Windmills is ideally located above Praa Sands beach, a picturesque stretch of golden sand where you can enjoy endless hours of fun. Build sandcastles, paddle in the shallows, explore the numerous rock pools or try your hand at bodyboarding, or surfing in the crystal-clear waters. The beach is life-guarded from Easter onwards and the lifeguards are located at the end of the beach closest to Windmills, meaning you too can enjoy a relaxing day on the beach. With facilities nearby including public toilets, bars, and a cafe, everything you need for a day at the beach is right at your fingertips, ensuring you can enjoy a traditional family holiday in Cornwall by the beach.

In the evening if you don’t feel like cooking then you have the choice of The Welloe (previously The Sand Bar) for dinner, everything on their menu is either eat in or take away. Accommodation
Windmills is located at the end of a private track, off one of the two roads leading down to Praa Sands. The farmhouse is situated at the end of the dead end drive with easy parking next to the house, in the farmyard. Windmills is a first floor apartment with a further holiday home on the ground floor. Access to the farmhouse is via a small gate into the private garden; there is a shared front door and small hallway with the private entrance and staircase to Windmills at the back.

As you step inside, you’ll immediately feel at home in the welcoming ambiance of this cosy retreat. The sitting room, with beautiful sea views, is the heart of the home, where you can unwind together after a day of exploring. Sink into the two comfortable sofas with a good book or settle around the coffee table for a family game. There is also a wood burner for winter stays and a large, Smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to whip up delicious meals for the family. With space and modern amenities, cooking is easy, whether you’re preparing a hearty breakfast or a leisurely dinner. Large window with views towards the sea (through the trees in the summer) and a family kitchen table and 4 chairs.

There are two good sized bedrooms; the master with king size bed, views to the sea, wardrobe, chest of drawers and ensuite shower room. The second with two single beds; both bedrooms offer a comfortable nights sleep for the whole family, after busy days exploring the wonders of Cornwall. With two bathrooms, one en-suite shower room and one full family bathroom (with bath and shower over) showering off that salt water at the end of the day is a breeze!

Outside, the garden provides the perfect spot for alfresco dining (there is a charcoal BBQ provided), the farmhouse is set within the grounds of a family farm and small, peaceful campsite so you can relax knowing you are in a safe and secure setting. If you are holidaying with children, you can relax whilst they play out safely, they will most likely meet a bunch of new playmates on the family friendly campsite! The night sky is truly breath-taking, so make sure you wrap up and do some stargazing.

There are a couple of dwellings in the farmyard, one holiday flat on the ground floor and the farmers apartment to the side of the farmhouse. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer and washing machine. All bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided within the price. Wifi & Smart TV.

There is a garden at the front of the house, the area to the left belongs to Windmills. The garden is secure for dogs (make sure the gate is shut) but you will need to be respectful of any guests staying in the ground floor flat as they also have access to the garden. Parking for one car in the farmyard to the left of the farmhouse. This beautiful Cornish holiday home is dog friendly all year round. Nearby Praa Sands has a seasonal dog ban in place from 1st July to 31st August from 10am to 6pm; the nearest year round dog friendly beach is Rinsey, a 5 minute drive.

Guest access
Your annex is attached to the side of the main house. You have your own private entrance door. There is a locked door between your annex and the main house. This is used to access the kitchenette area to replenish beverages, cereals or milk. If you need more of these, just let Erica know and she will pop them in.
Delicious plant based oat milk is provided. If you would prefer an alternative such as soya, rice, almond, hemp, coconut please let us know. There is always a gluten free museli available on request. There are 29 STEPS up to the main house where we live with Magic, the CAT.

The space is modern, light and airy, with classic sea views over the dunes to the sea. If you like uncluttered, simple, clean living this is the space. You will leave feeling refreshed!

It enjoys high quality flooring, appliances and has been finished to a very high standard. With Karndean flooring, airsource heating, a beautiful kitchen and sliding doors that open up to a South facing decking area.

The accommodation comprises of one king bedroom with sea views and built in storage. One twin room that can also be made as a king bed if required with built in storage.

There is a master bathroom with overhead shower, it's a stunning bathroom with designer tiles and fittings.

The open plan living area has a clever combination of subtle colours with a splash of colours. It's very comfortable and features a TV, dining area, sofa and a very well equipped kitchen. The sliding doors at the front offer magnificent views and access to the patio.

To the rear of the property is a large allocated car parking space.

To access the beach you can go through the apartment building communal gardens via a gate and across the dunes, it only takes 1-2 minutes to hit a quiet spot of golden sands at this fabulous South facing beach.

The whole property is accessible for guests besides the heating cupboard. We use an eco friendly heating system with thermostats. The thermostats are really simple to use and control the heating with so we ask guests to use these and not the primary heating controls.

We are more than happy to help with any queries, advice or similar. We're all local and know Praa Sands really well, we want you to enjoy it so please do ask away. The owner is also local and will be able to assist out of hours if needs be. After all, it is a holiday and we expect most will want some privacy so we tend to offer this as a matter of course.

Praa Sands is a small coastal village with a large stretch of golden sands on the South Coast nestled between Porthleven and Penzance. There are amenities such as a shop, bar, cafe, surf school and hire. Large supermarkets and well renowned restaurants are a short drive away at places like Rosudgeon, Perranuthnoe, Penzance and Porthleven.

The local coast path is stunning and walks to Prussia Cove and Rinsey are a must.

Think quiet, laid back and friendly. It's small and welcoming community.

The village is served by a bus service. It's not the most regular at circa once an hour. To be honest you are best with a car here as there are so many good places to explore locally. Walking to hidden beaches is a must though! Rinsey, Kenneggy and Prussia Cove are all walkable.

We use a keysafe system for entry. The tennis courts are not part of the apartment.

Bre An Mor is a lovely annexe, attached to the owners’ property and situated near to the beach in the Cornish village of Praa Sands. The annexe sleeps two adults and has one double bedroom, a shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is seating in the garden and off road parking for one car. Just yards from the beach, Bre An Mor is a fabulous holiday home for a romantic holiday.

Region: Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Town: Praa Sands is an excellent surfing and swimming beach. Lifeguarded during the summer months, there is also a surf school offering kayak, surfboard and wetsuit hire. The cafe and bar/restaurant at the western end of the beach is popular, and a stroll to the eastern end will ensure tranquillity. Praa Sands is also home to a nine hole Golf and Country Club, open to non members plus a small post office stores for provisions.

Overlooking the sandy beach at Praa Sands, 4 Clipper Cove is a modern, first floor apartment sleeping four people. With a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner and balcony complete with outside seating and sun loungers, you won’t want to leave. Steps (or a lift) take you up to the apartment’s entrance and into the living area which has floor to ceiling windows as well as doors leading out onto the balcony.
The modern kitchen and separate utility room are well-equipped and the dining table is placed to appreciate the views whilst eating. The apartment benefits from a master bedroom with king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, and a twin bedded room. There is a family bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath. Outside, there is parking for one car and secure storage for surfboards, bikes and pushchairs.
4 Clipper Cove is very close to the beach and the village, which is located roughly half way between the towns of Penzance and Helston. The beach stretches for about a mile between Hoe Point in the west and Rinsey Head in the east and has recently been recognised as a Regionally Important Geological Site due to some interesting geological features along the beach. Praa Sands isn’t just a beach though, the village has a fish and chip shop, a lively pub right on the beach front, a post office, general stores, a surf shop and a golf club.

Our flat is a separate annex to our house with designated parking space by the wooden troth with Star Jasmine planted in.
To the side of the flat there is also an enclosed garden that is for our guests to use.
We wish that our guests respect that the rest of our drive as well as our gardens and the outhouses are for private use only.

The space
You are sure to enjoy your stay at Little Seas, it is a stylish well equipped studio apartment with a private south facing balcony getting sun most of the day with far reaching Ocean and Beach views, it is perfectly located to enjoy one of the most unspoiled areas of Cornwall.

It has been carefully designed with convenience and comfort in mind with a few added luxuries and free WiFi. Sit back on the newly built balcony soaking up the Cornish sunshine, whilst taking in the far reaching Atlantic views. When the sun goes down it is the perfect time to gaze up at the stars and watch the moon reflect in the Ocean.

There is a private parking space directly in front of your accommodation.

The wooden balcony offers wonderful views, 2 chair loungers, table and 2 chairs, a gate to close off steps and half frosted glass panels for privacy.

The Lounge Zone also offers wonderful views and has a soft touch leather sofa, coffee table, reading arch lamp, and a smart TV. The new Opti Flame Fireplace gives you instant heat, perfect for keeping warm and cosy on cooler evenings along with a super soft blanket to snuggle into.

The sliding door has Thermal blackout curtains for added comfort.

The Kitchen Zone is kitted out with everything you need to prepare and enjoy any meal. It has a built in fridge with freezer box, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, kettle, toaster, cafetière and complementaries.

The Bedroom zone has a Double Bed that has been selected to offer maximum comfort with 4 pillows, bedside tables with touch lamps. A large wardrobe with hangers, hairdryer and a full length mirror.

Windmills is located at the end of a private track, off one of the two roads leading down to Praa Sands. The farmhouse is situated at the end of the dead end drive with easy parking next to the house, in the farmyard. Windmills is a first floor apartment with a further holiday home on the ground floor. Access to the farmhouse is via a small gate into the private garden; there is a shared front door and small hallway with the private entrance and staircase to Windmills at the back.

As you step inside, you’ll immediately feel at home in the welcoming ambiance of this cosy retreat. The sitting room, with beautiful sea views, is the heart of the home, where you can unwind together after a day of exploring. Sink into the two comfortable sofas with a good book or settle around the coffee table for a family game. There is also a wood burner for winter stays and a large, Smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to whip up delicious meals for the family. With space and modern amenities, cooking is easy, whether you’re preparing a hearty breakfast or a leisurely dinner. Large window with views towards the sea (through the trees in the summer) and a family kitchen table and 4 chairs.

There are two good sized bedrooms; the master with king size bed, views to the sea, wardrobe, chest of drawers and ensuite shower room. The second with two single beds; both bedrooms offer a comfortable nights sleep for the whole family, after busy days exploring the wonders of Cornwall. With two bathrooms, one en-suite shower room and one full family bathroom (with bath and shower over) showering off that salt water at the end of the day is a breeze!

Outside, the garden provides the perfect spot for alfresco dining, there is a charcoal BBQ provided; the farmhouse is set within the grounds of a family farm and small, peaceful campsite, so you can relax knowing you are in a safe and secure setting. If you are holidaying with children, you can relax whilst they play out safely, they will most likely meet a bunch of new playmates on the family friendly campsite! The night sky is truly breath-taking, so make sure you wrap up and do some stargazing.

Windmills is ideally located above Praa Sands beach, a picturesque stretch of golden sand where you can enjoy endless hours of fun. Build sandcastles, paddle in the shallows, explore the numerous rock pools or try your hand at bodyboarding, or surfing in the crystal-clear waters. The beach is life-guarded from Easter onwards and the lifeguards are located at the end of the beach closest to Windmills, meaning you too can enjoy a relaxing day on the beach. With facilities nearby including public toilets, bars, and a cafe, everything you need for a day at the beach is right at your fingertips, ensuring you can enjoy a traditional family holiday in Cornwall by the beach.

In the evening if you don’t feel like cooking then you have the choice of The Welloe (previously The Sand Bar) for dinner, everything on their menu is either eat in or take away. Underneath The Welloe is Stones Reef, a fun bar overlooking Praa Sands Beach, they don’t always serve food, but they have great foodie Friday pop-up events which are well worth seeking out. Or a short drive away you’ll find The Falmouth Packet Pub in one direction and Porthleven in the other: a harbour town packed full of beautiful places to eat; particularly recommend Kota Kai, Naughty but Ice (great pizzas) and The Ship Inn.

For those seeking adventure, the surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for exploration. Lace up your hiking boots and set off on one of the nearby coastal paths, where breathtaking views and hidden coves can be found around every corner. Or why not try your hand at surfing or paddleboarding, with equipment hire and lessons available nearby for your convenience. The larger towns of Porthleven, Helston and Penzance are within a 10-20 minute drive making shopping for essentials easy. There are numerous attractions within a 30-minute drive including St Ives, St Micheals Mount, Marazion, Porthcurno, Minack Theatre, Flambards, The Cornish Seal Sanctuary in Gweek, Paradise Park in Hayle or a visit to Kynance Cove and the peaceful estuaries around Falmouth and the Lizard.

Seasky is a luxury apartment located in Praa Sands with beautiful sea views, outside space and a very high quality finish.

Benefiting from WiFi, parking and a short 1-2 minute stroll to the fabulous beach which is lifeguarded in season and has some of the best surfing waves in Cornwall.

The space
The space is modern, light and airy, with classic sea views over the dunes to the sea. If you like uncluttered, simple, clean living this is the space. You will leave feeling refreshed!

It enjoys high quality flooring, appliances and has been finished to a very high standard. With Karndean flooring, airsource heating, a beautiful kitchen and sliding doors that open up to a South facing decking area.

The accommodation comprises of one king bedroom with sea views and built in storage. One twin room that can also be made as a king bed if required with built in storage.

There is a master bathroom with overhead shower, it's a stunning bathroom with designer tiles and fittings.

The open plan living area has a clever combination of subtle colours with a splash of colours. It's very comfortable and features a TV, dining area, sofa and a very well equipped kitchen. The sliding doors at the front offer magnificent views and access to the patio.

To the rear of the property is a large allocated car parking space.

To access the beach you can go through the apartment building communal gardens via a gate and across the dunes, it only takes 1-2 minutes to hit a quiet spot of golden sands at this fabulous South facing beach.

Guest access
The whole property is accessible for guests besides the heating cupboard. We use an eco friendly heating system with thermostats. The thermostats are really simple to use and control the heating with so we ask guests to use these and not the primary heating controls.

Other things to note
We use a keysafe system for entry. The tennis courts are not part of the apartment.

The space
Inside is a spacious open-plan lounge/diner/kitchen with floor-to-ceiling windows and patio doors allowing loads of light to come flooding in. Cook up a storm in the practical kitchen as other guests sit at the breakfast bar, before eating your culinary concoction at the dining table. A handy utility room situated to the side of the kitchen contains laundry facilities. Cosy up for a relaxing evening on the comfortable sofa and watch movies before heading to one of the bedrooms for some much-needed sleep. A sumptuous king-size bedroom has plenty of storage and an en-suite shower room, while a twin bedroom and family bathroom completes the interior. Heading through the lounge’s patio doors, you will find a fabulous south-facing balcony. Dine alfresco or enjoy an evening tipple while the sun sets.

Praa Sands is a pretty, little village with a stunning sandy beach with an abundance of rock pools, located just 200 metres away. You will also find plenty of activities available here such as kayaking, snorkelling and windsurfing. Head off on foot along the superb South West Coast Path which passes through here and winds its way along the coastline taking in fabulous views. Alternatively, hop in the car and visit the beautiful port town of Penzance (9 miles) which has a wide range of shops and restaurants.
