The apartment is unusual as it’s semi circular in shape and is on the top floor of the building.It has over 1100sq ft of living space.You can access the apartment by the lift or walk the two flights of stairs.It has three good sized bedrooms.The master bedroom has an en-suite,the second bedroom is beside the main bathroom,both the en-suite and the bathroom have power showers.The third bedroom has a sofa bed.The sofa bed is ideal for children but it is also big enough to sleep two adults.The third bedroom(when not used as a bedroom) doubles up as the second living room.It has a 40” television,a PlayStation,two couches and a nice view of the harbour.The kitchen/dining room is a good size,the kitchen area is small but is well equipped for ones stay.The kitchen table will comfortably accommodate six people.You have instant hot water and heating from the combi boiler.The living room is large,it has three couches,a 55”television and flooded with plenty natural light from three windows.In the hallway there is a cloakroom for coats and suitcases.Overall the apartment is very quiet,very warm and a very comfortable space.

The fully fitted kitchen is perfect for those who prefer to cook, with all the essentials you need to whip up a meal and settle in for a movie night. However If you prefer not to set the kitchen on fire I have some fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and pubs, including the best spot for a pint of Guinness ;)

The apartment features a double bedroom with super comfy mattress and a triple bunk bed bedroom, providing plenty of space for families or groups of friends.

The location could not have been better as it is in the heart of town minutes from the water and action. Not so great stuff

The bathroom is not modern, some of the decor is a bit dated and the wifi is not great running slow sometimes. Finally if you leave the window open there will be traffic noise as the bedroom faces the road.

All in all its a clean economical well situated apartment

The electricity bill with normal usage averages under two euros a day. Anything over four euros a day usage will be taken out of the deposit.

There is street parking with a parking disc near to the property (round the corner). A shop right there sells parking discs. Price is 2 euros per hour between 08:00 and 18:30 Sundays are free. Maximum period is two hours. Fine is 40 euros for breaking this.

There is a pub round the corner that serves food. There's a cafe at the bottom of the road that does a good Irish breakfast.

Property secured by electronic gates. Apartment is adjoined to our family home, with a brand new kitchen and porch. Self check in available.

The space
You will find everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible with us ,from a well equipped kitchen , washing machine , clothes airer , comfortable bed to the little things like tea , coffee , milk and biscuits so you can settle in and enjoy a cuppa before deciding on what to do while enjoying Carrigaline . We have even frosted the lower parts of the windows for your privacy .
We are a family home first so total peace and tranquility or a yoga retreat during the day can’t be guaranteed but a good nights sleep and respect for our guests at night time can be , for everything else there is earplugs to make the outside world disappear.
We are very approachable and will do our very best to help with any requests you may have .
