3 mins & 8 mins by train respectively. Walking distance to Hillside and Royal Birkdale golf courses, cycling distance to Ainsdale Birkdale and Southport with sand dunes, beach, marine lake, cafes, bars and eateries. Southport Flower show, the Open and Aintree are regular events we are perfectly situated for.

Southport rugby club is in the road behind the property and we are not overlooked at the rear.
