Shower is uncomfortable(shower head is installed in awkward position in a bath tube). - "Great location!" - "This is a massive apartment. The lounge is about 6m x 6m and all it has in it is a TV and a double sofa bed. Excellent kitchen facilities and comfortable table & seating for 6. Only down side is the beds - 2 double beds (1 in each bedroom) and the double sofa bed (the only sofa in the place) - we are a family of 5 so 2 of our teenagers had to share a double bed - such a shame given the massive space available. We often stay in places marketed as for more people to get the space. If this place was mine I'd add another table in the kitchen (there's plenty of room for one) and 2 more sofa beds and you could market this place as sleeping 10, making it very comfortable for 6 or 7."

When we contacted the service number and e-mail (on a twice-daily basis), we got the response that somebody would come and fix the problems, bring some chairs and fix the Wi-Fi. However, for the duration of our five-night stay, nothing happened. We got some e-mails saying that they were doing everything they could to sort it out, but again, no one showed up and fixed the issues. This place needs to step up on their maintenance to live up to its potential. Not sure about the emergency exit regulations in Belgium, but to open the emergency exit, you needed to unlock two separate locks with your key in a manner that did not make us feel very safe. "

The property would need to be refurbished, there is a very strong and awful smell in the staircase up to the flats and the our shower did not have a curtain so the bathroom was quite mouldy. The kettle was broken, we informed the management upon arrival but never heard back from them. Their check in time is very late (after 4pm). "
