Carrygerry Country House was built in 1793 and was a private residence up until 1988 when it was restored and renovated into a beautiful Country House Hotel. Nestled in a picturesque area less than 10minutes from Shannon International Airport, Carrygerry Country House boasts wonderful views of the River Shannon and surrounding pastures.

The proprietors Niall & Gillian Ennis fell in love with the charm of the house and purchased it in 2003. Both coming from the hospitality industry Carrygerry Country House was the perfect opportunity for them to showcase their expertise. With Niall's many years of experience as a Head Chef and Gillian's hospitality background along with a great team of long serving staff they have achieved a wonderful reputation for their food and friendly welcome. Other things to note
Shadow and Luna are fully house trained and are gentle, loving and much loved cats! They call the cabin home also. They can only access the cabin by invitation or an open window. They leave through the microchipped cat flap littering well away from the grounds.
