The Loft is a recently-refurbished, warm, spacious holiday home sleeping six people, with stunning sea views from almost every room.

Perfectly positioned above the harbour and Sennen lifeboat station, The Loft has unbeatable 180-degree seaviews of Whitesands Bay, Cape Cornwall and the Atlantic Ocean. Being perched just above the Cove means we're in prime position to spot the basking sharks who visit the bay, and pods of porpoises and dolphins. Guests can fall asleep listening to the sound of the sea, too. The South West Coastal Path is moments away, offering instant access to breath-taking National Trust land reaching to Land's End, or you can just stroll down to the glorious golden sands of Whitesands Bay, an award-winning beach, just minutes' away.

With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and parking for two cars, The Loft sleeps up to six people. It's a real home from home, comfortable, warm and cosy but with enough space that guests can spread out and relax.

Renovated recently, with new double-glazed windows, front door and flooring, The Loft has been freshly decorated and refurbished in Farrow & Ball colours, and has new beds, linens, pillows, mattresses and duvets, along with a new 6-seater corner sofa and Smart TV, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day spent playing on the golden sands of Sennen Beach.

Bedroom One has a luxurious king-sized bed and en-suite shower room with WC; both the bedroom and bathroom have stunning views of the beach at Whitesands Bay. You can watch the tide roll in from your bed, and see the early-morning surfers doing their thing, and you can certainly hear the sea as you fall asleep... With stripped wooden floors and luxury soft furnishings, you'll be comfortable and cosy whatever time of year you visit. With a wardrobe and chest of drawers, and two sidetables and sidelights. Weaver Green rugs, bed-throws and cushions for the bed. Bedroom One also has its own en-suite shower room with WC, and stunning views of the Cove.

Bedroom Two has a king-sized bed and glorious views across the harbour to Cape Cornwall. With a vintage Penguin travel print, wardrobe and chest of drawers, two side tables and sidelights, and a large apex window with high ceiling, you can also hear the sea. Also with Weaver Green rugs, bed-throws and cushions.

Bedroom Three has two new twin beds and a cliff view, although this room is suitable for children, it’s grown-up enough for adult guests too. With a wardrobe and side tables and lights, and a Weaver Green throws and cushions for each bed.

The family bathroom has a WC, bath and over-bath shower, perfect for getting the last of the sand from your toes. Decorated with sea-glass-coloured mosaic tiles, it's a haven in which to unwind and reflect on the day. Guests will find complimentary herbal toiletries from Cornwall's St Kitt's Herbery.

The living area has a new large L-shaped sofa with enough room for everyone to spread out and relax. Our new Smart TV has satellite channels, perfect for those Netflix 'n' Chill evenings, and the bi-fold doors of our juliette balcony mean you can open up the living area to the sound and sights of the Bay. With spectacular views over the Cove whatever the weather, you'll have plenty to keep you entertained. We also have fast Wifi (but you can always blame Cornish signal if you really want to cut yourselves off - everyone back home will believe you) vintage boardgames and selection of books.

Our dining area features a locally-crafted dining table made of reclaimed timber which seats up to six comfortably, and Italian leather chairs so you can settle in for the evening over a meal with friends or family. It also has spectacular views over to Cape Cornwall.

Our brand new kitchen was fitted in 2021, with Farrow & Ball Shaker units and marble work-tops, along with a large new fridge-freezer, Neff oven and hob, Miele dishwasher and Bosch washing machine, a microwave and our essential Nespresso machine. The kitchen has stunning views over towards Mayon Cliff and the Atlantic. You’ve just got to keep your eyes on what you're meant to be cooking, not those jaw-dropping sunsets...It’s also well-stocked with the latest cookery books, vintage Wedgwood china and our favourite Penguin paperback coffee mugs.

Having once been the top floor of a Victorian Hotel, The Loft has much more space than many Cornish holiday properties, with high ceilings and commanding sea views from almost every room. At the rear of the property, we have a terraced decking area which we have refurbished in cedar timber in 2021, making it the perfect spot for a morning coffee and the paper, or a sundowner as you watch the last rays disappear into the Atlantic. We also have terraced gardens below which overlook the sea – a perfect picnic location or sunny spot for a BBQ.

Bodyboards, fishing nets, buckets and spades are provided for the use of our guests.

As the most westerly beach in the UK, Sennen has stunning scenery whatever the weather, all year round. It's a perfect spot to watch the fisherman in the harbour, or the seals and dolphin pods who visit the bay. Being the first piece of land in over 3,000 miles of Atlantic means we see some dramatic waves and weather. It’s terrific spot for storm-watching too and often when a big storm hits the UK, the photos of Sennen make the national papers.

With a great local pub just a few minutes away, a local grocery and newspaper shop, cafes, gallery and two surf schools, there's everything you need for your stay close to hand. Tesco Online will also deliver to the apartment. We also have a local spa therapist who can visit if you fancy an Indian head massage, or some Reiki healing.

We are just moments from the South West Coastal Path and the dramatic cliff-top scenery of Land’s End; en-route you will spot Longships Lighthouse and the wreck of the RMS Mulheim.

Sennen has a farmer's market on a Tuesday behind the school, which is well worth a visit.

A few miles away, the Minack Theatre provides evening entertainment throughout the summer and children’s shows during the day. The gardens are well worth a visit too, as is Porthcurno Beach just a few minutes away.

Penzance and Newlyn are a short drive away; Newlyn is particularly good for fresh fish and has many artists studios and galleries, being home to the Newlyn School of Art. It also has a beautiful new arthouse cinema for those occasional rainy afternoons.

St Ives is just 16 miles away and can be reached by bus from Sennen or the train from St Erth. Packed with restaurants, galleries – including the Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum – it’s well worth a visit.

Please note that as The Loft is situated part-way up the cliff above Sennen, and as the property is accessed by ten steps from the car park, it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues or wheelchairs. The walk down to the beach is by a sloping private path which is uneven in places and may not be suitable for buggies or pushchairs.

Badgers Loft is Set in the heart of the cove. Badgers loft is a modern seaside retreat. A stable door from the balcony leads you into the kitchen/dining area with a walk through between the eaves to the bright open plan living and sleeping space. Beaches Whitesands Apartments, was originally built in the 1850's as the Sennen Cove Hotel. It is close to the cove but also has spectacular views across the bay. We have watched pods of dolphins playing in the surf, curious seals lifting their heads out of the water to watch the swimmers, even basking sharks (large but harmless plankton eaters) lazily drifting around the bay in June. Beaches offers all this and a spacious, comfortable and very well equipped holiday home for 8 people. Ten minute walk down to the beach and incredible cliff walks right out back with about a half hour to Land's End.

Set across the entire ground floor with its own front door there is the rare advantage of private parking right outside, add to that Bi-fold doors (fitted 2023) opening onto a decked private patio to take in those views and sounds of the sea. It doesn't get much better for the perfect Cornish holiday.

Whether coming for a surf break, a family holiday, romantic break or a plain old getaway from the busy world The Cubby Hole is the perfect spot come summer or winter.

The Cubby Hole is a wonderful beach front apartment with a spacious open plan dining, kitchen and living area, great for social evenings in. The dining area is set by the stunning Bi-fold doors which can be opened entirely (please do read the instructions first). It’s a perfect spot to plan the day over breakfast as you look out and can almost touch the sea. It's a fantastic view throughout the year. Through the modern kitchen, the living area is full of character and style with a wood burning stove for cosy nights in.

The main bedroom has a king size bed perfectly placed to take in the views and drift off to the sound of the sea. The second bedroom can be made up as two small singles or a king size, you decide. There is a great shower room and the decked patio outside is a lovely spot to watch the world go by.

This attractive double fronted cottage was skilfully converted into two apartments and, although front line to Sennen Cove, it’s one of the only properties on this stretch set back (behind a large turning area). It gives it a real feeling of being tucked away without losing any of the wonderful vistas!

LOCATION
Often known as The Bay Where the Dolphins Play, Sennen Cove has a beautiful Blue Flag beach, two surf schools, a restaurant, an ancient pub, fish and chips and café too. The coastal walking from here offers both gentle and more challenging options with Lands End and Cape Cornwall within easy reach. You’re not restricted to Sennen though. There are five other sandy beaches within ten miles. And yes – you may well see dolphins in the bay.

LIVING
The front stable door leads into a hallway down to the rear bedroom and shower room with the main bedroom and living room off the entrance on either side.

The impressive open plan living area is spacious and it's a special comfortable space. Modern and stylish yet retaining plenty of character it's a great room to curl up in front of a roaring fire or have a meal taking in the breathtaking views across the Atlantic. SLEEPING
The refurbished bedrooms have luxury beds and pocket sprung mattresses in both.

MAIN BEDROOM: This has a picture window looking towards the ocean has a king size bed, a large fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

SECOND BEDROOM: At the rear of the apartment has a large skylight, a king-sized bed which can be made up as 2’6 twins on request and a small wardrobe/chest of drawers.

BATHING
The quirky shower room is situated off the hall, it's full of character and has a large built in shower enclosure, WC and basin.

OUTSIDE
To the left at the front of the apartment is a private parking space for one car and we can't emphasise enough what an advantage this is particularly in high season. To the right of the front door in front of the living room window is a lovely decked patio area with a large garden table and four chairs.

Bi-FOLD DOORS: These can be opened up entirely to enjoy the stunning sea views even more. It’s important to familiarise yourself with the supplied instructions before using them as damage from misuse is your liability. They must be operated by a responsible adult and children must not operate them to avoid damage or accidents.

PETS: Far West Cornwall is doggie heaven! There’s plenty of beaches and coast paths for exploring. One well-behaved dog is welcome at £35 per week/short break. Please make sure they stay out of bedrooms and off the furniture and that you rub down muddy/sandy feet before they come in.

LINEN & TOWELS: You'll have bedding & towels but please bring your own beach towels.

UTILITY: There is a washer / dryer in the kitchen and an iron and ironing board.

ACCESSIBILITY: The apartment is across the ground floor with one step in. Parking is right outside the house. If in doubt or if you have any questions do get in touch before booking.

CHANGEOVER & SHORT BREAKS: Changeover is usually Friday. Short breaks are available for a minimum of two or three nights with flexible changeover days out of season. Do check with us if your dates don't quite fit as we will always try to help.

This modern apartment is in the coastal village of Sennen Cove in Cornwall and can sleep two people in one bedroom.

Sennen Heights is a modern ground floor apartment with jaw-dropping 180 degree views over Sennen Cove and is minutes on foot from the long stretch of sandy beach and the charming harbour. Ample for two, the accommodation includes a double bedroom with a super king size bed (zip and link to twin on request), a shower room with a walk in shower and a separate WC. There is an open plan living room with a fitted kitchen. Access to the apartment is gained via a large number of steep steps from the main car park.

Amenities: Electric heating. Combination microwave oven with grill, halogen oven, electric hob, fridge, TV with Freeview, WiFi, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. One small, well behaved dog welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Max two adults. Infants and children are not accepted. Note:Unsuitable for those with limited mobility due to a large number of steps (approx 70 - 80) leading up to the property from the parking - the view and apartment itself are well worth the walk. Note: You can unload luggage from Maria's Lane which is behind the property, there are a lesser number of steps then to the front, these steps are set into the hillside which lead down to the rear of the property. Bring a torch. Note: There is no allocated parking space for the apartment but you can use the residents parking area beyond the harbour car park, however, there is no guarantee of a space during peak times. Parking is otherwise in the harbour car park and can be paid for via an app.

Town: The small fishing village of Sennen Cove is situated close to Land’s End in Cornwall. The village has a lifeboat station, church, a couple of shops, a café plus two popular gastropubs. The town of St Just is the nearest town to Land’s End and has several monument and prehistoric antiquities, including a Bronze Age settlement at Cape Cornwall. The town also has a town hall, a church, shops and pubs, and Plain-an-Gwarry, a theatre used for miracle plays in medieval times. Porthcorno, which has the outdoor Minack Theatre is situated 5 miles away. The village of Mousehole is within a short drive where stargazy pie can be sampled. Also within reach is the town of Penzance, which boasts winding streets, shops, clubs, restaurants and a harbour, from where day trips to the Scilly Isles can be enjoyed. Wow – what a view! The Lookout - Sennen is a beautifully renovated apartment overlooking Sennen Cove and Whitesands Bay. Sleeping two people and one dog, the apartment is part of the well-known Sennen Heights building and is only accessed via 80 steps on the coastal path. The open-plan living area has amazing sea views, comfy seating and a well-equipped modern kitchen. The sumptuous bedroom has a super king-sized bed and a free-standing roll top bath positioned right by the window. There is a separate shower room giving guests of The Lookout the choice of a relaxing deep bath or invigorating shower.

A stable door from the balcony leads you into the kitchen / dining area with a walk through between the eaves to the bright open plan living and sleeping space .

The velux roof Windows look out over the view of the Atlantic Ocean .

The fishing harbour in view, and just one minute from the famous White sands surf beach. Close to the Old Success Inn, coastal walks and fantastic open top bus route to St. Ives.

The space
Badgers Loft is the perfect romantic getaway for two! It has a separate pathway leading to a south facing balcony and entrance through a stable door into the kitchen/dining area.
A walk through to the main sleeping area /seating area with a new Wood burner . Lovely bathroom with roll top bath . The bath has a hand held traditional mixer tap with shower attachment .
Sea views snd views towards the harbour are from the velux windows in the living and sleeping space .
Restricted head height near to the bed space as the Loft is in the eaves of the cottage .

Badgers loft is a lovely cosy space which is separate to the main cottage.
One minute walk to the lovely powder sands of Whitesands beach.
Listen to the gulls in the morning and the waves as you fall asleep !

Badgers Loft is situated in the roof space so does have restricted head height around the edges of the spaces.
Most guests don't find this an issue and it contributes to the 'cosy charm'.

We live on the ground floor & are available to answer any queries to ensure an enjoyable stay. Guests have their own key to the front door of Huers Rock and to the 1st floor apartment to come and go as you please.

Watch the ocean from this comfortable first floor apartment, set on the seafront at Sennen Cove above The Sennen Cove Cafe. The apartment is approached by a flight of steps. A hallway takes you up two steps past the bathroom and the twin bedroom to the master bedroom, which has steps up to access the rear decked terrace through the French windows. The open plan living area has amazing views and is bright & airy with a well-equipped modern kitchen and BT high-speed fibre broadband.

The space
The attractive rear terrace is a sun-trap in the mornings for your al fresco breakfast, and a quiet space for that chilled wine whilst watching the sun set. Sennen Cove Cafe is sited below serving the best coffee and cakes in the area. What will your day bring, will it be surfing, building sandcastles or an amble along the coastal path to Land's End? Whatever your plans, they are sure to be exhilarating. Little Bo is pet friendly welcoming one animal.
