Lovingly restored 1800's house right in Dungarvan town centre. This is our very loved three-storey family home with enclosed private garden and parking on site. Fabulous house for family gatherings and five minutes walk to Dungarvan square and access to the Greenway and beaches. WIFI throughout with three ensuites on the second floor and a three bedroom family suite with a bathroom on the top floor. The house has original floorboards and features from the 1800's. We have collected items from around the world and love spending long summer evenings in the garden which is fully enclosed by beautiful original walls.

Compact newly decorated double ensuite room with continental breakfast provisions provided. The accommodation comes with facilities for the secure and dry storage of bikes. With a host of added extras this accommodation has its own entrance and is a 15 minute walk to the centre of Dungarvan. This accommodation is 5 minute walk from Abbeyside beach and a 10 minute from Abbeyside cove. The Studio is 300 metres from an entrance to the Greenway.

This studio is located in a residential area in Abbeyside. The ensuite contains a variety of toiletries . The mini fridge contains milk, water, juices, cheese, yogurts, jams and butter. There is a microwave,toaster, kettle, coffee machine in the studio. Also provided are a variety of coffee pods and tea bags. Fruit and cereal packages will be available in the studio. There are no cooking facilities . There is a smart TV with basic channels in the studio. Entry to the studio door is through the front side gate attached to the house which leads to a 15 metre long covered area ( 1 metre width) which contains a table and chairs. . This area provides dry storage for bicycles. There is a retractable clothes rack and clothes line in this area. The centre of Dungarvan is a 15 minute walk from this property and the beach a 5 minute walk. An entrance to the Greenway cycle track is 300 meters from the studio.

Guests will access the property via a gate attached to the front of the House. This leads to a 15 metre long area ( 1 metre wide) .The door to the studio is in this area with the key box on the wall to the right of this door. The code must be used to open and close this box which will contain a key for the studio and gate padlock. Additional keys are in the studio.

Other things to note
The door to the studio is self locking from the outside. When the door is closed, a key is needed to access the studio from the outside. There is a padlock for the security of bicycles. This lock attaches to both the front and rear of the entrance gate. This ensures that the bicycles are safe if you are in the studio or away from the property. The main light switch in the studio is to the right of the internal door.

We are less than 1km from Dungarvan Town centre, just 500metres to the closest beach and if hiking is on the agenda, it is only a 10minute drive to hiking trails of the Comeragh mountains.

The beautiful Clonea Strand beach is at the end of our road (ten minute walk!) and all of Dungarvan's attractions are within 10 minutes drive. One minute away is the fabulous Railway Cottage cafe which is open late during summer months!
