In the apartment there are tea and coffee making facilities, fresh fruits, wi-fi, even a record player with loads of LP's to play!
There is also a sitting room which has two sofas (one a day bed with 2 single mattresses), table and chairs, SmartTV/DVD, Netflix. With loads of books and games to play, it is the perfect room to chill out in and will sleep 2 people comfortably.
A compact utility area contains a small kitchenette with full oven, hob,sink,toaster,fridge, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The adjacent bathroom area contains a shower, sink and WC. PLEASE NOTE This area is small and may be a bit cramped for 4 people.
You also have use of the chill out shed which has a sofa, books and games etc. Great extra space to spread out into!
Its all about the location as we are adjacent to the fabulous Waterford Greenway and you can be walking or cycling to the beach, the town or the pub in seconds! The beautiful Clonea Strand beach is at the end of our road (ten minute walk!) and all of Dungarvan's attractions are within 10 minutes drive. One minute away is the fabulous Railway Cottage cafe which is open late during summer months!
