We had to contact them to find out how we would gain access to the apartment. With a few improvements this could be a much better place. Don’t normally like to leave negative comments but it wasn’t as advertised. Still a good choice if you’d rather not stay in a hotel."

Aberconwy House, built in the 14th century and now in the care of the National Trust, is 2 doors down whilst Plas Mawr, an Elizabethan Town House built in the 16th century is 80 metres away and clearly visible from the large bay window. The picturesque harbour and quayside is just a 30 second stroll. Visible from the rear of the property is our stunning castle built by Edward 1st between 1283 and 1289.
The town has many quality restaurants, pubs, coffee houses and shops all nearby.

With an Intercity railway station having links to London and Holyhead only minutes away and a National and good local bus service running frequently to LLandudno and other nearby places of interest Conwy is an excellent location for non drivers.

The Snowdonia National Park boundary is just 2 miles away and offers a huge range of outdoor activities including the recently opened Surf Snowdonia (7 miles) and Europe's Longest Zip Wire ride at Bethesda ( 20 mins drive). Parking in Conwy is not a problem, but in common with 95% of domestic properties within the town walls of this world heritage site (est. 1284) we are unable to offer private parking.
Parking in the main street (ie outside the property) is restricted to 1 hour daytime but unrestricted 6pm to 9am.Parking in side streets at any time is totally unrestricted and free.
However overnight parking in any of the car parks (5 mins walk) is just 60p (6pm to 9am).

Our 1 bedroom the apartment is extremely spacious and is equally suitable for both a couple or a family of 4. The large family sized bedroom sleeps 3, (1 Double Bed and a Large Single Sofabed).

Put your fit up and relax on a huge L-Shaped Sofa and watch a movie. The Sofa converts into a double bed for kids/teens who prefer to sleep in a separate room to mum and dad.

All rooms are stylish and spacious. The apartment has both a modern kitchen with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and all the cooking utensils you would have at home. A separate Washing machine and Tumble Dryer are provided.

Our fantastic bathroom contains both a bath and separate large shower cubicle, depending on whether you want to get ready for the day or unwind in an evening.

The space
Our first floor contemporary, bright and airy apartment has a private front door from a communal hallway and stairs shared by 2 other apartments.
Our gorgeous apartment sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed and spacious ensuite Shower room.The second bedroom also has a king size bed, it is just down the hall from the lovely shower room, both bedrooms are equipped with parlux hairdryers.
The bright and airy lounge is beautifully decorated with sea views, a cosy real flame gas fire for those quite evening in, 49inch smart T.V with Freeview and Netflix and fast fibre wifi access.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, and has everything you could need for a fabulous holiday.
Outside to the rear is a lovely small, private patio area, which catches the sun much of the day, with table, chairs and sun umbrella.
Smoking is allowed on the patio.

This is one of four newly refurbished apartments in a Victorian townhouse located only minutes from the promenade and pier and shops. We are proud of what we have created and have provided everything we can think of to make this as relaxing and comfortable a holiday as possible for our guests. Our lovely Country Cottage Apartment is one of two luxury adult only apartments at Claremont House. We are situated in a beautiful, tree-lined road - known as the 'garden of Llandudno' - in the historic, Victorian,seaside town of Llandudno on the north wales coast. We are situated in a quiet area of town yet only a couple of minutes walk from beach ,promenade and pier, all shops and restaurants, theatre, bus station and train station.

If you are visiting Colwyn Bay, Llandudno or Rhos on Sea on the North Wales coast, we are convieniently located for all activities and attractions, shopping and entertainments.

Rhos-on-Sea and Beachmount are an ideal base for touring the attractions of the North Wales area which are diverse.

There are many historical towns and castles in North Wales and stunning and picturesque scenery in the Snowdonia National Park plus lovely sandy beaches and the Isle of Anglesey within easy driving distance.

The village itself is a ‘gem’ with a picturesque harbour and small sandy beach plus a variety of shops to browse around and plenty of cafes and takeaway food shops not forgetting our two Pubs!

Our shops include a local butcher, a delicatessen, a farm shop, two small supermarkets, a post office, jewellers, pet shop, travel agent, dress shops, newsagents, a bank, estate agents to name but a few.

It is possible to book fishing trips in Rhos and there is a shop where you can purchase all the bait that you need. You can hire kayaks and wetsuits to try your hand at kayaking and there is a surf shop where you can hire and try out paddle boarding.

There is a cycle track which stretches from one end of the bay to the other in fact it is possible to cycle all the way to Rhyl and beyond. If you prefer walking then it is lovely bay to stroll around and perhaps stop for a drink, snack or ice cream at one of the popular kiosks.

Weekends can be particularly busy with jet skiing and motor boats in a specially designated area and you can often see small yachts out on the bay.

The tiny chapel of Saint Trillo is situated on the foreshore at Rhos-on-Sea almost at the bottom of the Colwyn Avenue, the Road on which Beachmount stands.

Another great option would be walking in the opposite direction, with The Great Orme being directly behind us. You can treat yourself to another stunning coastal walk around this historic, natural splendour or a walk up The Orme itself (where you are treated to fantastic views and activities at the top). Alternatively if you prefer, be transported in style on the Great Orme Tramway or cable car. For a great day out away from Llandudno, Snowdonia and Anglesey are easily accessible by car so you'll never be short of things to do during your stay!

- "We had a lovely time. The flat is in a good location with easy access to the shops and the sea front all within easy walking distance. The flat is a nice size and the beds were comfy. The living room/diner is a nice size and the Wi-Fi was good. The sofa’s were a nice size and comfy. Overall the flat was very clean but there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke especially in the kids room (my youngest is a severe asthmatic, so it wasn’t great). We weren’t in the flat too much so it wasn’t too much of an issue. The lock to the flat hasn’t been fitted that well so you have to jiggle the key to get it in and turn it. The kitchen is well stocked with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and convection cooker. However, the equipment in the kitchen could do with looking at- there are 3 sieves but no serving bowls. Also the frying pan is really small. Overall we have had a lovely weekend away in Llandudno."

Located in Llandudno town centre within the province of Conwy. walking distance of less than 1 minutes to the Llandudno promenade, town centre shops, cafes and pubs. Easy walking access to the great Orme and small Orme as well as the pier. Free on road parking about 5 minutes walk from the property. Free parking on the street the property is located on after 5pm. A great location for easy access to services and amenities in Llandudno town centre. Excellent for romantic walks.

The space
A wonderful location in Llandudno town centre within the province of Llandudno. It is surrounded by some of the popular bnb's and hotels. Walking distance to various locations including Llandudno train station, Asda, Sainsbury's, marks and Spencer, Gregg's, home bargain, McDonald's, pubs, restaurants, shopping centres, Llandudno promenade, Llandudno pier, happy valley, great orme, tram etc. As you walk out of the property , left takes you to the promenade from which you can see the pier, the small and Great orme, right takes you to the town centre, west shore, pubs, restaurant etc. A great location for easy access within Llandudno especially for romantic walks. Simply park your car in one of the free parking spaces and you can get to anywhere local within walking distance.

At the heart of Llandudno - just behind promenade/beach and central to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Theatre, art gallery and swimming pool are just a short walk away. Railway station and free 24 hour parking close by. Only a short drive to the centre of Snowdonia. You will be the only guests during your stay. Breakfast is included if you require it.

Tropical themed bedroom/ lounge - with dining area. King size bed plus two armchairs chairs - one is folding so can be moved around easily, Sky TV with built in DVD player. Kitchen with combination microwave oven, table top oven with 2 hob rings, hot plate with one hob ring - (no standard cooker) , toaster and kettle, fridge freezer , plus equipment for basic cooking and meals. Tea, coffee and milk available. Shower and toilet from kitchen. Small back garden with seating. Front garden seating too.

Apartment is ground floor - suitable for people who struggle with stairs. Unfortunately there is not room for wheelchair, although you could fold one up. There is a small step into back garden and from street path into front garden. Also at porch and in kitchen.

This is a stunning contemporary conversion at garden level within a 135 year old house. It is set in three acres of woodland garden with a private patio and lawn area. Access to the property is via 12 wide stone steps.
There is a full kitchen, an open fire, lots of great amenities, comfortable beds, luxury bedlinen, and a powerful shower.
Please note that the living / kitchen space is underneath our family kitchen. You may hear us in the mornings if you are sleeping in this area.

The space
This is a lovely place convenient for the beach and Snowdonia. It is incredibly peaceful despite being only 5 minutes from the A55 and mainline train station. You can walk into town in 15 minutes, the station in 20 minutes and Eirias Park stadium (host of sporting events and gigs) in 25 minutes.

You will have part of the woodland garden for your exclusive use. This includes a sunny patio - perfect for breakfast or lunch outside.

Other things to note
This is an old house, full of original and beautiful features. It was originally built as a holiday home for Manchester industrialists but has also been a vegetarian hotel and a youth hostel.
There are tiles and rugs in the bedroom, high quality duvets and bed linen and extra blankets if required.
There is a super king bed which can be divided to make two singles. We can also provide single duvets on the superking bed if you prefer this - just let us know your preference when you book. In addition there is a single daybed in this room. You can use this as a sofa or as an additional bed - again, just let us know how you wish to use the sleeping spaces when you book.

The living space has an original wooden parquet floor and is full of sunlight in the mornings. The sofa bed is a small-ish double, probably best for children or single adults.

The kitchen area has a full size dishwasher, oven, hob, washer-dryer, fridge with ice box, microwave, kettle, cafetière and toaster. There is an excellent supply of crockery, glassware, saucepans and cooking equipment.
If you are travelling with children we can provide games, books and plastic cutlery.
WiFi is available and you can access your Netflix/iPlayer account on the smart TV.
There is plenty of storage space and a hall area for walking boots, wellies etc.
The hot water tank is a long way from the Garden Suite so it can take some time for the hot water to arrive - please be patient.

Sometimes the pipes rattle a bit - its all part of the charm! The bathroom may feel a little cool but the shower is toasty warm and there is a heated towel rail.

Our part of Nant y Glyn Road is single track, with no pavements. You may need to reverse to allow other drivers to pass. There are streetlights until just before our gate so if you plan to be out walking after dark it’s a good idea to take the torch. We walk along the road frequently and have pushed many buggies along it over the years.

Situated in Craig y Don just minutes walk from the promenade and beach, and the famous Victorian holiday town of Llandudno. The property is next to the park, tennis courts and bowling green, with the cafes , bars, restaurants and shops of Craig y Don all close by. Venue Cymru Theatre is only a 5 minutes walk.

Our home is a ground floor 2014 conversion of a Victorian semi, originally built in 1891. It has wooden floors throughout and a lovely kitchen/diner to the front with large chaise sofa, large 50'' smart TV (freesat, catch up apps and Netflix, Amazon, Now TV apps) and free wifi broadband.
The Master bedroom has a kingsize bed and the second bedroom has full size single bunks and a separate single bed and also a 28'' Smart (internet) TV. The bathroom is large with a nice powerful shower over the bath. Heating and water is instant from a new combi boiler and we have a new washer/dryer which is there for guests to use. There is a rear exit as well as the main entrance and the great benefit of a private parking space.

This is 1 of 4 cottages on the Bodafon Hall estates. However, you have private access to the whole place. The only thing that is shared, is the courtyard / parking area.

The property is dog friendly for a fee of £10 and we kindly ask that you do not leave your dog on its own inside the cottage. No other animals allowed.

A fully equipped, cosy one bedroom, third floor apartment perfectly located in the heart of Llandudno, with easy access to the shops, supermarket, train station, and beach.

The space
Apartment 3 is a cosy space for a couple looking for a clean and well equipped apartment in a central location.
No need to bring a car as we are located a two minute walk from the train station and 2 minutes to a large ASDA superstore and Marks and Spencer’s food hall.

Llandudno town Center and the beach are only a short stroll away and if you want to explore more of North Wales the train can take you to most places.

Linen and towels are provided as well as essentials such as toilet roll, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The bedroom has a double bed and fresh linen. There is a wardrobe with hangers and a set of drawers. The dressing table has a hair dryer and a multi plug adapter.

On the landing is a handy cupboard to store coats and shoes. Inside you will find a heated towel rail to dry wet clothes, a washing basket, iron, ironing board and first aid kit.

Snuggle up on the sofa and watch your favourite shows on the smart tv (Netflix is provided). And if you can’t be bothered to cook then most places in Llandudno will deliver to the door through JustEat, or there are are many takeaway and restaurant choices a short stroll away.

The kitchen has a small fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven with hob and coffee machine. Tea, coffee, sugar, coffee pods, salt pepper and oil are provided.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

The whole top floor apartment is yours and you can use the table and chairs out the front of the building. These are shared with one other apartment.

Other things to note
When you arrive I cannot guarantee you will find a park directly outside the apartments but there are always spots on the surrounding streets (all free parking) and at the back on Norman way. There will be available spaces at the front after 5pm once people go home after work. All my guests manage to find parking without issues.

My entire apartment is available for the comfort of guests. The entrance from the road leads into the hall with the lounge/kitchen to the left, bathroom straight ahead and the romantic bedroom on the right with a luxury king-size bed. Access to the patio with outdoor table & chairs is through the double glazed doors in the lounge. There is a cupboard by the front door with clothes airer, iron, ironing board. At the rear of the property, to the right of the south-west facing patio, there is a single car parking space (No.5), for the exclusive use of guests.

Other things to note
I live in a quiet, compact new development of apartments. Everything is arranged for a luxury romantic break. The neighbours are very friendly and appreciate peace & quiet.
I am sure you will find everything very straightforward, but in case of any difficulty, I have produced a comprehensive operating manual covering the use of the central heating remote control, full-fibre broadband wifi, T/V streaming & Samsung T/V remote and all the other electrical equipment.
