Dishes of freshly prepared fruit and yoghurts etc in the fridge. Coffee was unlimited as was juice and iced water. Menu for Breakfast was clearly set out with everything for you to choose from. Couldn't fault any part of the food or the service. Everything was cooked to perfection. All in all an absolutely awesome stay and I dare say has far outdone any B&B I have stayed in before. Steve and Elaine are the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Don't bother looking anywhere else. You won't find anywhere better, I promise you that. We will definitely be returning."

You get 1,000 Mbps, your own desk in the coworking room and use of the large coliving/kitchen area. All guests staying are working online. You too need to be working online to stay. Quiet street 15 mins walk from the centre. 20 mins to Lytham High St by public transport. 3 mins to the beach.

The house is a traditional Victorian 4 story townhouse. Restored in 2020. Wooden floorboards and high ceilings along with a mix of modern design.

During your stay
Myself or the housekeeper is always around to help with whatever you need, or when we organise our events. Saturday is the big walk day, exploring the local countryside, Sunday is cooking dinner night, Tuesdays movie night.

If guests could possible leave their outside shoes downstairs to keep the carpets clean and reduce germs being trodden in. House slippers can be provided.
Please note the hottub is seasonal. Due to the extreme hike in energy prices there will be a £50 surcharge if you require the hottub between the months of October and April. This is as it takes 2 days to heat and get the chemical levels correct
