Thank you for viewing our apartment and in these uncertain times we wanted to inform you of changes we have made to our booking and cleaning policies.
The first change is that new guests will be unable to arrive until 15:00 on the same day as guests depart, this will ensure we have sufficient time to implement our revised cleaning and sanitising policies. The second change is that the facility to "instant book" has been temporarily suspended, this policy will be reviewed when appropriate.
Whilst we have always prided ourselves on the cleanliness of the apartment we have implemented the following procedures to enhance that. We have based this upon guidance from Public Health Wales: our Holiday Let Insurers and Home and Away:

1. Wooden floors will be steam cleaned between stays
2. All surfaces, furniture and devices such as remote controls etc will be cleaned and sanitised
3. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils will be cleaned, regardless if they had been used or not
4. Bedding and towels will be washed at a temperature of at least 60 degrees
5. Door handles, key safes and other high use areas will be cleaned and then sanitised
6. Particular attention will be given to sanitising the bathroom area
7. We will endeavor to provide disposable paper towels, hand sanitiser etc for your personal use, there will also be a range of sanitising cleaning materials provided
8. Weather permitting; windows will be left open as this will help reduce disinfectant odours that some guests may be allergic to

For the foreseeable future it is possible that not all attractions will be open, so we suggest you check before booking if traveling for a specific event/attraction.

Situated overlooking the marina with lovely views from the Juliette Balcony in the Living Room. A range of restaurants, pub, shops, museum, library and bowling alley within 2 minutes walk. A large Supermarket and other shops within 10 minutes walk. Beautiful beaches of Little Haven, Broadhaven 10 minutes by car. Historic towns of Tenby and St. David's 20 minutes by car. Centrally located for access to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, children's attractions such as Oakwood and Folly Farm are within a 25-minute drive. Our apartment is spacious, bright and modern. The prestigious award winning Torch Theatre is a ten-minute walk offering both theatre productions and cinema, a few times a year films are shown in an outside cinema. From April to September boat trips operate from the marina to surrounding areas.

The marina holds events during June to celebrate Pembrokeshire Fish Week with a range of stalls serving fresh fish and other attractions. During November a renowned Jazz Festival is held in Tenby, attracting musicians from around the world.

A beautifully presented two bed apartment overlooking the picturesque marina with breathtaking views across the Milford Haven waterways. This stylish apartment has recently been renovated to a high standard with its own private balcony off the open plan living room and kitchen to enjoy the spectacular Pembrokeshire sunsets. From the town to the A4076 along Hamilton Terrace onto Victoria Road. Just before the roundabout turn left onto Nelson Quay, Orion House is on the right hand side opposite foam and the carpark.

This top floor beautifully furnished apartment sleeps six across three bedrooms with views over looking the Marina and being surrounded with views and restaurants in the heart of Pembrokeshire what is not to love.

As you enter the apartment you enter the hallway. On the right you have a twin bedroom and then a double bedroom. At the end of the hallway you have the family bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin.

As you leave the hallway you enter an open plan lounge, kitchen and diner. The kitchen has everything you would need from a Nespresso machine to a dishwasher and washer/dryer. All the cooking utensils are provided.
The lounge has plenty of room for you all to relax across three large velvet sofas. Take your pick wether you gaze out of the french door windows over looking the Marina or to watch the 55 inch flat screen T.V. The dining area offers seating for six.

Up the stairs from the lounge you find an open mezzanine homing a king sized double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

Please note: One well behaved dog is welcome on request but is not to be left alone or allowed on any furniture.

This top floor beautifully furnished apartment sleeps six across three bedrooms with views over looking the Marina and being surrounded with views and restaurants in the heart of Pembrokeshire what is not to love.

As you enter the apartment you enter the hallway. On the right you have a twin bedroom and then a double bedroom. At the end of the hallway you have the family bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin.

As you leave the hallway you enter an open plan lounge, kitchen and diner. The kitchen has everything you would need from a Nespresso machine to a dishwasher and washer/dryer. All the cooking utensils are provided.
The lounge has plenty of room for you all to relax across three large velvet sofas. Take your pick wether you gaze out of the french door windows over looking the Marina or to watch the 55 inch flat screen T.V. The dining area offers seating for six.

Up the stairs from the lounge you find an open mezzanine homing a king sized double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

Please note: One well behaved dog is welcome on request but is not to be left alone or allowed on any furniture.

The space
The annexe/flat is the basement of our house, so we do live above (it cannot be accessed this way and is completely seperate) We’re not a noisy family at all, but we do have a little dog who will probably want to meet you. She’s harmless enough but does like to tell you she’s there. Our garden is also infront of the flat, it’s a tiered garden and we do enjoy using it. It’s quite private and you might not even see us at all. You will have exclusive use of the decked area surrounding the flat.
The flat has a separate access via the side of the house (the steps are a little steep) so it’s no good for people with disabilities or impaired mobility.
Being situated infront of a jetty and now with the lifeboat here too, you will hear the boat engines fire up, coming in and going out.

We are new to air BnB, we have launched the flat as it’s completely ready, however the drive is still to be resurfaced. There is plenty of parking but it it’s a little uneven/stoney/gravel. There’s no work being carried out at the moment.
We are a young family and we do have neighbours, so we please ask you to respect this whilst with us.

Flat 2 Hazelbank House, is a self contained , two bedroom second floor apartment in a small coastal Pembrokeshire village. With views of the sea , it’s just a two minute walk to the beach , the pub and The Milford Haven Waterway. A private courtyard is situated to the rear of the property as is a dedicated off road car parking bay. Self contained, luxury awaits discerning guests seeking easy access to the Pembrokeshire National Park, beautiful beaches and surrounding County towns and villages.

The property has just undergone a complete renovation , modernisation and has been beautifully furnished with all the creature comforts to make your stay feel very special.

Although we’re dog lovers ourselves, Flat 2 Hazelbank House isn’t available to pets. Flat 1 Hazelbank House is however, so check availability there if you want to visit with your fury friends. Both apartments, when booked together would make a perfect extended family accommodation combination.

Close by are lovely boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. You are also just a short drive away from some of Pembrokeshire's incredible beaches such as Marloes Sands, Broad Haven, and Newgale. The popular seaside resort of Tenby is 19 miles away and there are a plethora of other visitor attractions within easy reach.

Through the entrance is two double room and a family bathroom. To the rear of the apartment is an open plan with kitchen, diner and sitting room. There is a balcony off the sitting room overlooking the Milford Haven Marina.

All Holiday Homes within Pembrokeshire must abide by new Waste Regulations from April 2024. It is your responsibility to ensure all refuse is segregated for recycling and ensure all waste is disposed of correctly.

Blue – Mixed paper, Cardboard, greeting cards and brown paper (Clear bag provided)

All rubbish is to be placed into appropriate bin bags provided.
All bags should be placed in allocated outdoor/wheelie bins provided on site. Your rubbish will be collected on your changeover and/or mid-service day.
Failure to comply with the instructions provided may result in an exit cleaning fee by NetLet Properties Ltd.

BREAKAGES AND DAMAGE
If there are any accidents or incidences during your stay, please contact us as soon as possible. As soon as it has been reported we will arrange to fix or replace what has been broken or damaged.

STANDARDS
On your arrival if the standards are not to the property specification. We require this to be reported within the first 24-hours of your arrival to allow NetLet to address these areas. This report can be made in writing to: or via phone: Any issues raised outside of this initial 24-hour period would require a formal investigation and could therefore cause delays.

MAINTENANCE
If any basic maintenance is required to be carried out during your stay, we will provide 24 hours’ notice. In this case we ask all guests when leaving the property for the day to always keep the keys in the key safe for ease of entry to the property is access is needed. You will always be informed before a member of NetLet enter the property during your stay.

MID-SERVICE STAYS
Any bookings longer that 10 days in any of our properties will require a mid-service stay. Bookings for 3-4 weeks long will have this service carried out once a week. 

We require entry to the property to refresh all bedding, towels, bathmats, tea towels and oven gloves. This service is mandatory and will be arranged with the office for a set day along with a timeframe. We will need the property keys to be left in the key safe for our housekeepers to gain access to carry out this service. This service is to ensure the property is serviced once a week and you have fresh bedding for the duration of your stay. All guidelines will be followed, and PPE worn if required.
