-I am advertising my space as single room only which includes a utility room which has a small sink and toilet but NO BATH OR SHOWER FACILITY WITH THIS ROOM.

Just 2 minutes off the A55 makes this accommodation close to all tourist attractions, if travelling by car we are 29 miles from snowdonia, for travellers without a car we are 5 minutes away from a fabulous beach with only 1 road to cross which stretches from old colwyn to the quaint town of Rhos on Sea, with its many cafes, We are a typical townhouse situated right in the centre of Old Colwyn.
For nurses we are approx a 15 minute drive away from Glan Clwyd hospital.

The space
This is a large bedroom, with a king size bed, there is a large 43 inch smart tv in this room with netflix and amazon prime. A kettle is available with tea and coffee, also available is a small table and chair for working. In summer months continental breakfast is available served in the conservatory, in colder months breakfast will be at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. PLEASE NOTE the bathroom is shared.

I love my caravan as it is super cosy and has absolutely everything you will need for a very comfortable stay in Llandudno. The bed is Super King Size, the pictures don't do it justice. It is situated in the centre of Llandudno, 5 mins from Asda, 10 mins from the town and 15 mins from the beach. Fantastic little get away for a fraction of the price of a hotel.

The space
As much as I love my caravan please be aware that this is a 2 Berth Caravan which means the living area is small and so is the bathroom. It is NOT Suitable for small children, elderly or people with mobility issues.

Guest access
Check in time is after 3 pm but if you need earlier please ask as that may be possible. Also you may check in after the allocated 9 pm but please be aware that my phone will then be turned off so you wont be able to contact me late.
I am sorry that I have had to do this but I have had phone calls at 1 am over silly things. You will have access to the whole caravan and the garden surrounding it.

Please be aware that if you book, but then arrive and decide it is too small for you then you will NOT be getting a refund as I have clearly stated that this is a 2 Berth Touring Caravan.

This is a lovely, bright, spacious room in my home. You will get access to the bathroom, kitchen and garden. My home is 5 mins from Asda, 10 mins from the High Street and Train Station and 15 mins from the Beach, so easy to walk everywhere. I proved bedding and towels plus tea and coffee. There is parking outside on a first come first serve basis.

Located in Llandudno town centre within the province of Conwy. walking distance of less than 1 minutes to the Llandudno promenade, town centre shops, cafes and pubs. Easy walking access to the great Orme and small Orme as well as the pier. Free on road parking about 5 minutes walk from the property. Free parking on the street the property is located on after 5pm. A great location for easy access to services and amenities in Llandudno town centre. Excellent for romantic walks.

A wonderful location in Llandudno town centre within the province of Llandudno. It is surrounded by some of the popular bnb's and hotels. Walking distance to various locations including Llandudno train station, Asda, Sainsbury's, marks and Spencer, Gregg's, home bargain, McDonald's, pubs, restaurants, shopping centres, Llandudno promenade, Llandudno pier, happy valley, great orme, tram etc. As you walk out of the property , left takes you to the promenade from which you can see the pier, the small and Great orme, right takes you to the town centre, west shore, pubs, restaurant etc. A great location for easy access within Llandudno especially for romantic walks. Simply park your car in one of the free parking spaces and you can get to anywhere local within walking distance.
