As we only acquired this lovely property in 2017, there are not lots of revues yet, but from the numerous wonderful revues we have had so far, and with the many improvements that we are continuing to make, we are confident that Little Quoit will be even more popular. With stunning sea views towards Rocky Valley and Bossiney Cove, this self contained ground floor accommodation set mid way along the coast road between Boscastle and Tintagel, with access to the Coast Path and the beautiful St. Nectans Glen close by, has much to offer.
It is bright and spacious and with those breath-taking sea views from this elevated position, Little Quoit is an ideal base for exploring the North Coast. Spectacular cliff top walks, picturesque harbours and villages, Bodmin Moor and beautiful sandy beaches all nearby.
Approached by a short lane, there is off road parking and a pathway leading to the rear door to the property, which opens into the kitchen. The kitchen has everything you would wish for. Plenty of cupboard space, a large fridge/freezer, microwave oven, electric oven & hob, dishwasher, we have tried to think of everything, so you will lack for nothing. From the kitchen window you look out onto a particularly attractive feature heather garden.
From the kitchen you then enter an inner hall way which takes you to the rest of the very spacious rooms.
The Lounge/Dining room is bright and sunny and has a very attractive and comfortable lounge suite , dining table and chairs, a cabinet with books, DVD's and games, TV and DVD player. The views from this room are wonderful, because you not only have the sea view to the distant horizon but can look down towards the beautiful Rocky Valley and Lye Beach and watch the waves crashing on the rocks. Patio doors from this room take you into a delightful double glazed conservatory with more comfortable seating and those same fabulous views. A door from the conservatory takes you out to the patio & garden where there is more seating, giving the opportunity of al-fresco dining if required.
The Bedroom is also a good size and features a beautifully carved oak Four Poster bed, the same fabulous views of sea and cliffs and plenty of wardrobe and storage space. We have also provided another TV. for those that like to watch telly in bed
The shower room is also very spacious, but no bath, just a shower, toilet and wash basin with bathroom cabinet over. There is an airing cupboard there with plenty of towels.
Outside there is a large garden, mainly lawns with flower borders and a rustic table and benches for your use.
We are told by our visitors, that Little Quoit does not live up to it's name, because it is very spacious and we are also often told it is one of the best equipped and, more important is very homely. That is because we have not just furnished it with the bare essentials of a rental property. We have provided much more, because we want you to love it and to want to return. The return bookings, so far, for next year, prove we must be doing something right.

The tidal beach of Trewarmett Strand is within walking distance, very popular with swimmers and surfers. Summerhut is a cosy and modern, king size double bed, shower and toilet and a cosy lounge area. Outside is a private patio with stunning sea views.2022 new addition to Summerhut the Crows Nest raised balcony giving you uninterrupted panoramic views across the country side and out to sea, just right for those evening drinks looking at the sunset.
- "The summer hut was exactly as described on the site! Nigel the host was lovely and even welcomed us with a bottle of bubbly in the fridge as we were there for our anniversary! We also had milk, juice, tea, coffee, snacks etc available and topped up as needed each day! He was very friendly and informative of the area and helpful! We had a lovely few days and we’re lucky with the weather, so we were able to enjoy the lovely raised terrace area that is the perfect spot overlooking the beautiful green scenery and the seascape beyond it! All facilities were available and set to a high standard in the apartment! It felt very secure and safe, and we would recommend it highly as a good base! Tintagel was literally about 5 mins drive away, so not far from amenities at all, but still nice and private setting away from the hustle and bustle! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you Nigel for your hospitality! 👍"

Formally an artist’s studio, Praxis is situated above the beach with uninterrupted views of the Atlantic, beach and Gull Rock. Beautiful decorated in calm colours, Praxis is a one bedroom haven away from the busy world. With french doors opening onto your own private balcony looking out to sea, there really is no better place to relax, unwind and take in the summer sea air. The property benefits from a wood burning stove making equally spectacular during the colder months.
Praxis is the last flat before the Atlantic Ocean so has amazing, uninterrupted sea views over the beach and Gull Rock. Its a place to relax, unwind and listen to the waves. With a cosy log burner and the Port William pub only 100 Yards away.
The property excepts up to two dogs who will love the beach, sea and south west coast path all on the doorstep.

- "When we walked into Praxis, and opened the doors in the picture, my jaw dropped--it is so much more gorgeous than the picture can convey, with the intensity of the colors of the water and the shoreline, the crashing waves, the clean air and the way the cliffs frame the big rock out in the sea in front. The apartment was comfortable and well-maintained; the kitchen and bathroom looked like they had been recently updated and the bed was comfortable. The shower had the best water pressure I think I've ever experienced, with a rainhead and a wand, in a big tub.. There was no freezer, which was a surprise, and the washer worked better than the dryer (but there's a drying rack.) The one challenge was the parking space is tiny and you really have to have parking chops to get into the space without hitting the posts, getting too close to the stone dropoff, or hitting a rock on the other side of the lane. The hedgerows also take some getting used to, as some people are better about giving way than others. But my US driver wife aced all of that, and everything was very close, to our US sensibilities--Tintagel, Rough Tor, Bodmin Moor, and hiking trails. Okay, I didn't know a strand was a beach, and was astonished to see all the sand appear the next day, with a huge cave to explore down by the waterline. There was a little breakfast cafe across the street, and the pub steps away from the front door (but neither one was noisy). We'll be back for sure!"

We are situated 1.5 miles from Boscastle and 1.5 miles from Tintagel, the home of King Arthur. The walk to St. Nectan's Glen waterfalls is a 5 minute walk from the annex. The South West coast path can be reached within a 5 minute walk. The views are absolutely stunning, sea views and sunsets. The annex is fully equipped with all modern appliances and everything else you will need while on holiday here. The bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, dressing table and T.V.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink and bath towels.
The patio outside is lovely to sit outside and watch the waves.
We supply beach towels, bath towels, games, books, maps, DvD's, T.V, hairdryer plus plenty more.
The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, hob, double oven washing machine and dishwasher. We supply all cleaning equipment, clothes, washing up liquid, bin bags, soap powder and dish washer tablets.
We have lots of returning guests who all love staying here. We know you will too! We have 2 small friendly dogs who might say hello under the patio! They do not go in the annex.

We are located in a designated Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty at the top of Trebarwith Valley and overlook Trebarwith Strand and Port Isaac Bay.
The beach is a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive and has a beach shop and café. The Port William Inn (overlooking the beach) and the Millhouse Inn (on the way to the beach) also offer food and drink.
A 5 minute drive in the other direction takes you to the village of Tintagel with it's famous castle and legends of King Arthur. The village contains 2 small supermarkets and a number of shops including Boots Chemists and a number of pubs, restaurants, cafes and the doctors surgery
Boscastle is a 10 minute drive, Bodmin Moor 15 mins, Port Isaac 20 mins, Polzeath 25 mins, Bude 30 mins, Padstow 40 mins.
Our nearest Airport is Newquay - approximately 50 minutes drive.
The nearest railway station is Bodmin Parkway - approximately 40 minutes drive.
We have a local bus stop almost outside which goes to Bude in the one direction and Wadebridge in the other direction.
Since rural bus services aren't frequent we advise you to come by car to enjoy the best of Cornwall. There is a dedicated parking space here for your use.
