Security deposit of €150 euro will be requested on arrival and will be returned once the apartment is let in the condition it was found.
Electricity is charged at €5 per day in July and August and €7 per day for the rest of the year.

Bed linen and towels supplied but we recommend you bring extra towels.
Parking charge of €25 per stay.
Recycling must be removed from the property and can be disposed of located in the public car park opposite Tides pub.

Groups of kids tend to congregate late at night in the public seating area adjacent to the bedroom windows and they can get pretty noisy but otherwise, I can't fault the property, the location or the service offered.
