When we spoke to him about the inaccuracy of the listing, Justin became defensive and was started shouting at us. "

We had the best time at the City Bar below the apartment, hanging out with some locals and getting a true Irish experience. Jimmy sang for us with everyone joining in the chorus! We met Nicky, an artist who had painted the Halloween pictures on the windows of the bar, Amanda, our bar tender was super nice and introduced me to my new favorite drink, Baby Guinness! The renovation was carefully carried out to retain the character of the Lodge with its high ceilings and thick walls, but with all modern comforts added.
There are 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with twin beds that can be put together ( on request) to form a superking bed. We can supply a travel cot and high chair on request. There's plenty to do and see in the area.
The Rock of Cashel is close by as well as many other historic attractions. In the local area there are golf courses, race tracks, hill and montain walking, local artisan foods and plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs to keep everyone entertained.
The Lodge is very centrally located and is a great base fro exploring ireland.

Our home was built in 1775 and is a unique oval shape. Situated in the town 1 min walk from town centre and 2 minute walk to Rock of Cashel. 1 kilometer from main Dublin Cork motorway. Our home is very central for visiting Cork Limerick Waterford and Kilkenny.

Car transport would be needed to explore the locality and beyond. Equally lots of lovely countryside to enjoy walks and picnics on your doorstep.

Other things to note
There is a boat stationed in the garden to the rear of the house. The boat and this part of the garden is unfortunately out of bounds to guests. However there is ample room away from this area, both front and back for outdoor activities etc.

The space
4 bedroom house but only 2 bedrooms are available, one bedroom is reserved and one is a laundry drying room, for now! This is house is new build; full of brightness with sun shining through the stunning m south facing kitchen in the mornings! Upstairs and downstairs bathroom where hot water is always constant for showers after your hiking concludes! Relax in the evening in the living room with a 55” tv screen to catchup on all of your favourite Netflix shows

All rooms are accessible except one of the bedrooms which is reserved for owner! This room is not accessible and will be locked! Besides that all other areas are accessible!

A code for the key-box will be shared 1 -2 hours prior to your arrival

The space
The house has been completely renovated with all new furniture and fittings.
The ground floor is spacious and modern with a open plan living room with open access to kitchen/dining room.
The ground floor is finished with oak flooring throughout and painted in light blue and white.

The furniture and fittings are cool and luxurious with original artwork on the walls.

Upstairs is finished with soft velvet fabric and grey carpets. The rooms are compact and include all essential items for your holiday needs.

The bathroom is light and airy and finished in modern white and chrome with a sliding door.

The kitchen is stylish and includes stainless steel appliances and a full range of accessories .

Double doors allow access to the secluded courtyard garden patio, which is surrounded by old stone walls, which have been planted.

There is a down stairs bed room with a bathroom that’s very convenient for elderly .
