Right on the promenade so not quiet at night but was easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The heaters worked well to warm up the sitting room. What a beautiful ground floor apartment, the whole place is lovely but I really liked the living room, kitchen and bathroom. All the little added touches made it feel more homely! We came by train and it was less than 10 minutes walk, everything else you need in walking distance too shops, tram stop, promenade, takeaways. There was tea coffee and sugar, cleaning products, shower stuff, toilet roll already there. Another thing that I really liked was the fact I could sit and have my morning cuppa with a sea view!
