Part of large house with young quiet family. Small private outdoor area, access to BBQ, trampoline (children only), Playhouse, slide, Sandpit. Property is secure in safe neighbourhood, close to transport. 1 double bed with an option for a child (extra charge per stay for additional linen).

Sea view from the front garden and street! River and Seafront 7 mins away (walk). The studio is with independent access, although part of a large house occupied by a young quiet family. Small private outdoor area, access to own self service BBQ, trampoline (children only), Playhouse with slide and sandpit. Property is secure in safe neighbourhood, close to all amenities. 1 double bed and a sofa bed (2nd linen available on request at extra charge). We love nature and have pear and apple trees, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and greenhouse with tomatoes and cucumbers. Studio suitable for up to 2 adults and a child.
