Heating worked due to getting wet earlier in the day. Met Jan in the morning lovely lady couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely breakfast room sunshine streaming through the window breakfast was fab all weekend. Would def stay again please do your research this right in the middle of Tenby. There is no parking we parked in the multi storey and bought a weeks ticket for £30 you can come and go as you please but we didn't move the car until we were leaving. Its a 5 min walk from the guest house. This is Tenby it does a taxi service but please be aware there are no Ubers which is not the guests house problem do your research beforehand marking the guest house down for this is ridiculous. We chose a seaview room, and waking up to the view of South Beach and Caldey Island was amazing, especially as we were lucky to have a sunny few days, despite it being very cold. The hotel was great, from the friendly, helpful staff to the comfort and stylish decor of the public areas. Our bedroom, despite being ready for a refurb, was very comfortable and had plenty of sensible storage, as well as tea and coffee making supplies. The bathroom was newly refurbished to a good standard. There was an issue with the shower hose, which was dealt with very promptly. Breakfasts were very good, both in content and service. We had one evening meal at the hotel (only because we wanted to explore what Tenby had to offer). It was excellent, and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning. "

Really comfortable bed though a softer pillow option would have been nice. Room serviced everyday and kept spotless. Downstairs is really nice and welcoming with comfortable furniture as is the large garden area with quality outdoors furniture. Saving the best till last - Breakfast. A large selection of very high quality meat and vegetarian options served by very friendly staff. Absolutely loved the place, completely faultless. A 15 minute stroll to the centre of Tenby and located just off the main roads to west and mid Pembroke but is still a very quiet area. Would return anytime we decide to revisit the area."
