- "If you're needing a clean room for one person for a night at the golf course, this would be great. But if you have 2 people with 2 small suitcases for a couple nights, I might look for something bigger. No place to put anything. Couldn't leave our cases open (not even one at a time) and could hang only a couple things. Could barely walk around the bed. Bathroom is tight too, but it had shower supplies. We could hear talking from the other rooms. Common use refrigerator was in the hall. The restaurant at the golf clubhouse didnt appear to have standard hours. It was closed our first night for an event, when we needed a quick bite after a long travel day. The town of Tramore and the coast is lovely though. Restaurants and beach close by. Enjoyed exploring the area. "

A beautiful stylish 3 storey apartment located directly on the sea front in Tramore. The entrance is at first floor level with external access via stairs. Both the kitchen and the living room boast the best views in Tramore. The kitchen opens onto a balcony which is ideal for relaxing and taking in the spectacular views. Within walking distance of all amenities including the Lady's Slip access onto the beach, the amusements, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and much more. Secure private parking.

The accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms, a single bedroom on the first floor, a double bedroom on the second floor and on the third floor, a large mezzanine bedroom with a king size bed.
On the first floor level a beautiful deigned kitchen opens out onto a balcony overlooking the beach. On the second floor the double height living room overlooks the beach through large patio doors with a Juliette balcony. There are two bathrooms, one with a walk in shower. Sleeps 5 guests.

Located in the heart of Tramore and minutes walk to Tramore's famous Blue Flag Beach, this exceptional spacious 7 bedroom house offers Golfers, Surfers, Walkers, Familes and extended family a great opportunity to holiday together in comfort. With bedrooms on each of the three levels, the house caters for all ages. For added comfort and privacy, each bedroom is equipped with an en-suite bathroom.

I moved here over 20 years ago when I was lucky enough to meet and marry a local Tramore girl. I enjoy the coastline daily, either swimming or kayaking in the ocean or going for long beach walks. I am only too happy to help others enjoy the Copper Coast with suggestions and ideas to suit all tastes and levels of experience.

The house is within easy reach of a pint, a fine dinner, getting the shopping or getting away from it all. Just stroll out the door and you are on the beach in 5 minutes (Majestic Hotel, Splashworld, Cafes, Aldi etc all nearby)

Best driving tip is drop off the car in the driveway and enjoy your holiday, everything is in easy reach on foot.
Or I can suggest several day trips in the area by car.

You can drop your car in the drive on arrival and walk everywhere if you wish. The beach is a short walk away and Splashworld is even closer. I recommend walking to "The Vic" on Queen Street for drinks, music and food. Just 5 minutes away this has to be one of the best pubs in Ireland!
Tramore is developing a thriving Cafe and Restaurant scene, Mezze, Vee Bistro, Seagull Bakery, Brooklyn, Mollys Cafe to name a few, all within a short walking distance.

This is a cosy holiday home full of character where you can really relax and enjoy your holiday.
There is a private enclosed rear garden with a patio and BBQ facilities for those summer evenings with family and friends.
The house is located in a quiet residential area, conveniently located to supermarkets, shops, pubs and restaurants.
You can access the Deise Greenway and The Copper Coast UNESCO Geopark easily from this location.
Public Bus (route 360) directly behind the property linking Tramore to Waterford City, located on the main road behind the house (see access lane to main road).
You can walk to Main Street in 5 minutes from the house. When going to the beach I would recommend bringing the car, especially with kids as there is a steep hill to climb coming home. Note: Car Parking Pay Zones at the beach.

Option to rent additional space adjacent to the property for an extra fee. This comprises of a bedroom (double and a single bed) a bathroom and a kitchenette. Also has a separate entrance and tiny garden space.

Tai Chi house is designed to enable you to wake up to rising sun. It is a place of tranquility, being a home that we have used for 50 years, therefore has some quirks from the 1970s and showing a little wear and tear. The garden is a great hit with guests that have children and can be a place for the whole family; when the weather is fine you can eat outdoors. The sylvian setting is a place for nesting and perching birds and foxes, hares and rabbits can be seen in the adjoining fields.
It enables you to enjoy a dual aspect from many of the rooms, in particular sit back and watch the sun drop over Sugarloaf Hill a mile or two away in Butlerstown.
Waterford and Tramore are almost equidistant, provide culture and historic town and city walks, the old Viking Centre, the Waterford Crystal works and Visitor Centre, and the Royal Theatre. Opera lovers will inform you of its unique acoustics. Players will tell the unique atmosphere Red Kettle and other theatre groups have achieved in this fine hall.

Trá Mór in Gaelic, means big strand. Tramore has a beautiful 5 km sandy beach with plenty of sand dunes and cliff walks. The copper coast tour and greenway is nearby. The town itself is built on a hill that slopes down to the strand. The long, rolling waves in Tramore make it a good spot for nature lovers and water sports.

The beachfront promenade has a leisure park with outdoor mini golf and attractions. There’s also indoor entertainment on the promenade and traditional fish and chips.

Local food includes seaweed bread, ‘oaties’ and exceptional coffee from the Seagull Bakery. Toms or The Vee for a nice full Irish Breakfast. Mezze for Middle Eastern cuisine. Mollys for take away coffee on seafront. In the evening The Vic pub has an outdoor sheltered seating area for pints and great pub grub. The Beach House has fine dining and needs to be booked in advance.

Nearby places include Grow HQ, a healthy eco friendly place for daytime food, great to take children. In Waterford City try a ‘Burza’ a novelty restaurant that serves a burger in a pizza. Highly recommend Waterford Castle for fine dining or a nice more casual bar meal. Take a short drive and your car across the water on the small free boat. Suggest phone in advance to check no functions are on. There’s a booklet in the hallway for other day trips and plenty to see and do.

A smart architect renovated one bedroom coach house set in a quite location on private grounds in the sea side town of beautiful Tramore. This house is beside a larger period family home and is minutes walk to the town center, shops, restaurants, bars and Tramore's lovely beach and Donerail walk.

The space
This one bedroom house consists of a ground floor with entrance hall leading to living room with fully equipped kitchenette. There is also a downstairs toilet. A stairway leads to a spacious double bedroom with on-suite bathroom.

Our house is located on Tramore's most scenic drive, a few mins walk from the town, beach and world class swimming spots. It has a thatched pub, cafe/wine bar and artisan store within 5 mins walk. Tramore is the perfect location to explore the sunny south east, including its Viking heritage and the UNESCO Copper Coast .
Mary is a working host so may not always be present but is always available by text to answer any queries. Our private room is not en suite so guestswill share the main bathroom

The space
As our house sits along a cliff, there are beautiful coastal walks and access to deep water swimming spots. Kayaking/ paddle boarding and surfing are amongst the highlights that Tramore has to offer, please let us know if you need assistance to make any bookings

We ask guests to be mindful when booking that we are a family home. The bathroom will be shared and we do have a young family dog. The private space is away from the family bedrooms, but within the home, and while the home is not noisy, there will be ambient sounds of day to day activity

Centrally located to Tramore beach, in a safe and quiet residential estate. It's very near to the fun fair so the athmosphere and vibe of Tramore is experienced. Enjoy sunshine on the deck or sit out at night under the stars. Walk to the beach, have a swim or surf. Cook at home or eat out, there is excellent food in the many cafes and food trucks. Drive along the beautiful Waterford coastline where there are many coves and beaches. The space is best suited for no more than 2 people

The house has an open plan full kitchen, dining table and two chairs, plus two seater sofa and armchair. T.V has no channels but it has netflix and amazon prime. Sliding doors out to a small decking area with table and two chairs. Bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of drawers and wardrobes. Space around the bed is ample but would be tight enough for a travel cot. Bathroom has electric shower.

Plenty of space for 2 people. Not enough space for 2 adults and children, although some guests have asked to bring a baby or young toddler that is OK as long as they bring their own travel cot or blow up mattress and bedding and know that this limits the space further and so it may not be ideal.

Our house faces onto the green in a quiet and friendly community. It is spacious, bright and comfortable and has everything you would want or need, with patio areas at the front and back.

We are 10 mins walk from the prom, surf shops & cafes. A 5 minute walk from Splashworld & Aldi. 15 min walk from the town centre, amusements, pubs, restaurants, Seagull bakery, SuperValu, Library, Tesco. We are a short drive to start the copper coast and wonderful beaches. All details are in our handbook.

The space
Our home is in the Pebble Beach Private estate. We are an end house, in a quiet part of the estate with wide green spaces at the front and back. There are a number of playgrounds inside the estate for children to play in. Our home has 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom having an ensuite. The main bathroom has a bath. In our living room we have wood burning stove that radiates heat throughout the house during the cold season. Our kitchen is well equipped with all the necessities for cooking or baking. There is estate parking in front of the house, with enough space for 2+ cars.

Our home is a short walk to Tramore Strand, a 5km long beach with plenty of surf shops, cafés and amazing views of the coastline. Tramore Amusement and Leisure park is located at the promenade during the summer, with plenty of exciting rides and activities for all of the family. Even closer to our home is Splashworld, where you can go for a swim, access the gym, have a massage or relax in the sauna at very reasonable prices. A 15 minute walk will bring you into the town center where you can find many pubs, restaurants, bakeries and other activities, such as the serene Lafcadio Hearn Japanese Gardens. Driving 5 minutes along the coastline will bring you to the beautiful and refreshing Newtown and Guillamene swimming coves, located just off Cliff Road at the base of Newtown Head.

Mount Sylvan is perched on an elevated private site and has uninterrupted panoramic views of Tramore bay. Mount Sylvan has other attractions which include its privacy & within a 3 min walk from the boat pier & Tramore golf club, beach 10 min walk, swimming at Newtown Cove 10 min walk. Ritz pub & Pier Cafe/Restaurant 2 min walk. Mount Sylvan can be rented as an entire house . Beautiful garden, BBQ area all with sea views.

Mt Sylvan was built in 1913 and has many characteristic features, including an original pitch pine staircase, together with having a fireplace in each of the four bedrooms as well as the main sitting room. The kitchen has an electric oven & microwave. At the side of the house is a raised decking area with privacy & stunning sea views.
