The kitchen is well resourced with a coffee machine, kettle, cafetiere, teapot, microwave and plenty of silverware, crockery and glassware for all occasions and celebrations. The spacious, tastefully decorated living room area has a large internet TV, with access to Netflix, Disney and Prime TV. In short, the apartment has all the amenities needed for a relaxing family holiday, on the doorstep of one of North Wales most beautiful natural coastal areas.

Guest access
The apartment is well situated on the first floor with lift access. You enter the apartment block from it's own private carpark, through an entrance area which has double doors. A covered exterior walkway then leads to the stairwell tower where the lift is situated. As you leave the lift on the first floor, a short distance along another external covered walkway leads directly to the flat. A wide hall way leads straight from the front door to the large open plan living area, accessed by double doors. The only consideration could be the rather heavy fire-doors which service the stairwell tower. A person using a wheelchair would need someone to hold the door open as they move across the threshold, where there is a slight lip. Please do not hesitate to contact me for further details.
