• The accommodation spans three floors with several stairs, so it is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with mobility issues.
• Motion-sensitive security cameras cover the driveway, front and back doors, side passage, and rear patio. These are not activated during guest stays. Noise-monitoring devices (which measure sound levels only) are installed on the first floor, lower ground floor, and rear patio.

This wooden beamed cottage can provide comfort in its own garden area. It comes with seaview from bedroom, lounge and bathroom set in an acre garden of open seaview and tennis court in the main garden. It comes with private garden and patio area.
It is equipped with hotel quality luxury with "Staple" make bed, goose down duvet, top quality linen and china, crystal glasses, high roll top bath, high power shower. Netflix is installed on both upstair and downstair TVs for your favorite dramas and movies. Located in the most prestigious area of Colwyn Bay, it boasts a picture-perfect seaview and country charm.

My usual changeover dates for the Summer is Saturdays and weekly booking as minimum requirement. Otherwise, they are Mondays and Fridays. If booked more than 2 weeks before your departure date, especially in popular high season, the booking will be typically requested for 4 days of weekdays between Mon-Friday and 3 days of weekends (Fri-Mon). If it is less than that, typical minimum booking amount of 20 pounds less than 4/3 nights rate might be requested. The website could not adjust the calculation dependent on individual cases, hence, please request before you request booking if you want to confirm beforehand.
The garden has an open sea view and its outdoor play area comes with swing, slide, baby swing, trampoline and tennis court. Baby equipments-high chair, bottle steriliser, baby bath, toys, baby gym, baby dvds and baby cot- may be supplied. Please check with me. The cottage will promise you peace, tranquility and romance.
Its convenience is also excellent as it comes with award winning pub, convenience store, post office, and local takeaway all within 10 minute walking distance. Food delivery service from the local takeaway are readily available. In Christmas and New year period it will be tastefully decorated throughout.
Welsh Mountain zoo is 3 min drive or in 15 min walking distance.
Lovely walking paths down the forest hill and mountain in its back are on your doorstep. In every corner of the village, you can enjoy sea view.
Ideal as a base to travel to Llandudno, Conwy, Chester and Snowdonia national park.

Rhos-on-Sea and Beachmount are an ideal base for touring the attractions of the North Wales area which are diverse.

There are many historical towns and castles in North Wales and stunning and picturesque scenery in the Snowdonia National Park plus lovely sandy beaches and the Isle of Anglesey within easy driving distance.

The village itself is a ‘gem’ with a picturesque harbour and small sandy beach plus a variety of shops to browse around and plenty of cafes and takeaway food shops not forgetting our two Pubs!

Our shops include a local butcher, a delicatessen, a farm shop, two small supermarkets, a post office, jewellers, pet shop, travel agent, dress shops, newsagents, a bank, estate agents to name but a few.

It is possible to book fishing trips in Rhos and there is a shop where you can purchase all the bait that you need. You can hire kayaks and wetsuits to try your hand at kayaking and there is a surf shop where you can hire and try out paddle boarding.

There is a cycle track which stretches from one end of the bay to the other in fact it is possible to cycle all the way to Rhyl and beyond. If you prefer walking then it is lovely bay to stroll around and perhaps stop for a drink, snack or ice cream at one of the popular kiosks.

Weekends can be particularly busy with jet skiing and motor boats in a specially designated area and you can often see small yachts out on the bay.

The tiny chapel of Saint Trillo is situated on the foreshore at Rhos-on-Sea almost at the bottom of the Colwyn Avenue, the Road on which Beachmount stands.

- "Beautiful property with exceptional views. The roads around the property are single track and there is a stone track up to the property so no sports cars!! If you want a quiet escape I would highly recommend however, in close proximity to Llandudno and approx 50 minutes to Snowdonia and Caernarfon. Lovely village pubs surround the cottage on the neighbouring villages. We will certainly be back!!" - "Unfortunately, the holiday did not start well as the postcode given was not correct! Luckily, We rang the phone number given and they were able to guide! It was an additional 10 minute car journey. This however meant out Sainsburys delivery also got abandoned! I suggest people do a shop once there. The house itself though was beautiful with stunning views. We were very happy with the accommodation and the beautiful food left in the welcome pack from the Bodnant estate."

The town is an interesting and well cared for place and Beachmount was very handily placed for Rhos and other towns along the North Welsh coast. Parking was provided on site and is always a bonus. There are 2 bedrooms in the house, along with a sofa bed in the living room meaning the house can comfortably sleep up to 6.

In the first bedroom, you will find a comfy king-size bed with a partial sea view, and a spacious wardrobe.

The second bedroom contains a triple bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on the top, top bunk maximum weight limit of 100kg for safety) which is perfect for travelling with friends, or families with children. There is also a dressing table desk and chair.

The living room contains 2 sofas, with one converting into a sofa-bed on request, along with the TV too.

We also have a travel cot, plastic cutlery/crockery and a high chair which you are welcome to use, just let us know and we will have them ready for you. (Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot).

The bathroom, which is located upstairs, contains an over-bath shower and there is a separate toilet room, also upstairs. Please note there are no downstairs toilet or bathroom facilities.

Bed linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

The house is centrally heated via an easy-to-use remote control, so you can always be sure of a warm, cosy stay!

There is a train station in Colwyn Bay to take you further afield to places such as Bangor, Anglesey and Chester, or even London in less than 3 hours, along with a direct train link to Manchester and Birmingham Airports.

Rhos-on-Sea and Beachmount are an ideal base for touring the attractions of the North Wales area which are diverse.

There are many historical towns and castles in North Wales and stunning and picturesque scenery in the Snowdonia National Park plus lovely sandy beaches and the Isle of Anglesey within easy driving distance.

The village itself is a ‘gem’ with a picturesque harbour and small sandy beach plus a variety of shops to browse around and plenty of cafes and takeaway food shops not forgetting our two Pubs!

Our shops include a local butcher, a delicatessen, a farm shop, two small supermarkets, a post office, jewellers, pet shop, travel agent, dress shops, newsagents, a bank, estate agents to name but a few.

It is possible to book fishing trips in Rhos and there is a shop where you can purchase all the bait that you need. You can hire kayaks and wetsuits to try your hand at kayaking and there is a surf shop where you can hire and try out paddle boarding.

There is a cycle track which stretches from one end of the bay to the other in fact it is possible to cycle all the way to Rhyl and beyond. If you prefer walking then it is lovely bay to stroll around and perhaps stop for a drink, snack or ice cream at one of the popular kiosks.

Weekends can be particularly busy with jet skiing and motor boats in a specially designated area and you can often see small yachts out on the bay.

The tiny chapel of Saint Trillo is situated on the foreshore at Rhos-on-Sea almost at the bottom of the Colwyn Avenue, the Road on which Beachmount stands.

For nurses we are approx a 15 minute drive away from Glan Clwyd hospital.
