- "Nice house, lots of space and good location just outside of the main town area, very quiet despite the walk in hospital over the road. Having a parking space was a bonus but not next to the house, but only caused an issue with the double yellows outside on arrive and departure. A few bits of maintenance needed, outdoor areas need sweeping and weeding. Some leak marks in the upstairs bathroom ceiling and damp stains, and drain smells from the 2nd bed shower room. Basin trap in the shower room has a leak in the cupboard. Lovely kitchen area and cosy lounge. Some minor things needed like locks on door from twin bed into main bathroom, mirror over shower room basin and a hook in the separate toilet to hang a hand towel. And definitely need to put thumb turn locks on the doors, especially the main escape route, given no fire door on kitchen too. The front door handle is quite loose. Other than that, enjoyed the place, just wished the weather had been kinder!! "

- "Wow! What an unbelievable place! Me and my fiancé (I proposed during our stay) just got back from the best few days at Cariad Pod. The facilities are amazing, everything you could need and more. Everything was spotlessly clean and perfectly laid out. We loved using the hot tub and outdoor projector to watch movies! The additional extras they offer are fantastic aswell. We hired the ooni pizza oven and made our own pizzas which were incredible and so much fun. They also decorated the pod with engagement decorations, balloons, cake and Prosecco whilst we were out. And we had one of the breakfast boards which was fantastic aswell. The locations is perfect aswell. Right in the heart of Pembrokeshire which makes travelling anywhere from here extremely easy. We will definitely be returning! This is our new happy place! Can’t reccomend it enough."

- "The cottage was well located, well equipped and had some lovely little touches such as a bottle of wine on arrival, milk in the fridge, tea and coffee provided. Our children enjoyed meeting the various animals and the setting was very convenient and quiet. We were however disappointed to find on arrival that the previous occupants dog’s excrement hadn’t been cleared from the garden, a task we had to undertake before allowing our dog out (and there was more than one!). This really should have been spotted before our arrival. It would have been nice to have a larger bed in the main bedroom and also nicer pillows (the pillows provided were very flat and lacked pillow protectors). The cottage is for four people however there was only a three seater sofa in the living room, this meant one of us sitting on the wooden bench or on the floor. We were also disappointed to find that there was no absolutely no recycling. All in all we enjoyed our time together as a family but felt that our stay was tarnished by the above points. "

This traditional cottage with vintage quirks has been newly renovated for the 2024 season! It is an upside-down house to take advantage of the incredible views of Caldey Island and the beach. Located within the town walls, you will never be more than a stone's throw away from all Tenby has to offer.

Rain or shine, you can head across the road down to the beach, or take a wander up the street into town to peruse Tenby’s many shops, cafes and restaurants.

The space
The cottage is in the centre of town and opposite the beach. It’s homely, with enough space for a family of 4, and beautiful views from the living area upstairs overlooking St Catherine's Island and Caldey.

No on site parking; however you may be able to find a space along the side streets off a road called the Esplanade, although during peak summer times, usually between the months of May to September, it may be a little busy. Street parking is first come, first served. There is a car park called the Rectory car park, multi-storey near the Sainsburys store and the Five Arches Car Park just outside of the town walls. All are reasonably priced and within walking distance of the house.

Please note, there are numerous steps within the property to access the various levels. The backyard also has some rather steep steps, however the level that they access has no use to guests (as seen in image).


During the Summer months Tenby is pedestrianised, however if you enter via the arches, the warden will allow your vehicle in to drop off luggage if you explain that you are staying in a holiday let.


Please note: there are bunk beds in the single bedroom upstairs, with the master bedroom downstairs. The bunk beds are to be used at your own risk. Please assess for yourselves whether your children would be safe to sleep.

The cottage is a centrally heated 2 bedroom barn conversion with an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. There is an enclosed, gated, beautiful garden with patio, furniture and barbeque to the front of the property. Entrance is into a welcoming hallway with a door leading off to the lounge and kitchen. The newly fitted kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and slim line dishwasher. A cosy lounge with TV (freeview) and DVD has views out onto the garden area. Two double bedrooms one with double bed and one with an adult size bunk bed, all with excellent quality bed linen provided and made up for your arrival. The Family bathroom has an elegant drench shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. The whole cottage has been thoughtfully redecorated and designed this year (2018) to create an idyllic hideaway.

Pebble Cottage is conveniently located, just a 5-10 minute stroll away from Tenby's town, fantastic beaches, train station and supermarket. It has 2 double beds and a bunk and has a sunny patio area to the front and back. It's a traditional seaside cottage, with original slate floor in the lounge, but has all the modern comforts and facilities needed for a relaxing holiday.

The space
A BBQ can be found in the rear courtyard, and a "laundry shed" with washing machine and beach toys.

Other things to note
High season summer bookings are restricted to 7 nights stay checking in on a Saturday only. The rest of the year, check in any day with a 3 night minimum stay.

A maximum of 4 adults can stay at the property. There are 2 double beds and a bunk suitable for children/teenagers. A travel cot is also available.

There is some non-resident parking at the end of the street, but if no spaces are available then the train station car park and multi storey carpark are just a couple of minutes walk.

Please note all bedrooms and the bathroom is on the first floor. The property may not be suitable for people with mobility issues who may be unable to escape quickly in the event of a fire.

Lily Rose Cottage is a beautiful well equipped detached cottage situated in the heart of the lovely village of St Florence, 4 miles from Tenby. It is the perfect location to access all the amenities of the fabulous Pembrokeshire coastal region, beautiful beaches and fantastic walks, with so many restaurants and bars to choose from in the area. There is a dog Friendly pub in the village serving food and a well stocked shop a 5 minute walk from the cottage.

Lily Rose Cottage is spacious, there are 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 9. One of the bedrooms is ground floor (twin beds) with a bathroom next to it. Three bedrooms are on the first floor. A double bed with en-suite in one bedroom, a double bed and single bed with en- suite in another bedroom, and two single beds in the forth bedroom. Three of the bedrooms have walk in wardrobes. The large kitchen diner has french doors opening onto the private enclosed back Garden, a great relaxing space with outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining. There is a huge lounge and also a sun room ideal for some quiet relaxation, or children’s space. There is Wifi throughout the cottage and a TV in every bedroom. The drive can accommodate parking for three cars.
