Welcome to Trefonen House, a beautiful beach-front property. A spacious holiday home big enough to comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests, (plus cot) in seven bedrooms – three of which have their own luxury en-suite. Its stunning sea views really are breathtaking!!
Relax and enjoy the tranquil Isle of Anglesey with its rolling hills and crystal waters. There’s the gardens to explore, with its hot tub, children’s play area, large patio with BBQ, a cosy BBQ hut and fire pit that you can sit round toasting marshmallows and soak the the views.
Trefonen House has been renovated to a very high standard and everything has been thought of to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and as memorable as possible.

Trefonen House is set in a tranquil location on the western side of Anglesey, a few miles from junction 3 of the A55. Within a mile of the local amenities in Valley centre. Including Spar with ATM (open 24 hours), Costcutter, a few takeaways, butcher, post office, restaurants and hardware shop that sells everything.
Gardens
The house is accompanied with a large garden with plenty to keep the children entertained within the play area. Relax in the hot tub and soak up the views on one the patios equipped with large dining table. With private steps down to the beach from the bottom of the garden it makes exploring the beach and rock pools easy. Enjoy a BBQ throughout the year, especially during the colder months (or shelter on rainy days) or socialise round a cosy fire in our BBQ hut.
Kitchen/Diner
With seating round the very large glass table and breakfast bar it provides a wonderful entertainment area, perfect for dining together or playing games. There are two settees too for those who prefer a softer seat, also equipped with a TV and DVD player. The well equipped kitchen is a modern design and comprises of an American fridge freezer with ice machine, separate under counter fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a double and a single oven. There are French doors leading onto the patio. A small utility room contains a washer, a tumble dryer and iron.
A WC is located downstairs too.
The lounge has a cosy feel to it whilst making the most of the breath taking view! With three settees and further seating round the smaller table, it provides the perfect place to unwind by the log fire. Maybe watch TV or Netflix, relax with a book, play games, read or just chat!

If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a stunning setting then this is the property for you. From its elevated position Plas Diwedd commands amazing sea views which have to be seen to be appreciated. Whether you are having breakfast in the kitchen, lounging in the conservatory or dining al fresco from one of the two patios, this property will give you views to remember.
This lovely spacious house is in an area of outstanding natural beauty and only a short stroll to the beautiful sandy beaches of Rhoscolyn and Silver Bay. The popular White Eagle pub and restaurant is only 20 minutes walk, and the newly built restaurant at Silver Bay is only just 200 yards from the front door. Trearddur Bay is approximately 3 miles away. All three beaches are sandy.
The property has three good sized bedrooms. The main bedroom looks out to sea and all three bedrooms have a hand washbasin. The family bathroom with toilet has a bath and a separate shower. There is also a bathroom with a shower room and toilet.
The lounge provides plenty of comfortable seating and has a flat screen TV with Freeview, and a DVD player. Leading from the lounge is the conservatory with absolutely stunning uninterrupted views out to sea.
The kitchen is fully fitted and has French windows opening out on to a sea-facing patio. Most of the appliances are new including a double oven cooker with an induction hob, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher. A separate utility room provides a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The property has central heating. WiFi Internet connection is provided free of charge. Ample off-road parking is available at the front and is easily accessible. The enclosed garden provides plenty of room for the children to play.

Pets are welcome and there is a 1 acre dog exercise field on site.

Large spacious light property with a large garden and fully equipped for 8 people or just as cosy for 2, fully heated and beautiful views of sea and countryside, short walk to Church Bay beach.
Church Bay is a gorgeous jewel of a place, quite unspoiled, the Isle of Anglesey coastal path is also close by with amazing cliff top walks across National Trust land. Our property is dog friendly but we do ask if you think your dog will go on the furniture that you bring your own throws and not use the ones provided for guests. Anglesey has great pubs and restaurants and is geared up for families to have a traditional seaside holiday. Try kayaking and sup boarding, take a fishing trip, visit one of our many visitor attractions and above all enjoy the stunning scenery Ynys Mon has to offer. There is a cafe and restaurant nearby please check with them directly as they have seasonal opening hours. If all you want to do is relax then you can just sit and watch the changing colours of the sea from the large patio windows in Aotea-roa.

The property's welcoming and thoughtfully decorated interior makes this a comfortable base for your stay on Anglesey.
Located on the 1st floor of the building, it has incredible views of the coast from the front facing windows. You'll enjoy spending your time gazing at the view of amazing sunsets, both from here, and from the communal 1st floor patio area with its handy outdoor furniture.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need for your stay, including a Tassimo coffee maker. You can enjoy your fresh coffee in the lounge / diner, which is a comfortable place to relax during any free time on your stay.
There are 2 tastefully decorated double bedrooms. which can comfortably sleep 4 people. Whilst one of the bedrooms also benefits from a fold out single chair which can be turned into an additional bed.

A beautifully renovated property with stunning sea views, this 4 bedroomed 3 bathroomed property is just 5 minutes walk to the beach in Church Bay Anglesey, it has a spacious sitting room with Sky TV and comfortable sofas, a lovely dining kitchen with large patio doors leading to a south facing terrace. Dog friendly and with a large garden this is a great place for families or small responsible groups of friends. Dog charges apply - maximum 2 dogs but please ask if you have more.

This lovely Rhoscolyn property is accessed down a long drive on a private estate and provides cosy and comfortable accommodation, with a large combined sitting room and dining room with traditional wooden flooring. The large windows display a panoramic view of the sea, Snowdonia Mountains and surrounding countryside.
With 5 double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen this is an ideal property for a large group of family and/or friends. Outside there is a large open lawn which is ideal for children to play on safely whilst you relax with a glass of wine on the patio. The Silver Bay Bar & Restaurant (The Deck House) offers fantastic food and is excellent for families with children of all ages. Additionally, other local pubs/restaurants can be found within a 20 minute walk with excellent reputations for food, whilst other amenities can be found in Valley and Trearddur Bay less than 3 miles away.
The sandy beach at Rhoscolyn is a short stroll and offers safe bathing and launching facilities for boats. It has excellent water quality, has a Green Coast award and is a Marine Conservation Society recommended beach.

Oyster Catcher is perfectly named as it sits right by the sandy beach at Borthwen and by the Anglesey Coastal Path– come to spy the curlews and choughs and conquer the sea paths to return to cosy up by the fire.
Original art adorns the walls, and a wood-burner encourages lounging on soft grey sofas in the large open living space with a warm oak floor. A widescreen television/ DVD player helps while away any days when you want to hunker down and hide from the outside world.
All three bedrooms are gorgeous. Two are smallish but perfect. A twin room has a cute en-suite shower room. The twin bunk room is a delight with steps leading up to the top bunk and an extra mezzanine area for hiding away. A cute Tipi tent gives the kids a retreat too! There is a bathroom here with a small bath and shower over to wash off the salt after a dip in the sea down the lane.
The light-filled master bedroom has a delicious bed and the dreamiest views over to the coast and to the lighthouse. The window seat is a great vantage point. A handy en-suite offers peace and seclusion in the morning.
Cooks will be chuffed with the smart planked pine-floored kitchen. Everything you could possibly need has been catered for. Some freshly caught sea bass or some lamb from the award winning butcher in Valley would be a treat around the dining table, which sits snugly in the corner with plenty of bright cushions to help all to linger over meals.
The patio area outside the kitchen is small but ample with BBQ and table and chairs and is enclosed. With the Anglesey Coastal Path just a brisk minute or two away and acres of fields with public footpaths to roam, there is plenty of space in which to immerse yourself. The old piggery offers a sunny space to unwind just off the sitting room. Watch the goings-on down the country lane with a glass of something cool.

Early-risers may even catch the sunrise over the mountains from your veranda where you can enjoy a drink watch the wild rabbits and our free range chickens. In the evening watch the magical display of stars, we try to keep our light pollution to a minimum so that you get the best out of this Dark Skies area.
In keeping with the centres ethos we have tried to use reclaimed, recycled or upcycled materials where possible to keep in with our sustainablity aims. Hot water and heating around the site is provided by the Biomass boiler and electricity is supplemented by the solar panel farm.

I live on the beautiful Isle of Anglesey. My home is situated in a residential area in the village of Valley. The port of Holyhead is a ten minute car ride away. The A55 expressway is two minutes away. Trearddur Bay is three miles away. Valley has all the usual amenities including several good eateries. Valley provides an ideal base to explore Anglesey and beyond. Anglesey is famous for its beautiful beaches and landscapes and provides a host of activiites to keep visitors busy.
The space
A light and airy room with one king size bed. There are tea, coffee and biscuits available in the room. Porridge sachets and cereals are also provided. There will be a jug of fresh milk in the mini-fridge in the next room. A sitting room is also available to guests. Complete privacy upstairs.
Guest access
Guests have complete privacy upstairs. Guests have access to their room and a private bathroom. There is also a guest sitting room available with crockery, cutlery and a microwave. Guests can enjoy complete privacy as I live downstairs.
During your stay
I work full time but guests are able to contact me regarding any problems they may encounter during their stay. I provide a key to my property so that guests can come and go as they please.

Double room in comfy Holyhead terraced house. A few minutes walk from station, ferry terminal, and town centre shops including supermarkets. You are welcome to use the kitchen and living room and there is a downstairs utility room with walk-in shower, WC, washing machine and tumble dryer - great for storing bikes/washing off muddy boots/diving gear. A short drive to blue flag beaches and a great base for exploring Anglesey. Please note the room is only suitable for 2 people including children.
The space
I only moved here a couple of years ago and it is a project so some areas (like the utility room and bathroom) are brilliant and others are a work in progress. But it is comfortable clean and the kitchen is well-equipped (feel free to use salt/pepper/spices and just replace if they've run out, or let me know). Hopefully you will feel welcome and relaxed. There's a piano if you play, a pile of books to read, local maps to borrow and beach stuff (folding chairs/buckets and spades).
During your stay
I live there, in a loft room but work away and travel quite a bit. I will be around to welcome you and probably available if you need something and will get back to you asap if I miss a call.

Please note that this is my home and I live here so I may well be around. Also there is another room that I rent out so there may be other guests. It's an old-skool, home-style Airbnb so don't expect en-suite bathroom, a TV in your room or locks on the internal doors. Welcome to The Little Nest, a charming one-bedroom apartment in Rhoscolyn. The apartment has a separate exterior entrance from the pub with stairs leading up to the first-floor landing entrance.
Step inside The Little Nest and to the left, down three stairs, you'll find a compact but well-equipped kitchen with an oven and hob, fridge, washbasin, and a selection of pots, pans, and crockery. A small table with two chairs allows you to enjoy breakfast at home and bring up dinner from The White Eagle downstairs. The double bedroom faces the entrance and is comfortably furnished with a super-king-size bed, hanging closet, set of drawers, a tv, and a tub chair. To the right of the entrance, the bathroom is equipped with a shower over the bath, sink, and a toilet.
Designated parking for one car is provided in the White Eagle car park, clearly signposted for The Little Nest guests. The apartments are situated just a 10-minute walk (or 4-minute drive) to the beach, it's also close to the coastal path and The White Arch (Bwa Gwyn).
The Little Nest at The White Eagle is ideal for couples. With the renowned White Eagle pub just downstairs, guests can enjoy high-quality pub food and real ales, either dining in or ordering takeout to enjoy in the comfort of the apartment.
Internet is a free amenity, however due to our unique location on Anglesey, we cannot always guarantee its performance or availability. We appreciate your understanding if this service becomes unavailable during your stay, as compensation cannot be offered.

Booking Conditions
Please read these conditions carefully. When you make a booking request with us (either by telephone, email or online) the conditions listed below are deemed to have been accepted by you (the Holidaymaker).
Definitions
1.1. "Additional Fees" means any fees payable by the Holidaymaker other than the Rental Charge and Booking Fee, pet charges and linen charges.
1.2. "Agent" means Rhosneigr Property Lettings Limited (Company Number 9622408) trading as Anglesey Holiday Lettings, registered at Unit 5a Tregarnedd Industrial Park, Llangefni, Isle of Anglesey LL77 7JD. Office at Llys Llewelyn, Chapel Street, Ty Croes, Anglesey LL63 5AQ
1.3. "Booking" means the reservation of the Property by the Holidaymaker.
1.4. "Booking Conditions" means these terms and conditions.
1.5. "Booking Fee" means the non-refundable booking fee payable by the Holidaymaker to the Agent.
1.6. "Deposit" means: (a) 20% of the Rental Charge; or (b) when the holiday is due to commence within 4 weeks of the date of a Booking Request, 100% of the Rental Charge.
1.7. "Holidaymaker" means the person or persons making the Booking.
1.8. "Holiday Confirmation" means the confirmation of the Booking issued by the Agent to the Holidaymaker (by email and/or post) once the Initial Payment has been processed.
1.9. "Initial Payment" means the payment of the Deposit and any applicable Additional Fees.
1.10. "Property" means the accommodation for which a Booking is made.
1.11. "Property Owner" means the owner of the Property.
1.12. "Rental Charge" means the total rental charge payable in respect of the Booking.
1.13. "Booking Request" means a request to make a Booking in the form of a completed holiday booking form (whether submitted via the post, email, website or otherwise) or a telephone booking.
1.14. "Short Break" means a holiday for a duration of less than seven nights.
Role of Anglesey Holiday Lettings
2.1. The Agent acts as agent for the Property Owner to take and arrange Bookings. The Agent does not own or manage the Property but reserves the right to refuse any Booking.
2.2. Once the Initial Payment has been made and a Holiday Confirmation has been issued by the Agent, a legally binding contract shall exist between the Holidaymaker and the Property Owner pursuant to which the Property Owner will make the Property available for the period set out in the Booking. For the avoidance of doubt, the Agent shall not be a party to such contract.
2.3. The contract shall be subject to these Booking Conditions and any other special conditions made known to the Holidaymaker at the time of the Booking.
2.4. The Agent accepts no liability for any defects or unavailability of the Property or any other problems with the holiday. The Holidaymaker's right of action (if any) shall be against the Property Owner and not the Agent.
Bookings & Payment
3.1. When submitting a booking via our online reservation system an automatically generated booking summary will be sent by email to the email address provided on the booking form. This does not form a contract. A contract shall only arise when the booking is subsequently confirmed in writing via a letter of confirmation sent to you by post or email.
3.2. Following receipt of a Booking Request the Agent shall check the availability of the Property. If the Property is available for the Holiday, the Agent shall reserve the Property.
3.3. Properties will not be reserved without receipt of deposit & Booking Fee (initial payment) for each booking.
3.4. Upon receipt of the Initial Payment, the Agent will issue a Holiday Confirmation to complete the Booking.
3.5. The balance of the Rental Charge (if any) must be paid by the Holidaymaker to the Agent no later than four weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday (the Agent shall inform the Holidaymaker of the due date at the time of the Booking).
3.6. As part of our online booking process, guests will be given the option to authorise Anglesey Holiday Lettings to process future payments automatically using the same payment method provided at the time of booking. By ticking the relevant box at checkout, you expressly agree to allow us to charge your card or payment method for any remaining balance due on your booking (where applicable) and pre-agreed extras or services added to your stay.
3.7. Where the Agent has not received the balance by the due date, an overdue reminder will be issued to the Holidaymaker. If the balance is not received within 7 days of that reminder, the Agent reserves the right to treat the Booking as cancelled by the Holidaymaker; the Holidaymaker shall have no claim against the Agent or the Property Owner for compensation or reimbursement whatsoever.
3.8. The prices stated on the Agent's website and other advertisements are cash prices in pounds sterling. Any charges raised against the Agent by its bank for handling dishonoured payments, must be reimbursed by the Holidaymaker to the Agent within seven days of the Agent's request to do so.
3.9. The Agent reserves the right to correct any error in advertised and/or confirmed prices.
Booking Details
4. Immediately upon receipt of the Holiday Confirmation from the Agent, the Holidaymaker should check the details and notify the Agent of any mistakes/errors made by the Agent as soon as possible and in any event within seven days; no changes can be made to the Booking after this time. The Agent reserves the right to charge a holiday booking amendment fee to administer/correct any error by the Holidaymaker.
Cancellation or Amendment by the Holidaymaker
5.1. The Holidaymaker should notify the Agent immediately in writing if he/she wishes to cancel the Booking. The cancellation only takes effect when the Agent has received written confirmation from the Holidaymaker. If the Booking is cancelled after the balance of the Rental Charge becomes payable, such balance shall remain payable notwithstanding cancellation.
5.2. No refunds will be given on the cancellation of a Booking by the Holidaymaker.
5.3. This agreement shall be binding on the parties to this agreement and their respective personal representatives and successors, and references to any party shall include that party's personal representatives and successors.
5.4. If you would like to amend your Booking, please contact us directly. We will contact the Owner to see if the Owner agrees; we cannot guarantee that the Owner will agree to your request.
5.5. If the Owner does not agree, please remember that it is the Owner's decision, and we act only as the Owner's agent. Your contract is with the Owner.
5.6. If an Owner does agree to amend the Booking, there may be additional charges and an administration charge. The additional charges may be due to the fact that your Booking has been amended for a more expensive or longer Holiday Period (for example) or to cover our costs of making the amendment (admin charge). However, we will always notify you of these charges in advance and you will be responsible to pay them.
Other Cancellations
6.1. In the event of the Agent being unable to arrange the holiday accommodation requested by the Holidaymaker, or if the Property becomes unavailable for whatever reason, the Agent will endeavor to arrange alternative accommodation for the Holidaymaker of an equivalent type and standard in a similar location.
6.2. If the Holidaymaker has paid any money in respect of a Property that subsequently becomes unavailable, the Agent shall refund all monies paid by the Holidaymaker.
6.3. The Agent is not liable for any cost associated with alternative accommodation, which must be paid by the Holidaymaker.
6.4. The Agent shall have no liability for the cancellation or alteration of a Booking.
Advertisement Accuracy
7.1. To the best of the Agent's knowledge the details relating to any Property described in the Agent's advertisements were correct at the time of publishing.
7.2. Upon becoming aware of any material inaccuracies in any published description of the Property or material changes to the Property, the Agent shall endeavor to correct them in future advertisements and inform the Holidaymaker. The Agent may, in its sole and absolute discretion, offer the Holidaymaker the option to treat the change as a Cancellation.
7.3. The Agent cannot accept responsibility for any changes or closures to area amenities or attractions mentioned in any advertisement.
Insurance
8. Anglesey Holiday Lettings does not offer, provide or advise on holiday insurance. To minimise the financial risks associated with going on holiday it is strongly recommended that the Holidaymaker arranges own travel insurance that matches their needs when booking the holiday.
Responsibilities of the Holidaymaker
9.1. During the period of the holiday, the Holidaymaker (personally and on behalf of all other people visiting the Property) undertakes (for the benefit of the Property Owner and the Agent) as follows:
9.1.1. that the number of people occupying the Property will not exceed the number stated on the Holiday Confirmation;
9.1.2. that the Property will be used solely for the purpose of a holiday by the Holidaymaker and his party;
9.1.3. to show due consideration for other parties (to include, but not be limited to, refraining from abuses of the Property and/or dangerous, offensive or rude behaviour to the Property Owner, his representative or any third parties such as neighbours);
9.1.4. to allow the Property Owner or his representative access to the Property at any reasonable time during the period of the holiday;
9.1.5. to keep the Property and all furniture, utensils, equipment, fixtures and fittings in or on the Property in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday and to ensure that at the end of the holiday the Property is left in the same state of order and cleanliness in which it was found. The Property Owner reserves the right to levy an additional charge for any extra cleaning required after the Holidaymaker's occupancy and for any consequential loss;
9.1.6. to report as soon as possible to the Property Owner (or his representative) any breakages or damage caused by the Holidaymaker during the holiday and to reimburse the Property Owner with the cost of replacement. The Property Owner reserves the right to make a claim against the Holidaymaker for repair or loss as a result of damage caused;
9.1.7. to arrive after the set check-in time on the arrival day and to vacate the Property by the set check-out time on the day of departure unless prior arrangement has been agreed with the Property Owner and/or the Holiday Confirmation states otherwise;
9.1.8. not (without the express permission of the Property Owner) allow any person other than guests booked and staying in the Property for their holiday to use the facilities and amenities of the Property; and
9.1.9. to notify all other members of the Holidaymaker's party of these undertakings.
9.2. In the event of a breach of any of the undertakings set out in clause 9.1 the Property Owner (or his representative) can refuse to allow the Holidaymaker to take possession of the Property or make the Holidaymaker leave the Property before the end of the Holiday. In either case the Holidaymaker shall be deemed to have cancelled the Booking and the Holidaymaker shall have no claim for compensation or reimbursement whatsoever.
Pets
10.1. Pets are only allowed at Properties that are advertised as allowing a pet/pets and when the ‘Pet Premium' has been paid; as per property details. If a Holidaymaker takes a pet to a Property that does not allow them, or exceeds the stated number/size of pet, the Property Owner (or his representative) can refuse to allow the Holidaymaker to take possession of the Property or make the Holidaymaker leave the Property before the end of the holiday. If this happens the Holidaymaker shall be deemed to have cancelled the Booking and the Holidaymaker shall have no claim for compensation or reimbursement whatsoever.
10.2. The Holidaymaker is liable for all damage caused by his/her pets. The Holidaymaker should remove all traces (inside and out) from the Property of pet occupation before final departure. The Property Owner reserves the right to levy an additional charge for any extra cleaning required after the Holidaymaker's occupancy. The Holidaymaker must not allow pets on beds or furniture within the Property and pets must not be left alone in the Property at any time. If the Holidaymaker breaches this clause the Property Owner (or his representative) may notify the Holidaymaker of the breach and if the Holidaymaker continues to breach this clause the Property Owner (or his representative) may make the Holidaymaker leave the Property before the end of the Holiday. If this happens the Holidaymaker shall be deemed to have cancelled the Booking and the Holidaymaker shall have no claim for compensation or reimbursement whatsoever.
10.3. Without prejudice to clause 10.2 above. Registered assistance dogs are allowed in all properties featured on our website or within any of our advertisements, even where the property description states that pets are not allowed. The Holidaymaker must notify Anglesey Holiday Lettings of the intended presence of any assistance dogs prior to booking. Customers with allergies should be aware that we cannot guarantee that an assistance dog has not stayed in a chosen property recently. We cannot accept responsibility for any suffering that may occur as a result of such animals having been present.
Liability
11.1. The Holidaymaker's (and all other members of the Holidaymaker's party's) personal belongings and vehicles (together with their contents) are left at the Property entirely at their own risk.
11.2. The Agent shall accept no liability to the Holidaymaker for any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused to the Holidaymaker or to the Holidaymaker's personal property (or to persons in the Holidaymaker's party or their personal property) during their stay at the Property except to the extent such loss, damage or injury is caused by the negligence or willful default of the Agent.
11.3. No representative, agent or salesperson (whether employed by the Agent or not):
11.3.1. has authority to vary, amend or waive any of these Booking Conditions and no amendment or addition to any of these Booking Conditions shall be deemed to have been accepted unless accepted in writing by the company director; and/or
11.3.2. has authority to make any verbal representations or provide additional information over and above information contained in the Agent's brochures and website. The Agent cannot accept responsibility and give no warranty in respect of information or representations not contained in these Booking Conditions, the Agent's advertisements and/or the Agent's website.
Communication & Information
12.1. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998, all personal and other information and details collected by the Agent in the course of its business, belong to the Agent and will not be disclosed to any third party except to the Property Owner (and/or his representatives) in connection with a Booking.
12.2. Provided the Holidaymaker has not told the Agent otherwise, the Agent may use the Holidaymaker's personal information for marketing the Agent's services.
12.3. If the Holidaymaker or other individual wishes to be removed from the Agent's marketing lists, they should contact the Agent by email
Complaints
13.1. In the unlikely event the Holidaymaker may have cause for dissatisfaction, the Holidaymaker should contact Anglesey Holiday Lettings immediately; who will seek to resolve them promptly with the property owner. The Agent encourages all Property Owners to take complaints from Holidaymakers seriously and to resolve them if at all possible.
13.2. If the Holidaymaker fails to notify the Agent of a complaint and notifies them after departure, the Agent will not consider or engage with the property owner regarding any form of compensation.
13.3. If the Holidaymaker is unhappy with the response to the complaint, the Holidaymaker should write to the Agent as soon as possible (and in any event within 14 days of the end of the holiday) and provide details of the outstanding complaint.
13.4. This clause 13 is without prejudice to any cause of action the Holidaymaker may have against the Property Owner.
Force Majure
14. No liability can be accepted and no compensation will be paid by the Agent or the Property Owner, where the Holidaymaker or his personal property (and/or any person in the Holidaymaker's party and/or their personal property) suffer any loss, damage, injury, disappointment, inconvenience or otherwise, or where the performance or prompt performance of any obligations by the Agent or the Property Owner are prevented or affected, by any event which the Agent or the Property Owner could not have reasonably foreseen or avoided including war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial action, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions closure of international borders, disease, none availability of transport services, interruption to services/utilities and all similar events outside the control of the Agent or the Property Owner.
Internet / WiFi - Owners' Terms of Use
Internet is a free amenity, its performance and availability, due to the geographical location of the properties, cannot be guaranteed and no claim can be accepted if this amenity becomes unavailable. Where the property has internet / WiFi; the Holidaymaker undertakes:
15.1. Not to use the WiFi for any unlawful, inappropriate or immoral purpose.
15.2. That it shall not make any use of the WiFi such that the whole or part of the WiFi is interrupted, damaged, rendered less efficient, or the effectiveness or functionality of the WiFi is in any way impaired.
15.3. Not to use the WiFi for the transmission or posting of any computer viruses or any material which is defamatory, offensive or of an obscene or menacing character or in such a way as to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.
15.4. Not to use the WiFi in a manner which constitutes a violation or infringement of the rights of any person, firm or company (including rights of copyright or confidentiality).
15.5. That it shall not use the WiFi to transmit any material for the purposes of publicity, promotion and/or advertising without the prior written consent of the Property Owner unless such transmission has been specifically requested by another User of the WiFi.
15.6. That in the event that it has any right, claim or action against any other user arising out of the use of the WiFi then it shall pursue such right, claim or action independently of, and without recourse to, the Property Owner; and
15.7. That Property Owners may block access to certain websites on the WiFi, including for example certain high bandwidth websites, in order to share bandwidth more amongst its User group.
15.8. The Holidaymaker will indemnify and defend Property Owners against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any use of the WiFi by the Holidaymaker. The Holidaymaker acknowledges that Property Owners have no control over the nature or content of information or programs transmitted or received by the Holidaymaker using the WiFi and that Property Owners do not examine in any way the use to which the Holidaymaker puts the WiFi. The Holidaymaker agrees to fully indemnify the Property Owner against any claims or legal proceedings arising in connection with Holidaymaker's use of the WiFi, which are brought or threatened against the Property Owner by any other person.
Security Deposits
16. A refundable Security Deposit will be pre-authorised against the payment card used for the Deposit or Balance payment 7 days ahead of arrival. The Agent will advise the Holidaymaker if there is a requirement to make any claim against the Security Deposit within 7 days after departure.
16.1. Although not exhaustive below are examples of claims against the Security Deposit:
16.1.1. Holidaymaker late check-out, £25 for every 30 minutes beyond the agreed check-out time.
16.1.2. Holidaymaker initiated callout, £50 for any callout that resulted from a guest error, i.e. lost keys.
16.1.3. Damage to linens or towels through misuse, at cost plus 50%, i.e. fake tan or used for pets.
16.1.4. Keys not placed in the key safe on departure, posted through the door or removed by Holidaymaker; £50.
16.1.5. Excessive cleaning required post Holidaymaker departure; £50 per hour per Housekeeper.
16.2. Damages to the property or inventory will be charged at cost plus 50% for the Agents and Owners administration.
16.3. If no deductions are to be made for damages or additional cleaning costs, the Security Deposit will be de-authorised 7 days post departure.
Law and Jurisdiction
17. All contractual obligations arising out of these conditions shall be subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English & Welsh Courts.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located, multiple room listing. Walking distance from the High Street, ferry port and surrounded by beaches and mountains.
The space
This is a lived in old mid-terrace (typical residential views) with some lovely little internal featurs.
There is an excitable young dog very very friendly with absolutely no hostility but he does like to bark hello and may try to play if you give him attention, best to ignore him if you'd prefer him not to engage.
We are so happy for you to come and go as you please and the key safe makes this easy to do so. If the dog 'Rudy' is lose please bear this in mind.
As you come in head up the stairs the bathroom is on the left marked marked WC. Head to the front of the house across the landing to the room marked HOLYHOME. This is your room.
Guest access
There is on the street parking which can get very crowded, there may be a little patience and drive around required. There is space to pull up next to parked cars outside the house, opposite the no entry road - to unload before parking.
There are stairs both outside (3) and main stairs to the room located on the 1st floor.
Keys are in a lock box so you can come and go as you please.
Access to the room with a lock and shared bathroom.

It is always our pleasure to help you during your stay It is not my main job running the space (my home) sometimes I work from home, I also work on the local beaches; some of which have no signal. Please let me know you're arrival time, I can try to account for this and attempt to be service to aid you if you need any help (normally goes well just keep instructions handy/ screenshots are great for this 😜).
