- "The cottage was beautiful. We thought the pictures looked too good to be true but if anything the cottage was even better. The hosts were very helpful and left us some great treats. The cottage was located well for trips out to newmarket, Cambridge and Burty St Edmunds. Also good for local walks. The garden was beautiful and we were treated to a moorhen and her two chicks on the pond. Only negative was internet access. We had a little on the first evening and last day but nothing inbetween. Not a big issue .. good to learn to live without it."

This house has 5 bedrooms and can very comfortably sleep 10 adults plus 2 children on smaller guest beds.

- "The Mayfair provided us with the perfect place to stay for a gathering of family and friends whilst celebrating our daughter and son in law’s wedding celebration at a venue a few miles away. The big light & spacious, well-equipped kitchen/dining/ sitting area was absolutely ideal for us all to eat and relax together. This is clearly a well-appointed new property but the reason for our four stars and not five is that we feel there are a few finishing touches it really needs to warrant its high end specification. Proper signage from the road would help save last minute confusion when looking for the property. The bedrooms are stark without bedside lamps (there was only one and there are six bedrooms). The three rooms which share the family bathroom would benefit from mirrors and consistency of towel, bathmat and extra pillow provision throughout would make for a more welcoming feel. The kitchen is very well equipped but a garlic press, bread knife and a cafetière or filter coffee facility would be helpful. The nespresso machine had no pods on offer which was a shame. Other than these small but, we feel, important points we had a fabulous weekend and would recommend this property to anyone wanting to share time with family and friends."

A very quiet and clean bedroom available in a bungalow, situated in the Suffolk village of Exning; with three friendly pubs which serve food and real ales. Convenient location for Cambridge,both Newmarket racecourses, Tattersalls,Rossdales Equine hospital the A14 and A11 and A142 for University City of Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds and Ely.

A quiet double room. The property is in a cul-de-sac with ample parking in a very quiet and safe village. All three pubs are in walking distance as well as the village shop and Church.

We have lived in Newmarket for around 40 years, so we have extensive knowledge of restaurants shops and other facilities and events in Newmarket and nearby Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds.

Ground floor room in a rural, charming little suffolk village. 15 minutes drive to Newmarket, 30 minutes to cambridge. 20 minutes to bury st edmunds. A quiet friendly family home. private room with ensuite. Our dining area if required accessible till 19.00. ground floor access only. Second floor prohibited. At the end of your stay both doors to your accommodation are to be locked. My place is close to Newmarket races , town centre , horse racing gallops , Cambridge . My place is good for solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). This is a great Private room with wet room , twin beds and a camp bed for a third guest . plus kitchen area with the essentials kettle , toaster , microwave , fridge , it also has a single electric hob . It is a quiet location and separate from the main house , there is a back gate entrance ,use car park in scaltback drive.

Self contained area , very quiet .just wanted to say , this building is completely isolated and you have your own entrance, with all you need in the accommodation. It is more like a studio area space , all open plan . Has bunk beds and a small single sofa bed .
