Located on a quiet country lane with ¾ acre (0.3 hectares), of landscaped gardens on an elevated site. Five minutes walk from a long quiet beach, where seals and dolphins can sometimes be seen from the shore. Please note it is a steep decline/incline to this beach, but there are many other sandy beaches which are located within a short drive from the house, including the beach used in the filming of Saving Private Ryan (Curracloe beach).

The house consists of a main bedroom (en-suite), with a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a double and single bed. The third bedroom has a double bed. The living room has a large window with sea views, a wood-burning stove, a TV and DVD. player. There is a large dining room with sea views and a separate kitchen/diner. The front conservatory has comfortable seating and also has wonderful sea views. The side conservatory has a gas barbecue and outside dining is possible with a table and chairs available for when the weather is warm and bright, in what is known as Ireland’s “Sunny South East”.

The garden is securely fenced and is not overlooked. Pets are welcome. The small village of Blackwater with a small supermarket, pubs etc. is two kilometers from the house. Great fishing is available locally, as well as horse-riding stables and Blackwater’s Par 3 golf course. the house is located very close to the beautiful scenic Wexford Walking Trail.

Wexford town is also within an easy commute, with many restaurants, cinemas, an Opera House (which hosts all types of music and performance including Opera), swimming pools, health shops and much more.

Recently renovated from the moment you arrive the peace and tranquility is surreal. The views of the landscape from the enormous windows are breathtaking. This house has its own personality which envelopes you from the moment you enter. Watch the sun set behind the blackstairs mountain while sipping your wine on the veranda, conservatory or garden. Lots of privacy in this beautiful house with all the amenities of home. Enjoy fresh scones and bread on arrival. Within walking distance of the local pub and shop. For people wanting to escape the stresses of modern living, you won't find a more scenic relaxing home. If you are a walking/ biking enthusiats this place will be your paradise. The Range is a delightful, semi-detached cottage, situated next to the owner’s own farmhouse, just 3.5 miles from Enniscorthy, in County Wexford and can sleep eight people. This cottage is set mostly over the ground floor and has a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a family room with a double and a single with an en-suite shower cubicle, a ground floor twin bedroom with an additional single bed on the upper mezzanine level (accessed via stairs in the room), a shower room, a ground floor basin and WC, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area (seats 6) and sitting area with an open fire, a utility and a sun room (seats 6). Outside there is off road parking for five cars, a lawned garden to the front with furniture and a rear, shared garden. The Range is an ideal base for your Irish holiday. Note: The owner’s horses and cows are situated in the fields next to the cottage. Note: Cottage may be suitable for wheelchair users and accompanied disabled. Beautiful refurbished cottage, outside Enniscorthy Town. 5 minute drive to Enniscorthy and 15 Minutes to Wexford Town. This newly renovated cottage is attached to the main residence but has its own private entrance and parking

This is a newly renovated cottage attached to our main house with its own parking and private entrance. Downstairs consist of a very spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and main bathroom. Upstairs consists of two bedrooms and a small bathroom.
Outside you have access to a large garden.
