This is a quintessential country annex attached to Vivod Hall. Originally the butlers quarters, much of the period features have been retained to provide the perfect space for peace and quiet yet only 2 miles from thriving tourist town of Llangollen

The space
Powered by hydro electric and biomass, the Vivod Annex is carbon neutral. It has two spacious bedrooms and can be used as two doubles or one double and a twin. It is ideal as a quiet and comfortable base for you to explore all the excitements of North Wales. THERE IS NO TV OR WIFI HERE, making it suitable for people that want to escape the modern world and have access to fresh air and nature! MOBILE PHONE RECEPTION IS AT 1BAR SO INTERMITTENT

Comfort and quality is paramount to us, and so we use only the finest White Company bed linen and Le Labo products. We do use goose down pillows and duvets, so please inform us if you would prefer foam.

Vivod is in a beautiful valley in the hills above Llangollen. The annex has stunning views and is surrounded by broadleaf and coniferous woodland and is also the location for the well known Vivod sheepdog trials.

Guest access
There is Parking for two cars and an outside seating area which catches the daytime and evening sun.
Access to the Park and Garden is by special request.
Access to the swimming pool is by special arrangement.
The first floor accomodation of the annex makes it unsuitable for disabled access and the deep bath can be difficult for less abled people to get into. There is no shower at this property.
A car is essential.

The space
Overlooking the pond and with views towards the valley, The large oak-beamed bedroom has 1 double bed and 2 single beds. A microwave and kitchenware are included in the compact kitchen. A flat-screen TV features in the lounge area.

The space
The Annexe is part of the main building, but is completely self-contained. It can accommodate 4/7 guests, and has the added feature of being able to be opened-up into the House and the Snug to make one large unit for up to 20 guests.There are two bedrooms upstairs and an additional sofa-bed in the downstairs lounge. The rear bedroom has two small single beds and has its own entrance to the rear garden. The front bedroom has a double and a single bed. Downstairs is an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with a wood-burner and well-equipped kitchen.
The Annexe has a large bathroom with a double walk-in shower, corner bath, bidet, toilet and two basins.
