The floors must have not been cleaned properly for months, there were bread crumbs on the table as well as all across the chairs, chocolate stains on the sofa, blood and snot stains on the bedding, blood stains on the bath mat - it was literally outrageous. I also doubt that the carpet has been hoovered properly. I still cannot believe that a flat with that price would be left so incredibly dirty and it totally ruined the experience for me, which is a real shame. What was done? I phoned the company, who manages it but they did not come up with a great solution. They told me that management would call me to see what can be done but I am yet to receive that call (it's been a week now). "

You would have to be about 3ft talk to use it. The bath water like warm and tap water bordering on boiling. This property needs a lot of work still despite being well located and well decorated. We stay in Tenby constantly and this was very much a let down especially as, in fairness, maintenance were quick to attend, but there was no further follow up from the owners while we there or after despite putting forward our issues and concerns. - "Great little find with absolutely stunning views of the sea and dock. Only negative I would say is the bed is a double, which is fairly small. Having to strip beds, sort towels and throw rubbish shouldn’t be asked if there’s a cleaning charge you pay for. The instructions are also to throw rubbish in the bins by the church, however, went there and was told off by the shop owner there who said we can’t use bins and there is a £400 fine for doing so, had to end up leaving bin bag in the hallway."

We're less than a minute's walk from the High Street and Tudor Square, and a stone's throw from Tenby's stunning beaches. Local car parks are also just a few minutes away.

The flat, as you may have guessed by the name, is located on the second floor of Llandrindod House above our bakery, Loafley. We bake all our cakes and pastries on site on the first floor of our building and sell it to the public from our ground floor shop. You can expect to wake up the smell of warm brownies and sausage rolls every day :-)

Other things to note
Our flat is in the heart of Tenby so some street noise is to be expected, especially as there are pubs nearby. In addition, Loafley is a working bakery so our staff are in the building from 6am. The floors are well insulated and we try to be quiet as mice anyway. But some noise, especially from the communal hall, stairs and landing, may travel up the stairs.

Check in is from 3pm and check out is by 11am. We recommend parking in Tenby's Multi-Storey car park, it's just a few minutes' walk from us. Rates change throughout the year, search online for Tenby Multi Storey to see Pembrokeshire County Council's most up to date prices.

Swallow's Nest is a funky retro, first floor flat, less than 5 minutes from Tenby and the stunning Pembrokeshire Coast. Tucked away down a quiet lane you would never guess you were so close to town. The flat is well-equipped, with comfortable beds sleeping 5. You are a 2 minute drive from the Dinosaur Park, Anna's Welsh Zoo and Heatherton Activities and Sports Park, in case you run out of beaches to explore! Please note that the WiFi, particularly during peak holiday season is poor.

The popular Pembrokeshire resort’s Harbour Beach has been picked as the most beautiful beach in Europe. Beach Bunker Apartment offers direct access to the Castle Beach and harbour side. It may not have the views similar to other apartments as it is located in the basement but it is possibly the best location in Tenby, check aerial photo.

This apartment is as close to the beach as you can possibly get, the garden to the rear has private access to castle beach which as far as location is concerned, second to none. To the front of the property, you are steps away from Harbour beach. Great for children who want to simply pop down the beach for a play.

During the summer months you can enjoy al fresco dining as the town centre is pedestrianised between 11am - 5pm.

If you have never visited Tenby before then you are in for a treat, as it’s widely known as the jewel of Pembrokeshire with plenty of restaurants, public houses, shops and historical buildings to spend your time in. However if you wish to venture outside the town walls you will find everything from castles, theme parks, a zoo, other local beautiful beaches, stunning coastal walks, national park sites to crazy golf & go-karting, you are really spoilt for choice. Outside the building you have various sea safari options including fishing and Caldey Island trips.

Y Lle Hapus (The Happy Place) is a beautifully furnished three-bedroom apartment overlooking Tenby with distant sea views. The property has the added advantage of a shared, indoor swimming pool and gym which guests can use free of charge during their stay.

Walking inside, the property opens up to an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area which is ideal for families and friends to cook and socialise in. The large balcony doors let the light stream in and the balcony seating area is perfect to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine from. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the amenities required for a self catering stay and comes with a handy dishwasher and washing machine too.

The three bedrooms comprise two king-sized doubles and a single. (One of the king-sized doubles can be changed to a twin on request). All the bedrooms are well-proportioned and the luxury bed linens, cushions and bed throws make for a peaceful night's sleep. The master bedroom has its own ensuite shower room, while the family bathroom which is located off the hallway has a shower over bath.

The swimming pool, which forms part of the apartment complex, is a fantastic bonus meaning that guests can enjoy a swim year-round, even when the sea is is a bit too chilly! Those guests looking to keep in shape while enjoying their break can use the gym facility which features treadmills, bikes and weights.

Outside, there is private, off-road parking and a shared, grass garden area to the rear.

Tenby is a characterful harbour town and seaside resort - one of Wales' most popular and picturesque holiday destinations. Situated within the UK’s only coastal national park, guests are spoilt for choice if a barefooted stroll on the sand or a bracing salt-water dip is on the agenda. The beaches have Blue Flag status for their cleanliness and water quality and are regularly voted to be amongst the most beautiful beaches in the world.

Holidaymakers can walk along Tenby’s sandy South Beach toward Giltar Point and the start of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to enjoy fantastic views of Caldey Island. Also take a stroll through the narrow cobbled streets of the town itself or enjoy one of the many cafes, gift shops, restaurants and pubs.

Award winning Castle Beach sits at the foot of Castle Hill and St. Catherine’s Island which is known for its impressive fort, a former private residence and zoo. Access is weather and tide dependent, but offers impressive views of town, sea and coast.

Licensed fishing boats operate from kiosks in Castle Square, where you can book your place, borrow a rod and lifejacket and hopefully catch your own dinner! Delicious mackerel, flat fish and sea bass can all be caught off the coast on a fishing trip. There is also the booking office for the boats to Caldey which run regular trips to the neighbouring Holy Island from Spring to late Summer. For something a bit more high-octane, on North Beach Tenby Water Sports offers the jet ski safari, donut rides, water-skiing and plenty more to get your blood pumping!
