The site has a heated outside pool and a lovely play area for little ones.

Tenby is only a 15 minute drive away and hosts such events as the well known Ironman Wales.

Rose Cottage is one of 3 self-catering units on site at castle-ely-mill. The other units are Mill Cottage (sleeps 2) and May Cottage (sleeps 6).

Fishing - You are welcome to fish in the lake if you have the appropriate license, however we cannot guarantee what fish are in the lake!

Games Room - A communal games room / social area has been added for your enjoyment. This is located adjacent to the lake and provides an indoor games area with a pool table, dart board, mini table football and several boxed games available, plus a stereo/radio. There is also an honesty bar with a variety of drinks available. The outdoor deck area provides fantastic views across the lake and is an excellent place to while away a few hours in the sun!

Laundry Room - A laundry room is located next to Rose Cottage which contains a coin operated washer and dryer.

Studio @ No 5 is situated within the heart of Narberth a delightful little market in Pembrokeshire. Narberth has developed quite a reputation as a shopper’s heaven,with independent shops selling a whole range of exquisite items. The town boasts many award winning cafes, pubs and restaurants .With only a short drive to explore the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, beautiful countryside and beaches, it is an ideal base.
The Studio has it's own entrance and there is parking for one on the drive.

The space
The main living/sleeping area has a comfy king size bed with Simba mattress, a table to eat meals or work from. There is a dressing table with mirror, a wardrobe,tea and coffee making facilities and free wifi.
The studio steps will take you up to a private bathroom on the left with toilet, cloakroom sink and shower, the Mira corner shower has just recently been added, due to limited space the enclosure is slightly smaller than standard size shower measuring 660mm x 660mm .
The studio also has a kitchenette area with microwave, toaster, fridge, sink and single induction hob to prepare light meals.
The living space is an annexe which is a completely private space from the main house. Windows and doors are fitted with blackout blinds and the studio has its own entrance. Narberth town centre is just a few minutes stroll from the accommodation.
Please note, due to the layout of the accommodation and storage positioning of certain equipment/utensils it contains, the property is not suitable for babies, toddlers or young children.
