Thank you for viewing our apartment and in these uncertain times we wanted to inform you of changes we have made to our booking and cleaning policies.
The first change is that new guests will be unable to arrive until 15:00 on the same day as guests depart, this will ensure we have sufficient time to implement our revised cleaning and sanitising policies. The second change is that the facility to "instant book" has been temporarily suspended, this policy will be reviewed when appropriate.
Whilst we have always prided ourselves on the cleanliness of the apartment we have implemented the following procedures to enhance that. We have based this upon guidance from Public Health Wales: our Holiday Let Insurers and Home and Away:

1. Wooden floors will be steam cleaned between stays
2. All surfaces, furniture and devices such as remote controls etc will be cleaned and sanitised
3. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils will be cleaned, regardless if they had been used or not
4. Bedding and towels will be washed at a temperature of at least 60 degrees
5. Door handles, key safes and other high use areas will be cleaned and then sanitised
6. Particular attention will be given to sanitising the bathroom area
7. We will endeavor to provide disposable paper towels, hand sanitiser etc for your personal use, there will also be a range of sanitising cleaning materials provided
8. Weather permitting; windows will be left open as this will help reduce disinfectant odours that some guests may be allergic to

For the foreseeable future it is possible that not all attractions will be open, so we suggest you check before booking if traveling for a specific event/attraction.

Situated overlooking the marina with lovely views from the Juliette Balcony in the Living Room. A range of restaurants, pub, shops, museum, library and bowling alley within 2 minutes walk. A large Supermarket and other shops within 10 minutes walk. Beautiful beaches of Little Haven, Broadhaven 10 minutes by car. Historic towns of Tenby and St. David's 20 minutes by car. Centrally located for access to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, children's attractions such as Oakwood and Folly Farm are within a 25-minute drive. Our apartment is spacious, bright and modern. The prestigious award winning Torch Theatre is a ten-minute walk offering both theatre productions and cinema, a few times a year films are shown in an outside cinema. From April to September boat trips operate from the marina to surrounding areas.

The marina holds events during June to celebrate Pembrokeshire Fish Week with a range of stalls serving fresh fish and other attractions. During November a renowned Jazz Festival is held in Tenby, attracting musicians from around the world.

A beautifully presented two bed apartment overlooking the picturesque marina with breathtaking views across the Milford Haven waterways. This stylish apartment has recently been renovated to a high standard with its own private balcony off the open plan living room and kitchen to enjoy the spectacular Pembrokeshire sunsets. The apartment benefits from a king size bed and a super king bed in the second bedroom which can be made into twin beds if needed.

Close by are lovely boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. You are also just a short drive away from some of Pembrokeshire's incredible beaches such as Marloes Sands, Broad Haven, and Newgale. The popular seaside resort of Tenby is 19 miles away and there are a plethora of other visitor attractions within easy reach.

Tescos supermarket is a short walk away and there's a local cinema/theatre in the town centre. Milford Haven is a good base to explore all that Pembrokeshire has to offer. You are within easy reach of Blue Flag Beaches, visitor attractions such as Oakwood and Folly Farm, plus the county town of Haverfordwest is only 8 miles away.

Getting there

From the town to the A4076 along Hamilton Terrace onto Victoria Road. Just before the roundabout turn left onto Nelson Quay, Orion House is on the right hand side opposite foam and the carpark.

This top floor beautifully furnished apartment sleeps six across three bedrooms with views over looking the Marina and being surrounded with views and restaurants in the heart of Pembrokeshire what is not to love.

As you enter the apartment you enter the hallway. On the right you have a twin bedroom and then a double bedroom. At the end of the hallway you have the family bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin.

As you leave the hallway you enter an open plan lounge, kitchen and diner. The kitchen has everything you would need from a Nespresso machine to a dishwasher and washer/dryer. All the cooking utensils are provided.
The lounge has plenty of room for you all to relax across three large velvet sofas. Take your pick wether you gaze out of the french door windows over looking the Marina or to watch the 55 inch flat screen T.V. The dining area offers seating for six.

Up the stairs from the lounge you find an open mezzanine homing a king sized double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

Please note: One well behaved dog is welcome on request but is not to be left alone or allowed on any furniture.
