Before settling in and making yourself comfortable, I'd like to let you know the house rules of the house.
Understanding and respecting it will allow everyone to have a comfortable and pleasant stay!
A careful reading of the house rules ensures that you do not have unpleasant requests for compensation after your departure, via the booking site:
• Treat this house with the same respect as your own.

PARTIES ARE FORBIDDEN.
• The accommodation is non-smoking, compensation
500€ for cleaning the smell of fabrics
in case of non-compliance.

Pets are allowed in the listing(fee) but are not allowed in the bedrooms and sofa.
A compensation of €500 will be requested for the cleaning of the mattresses and the sofa , in case of non-compliance.

• In case of accidental damage, this can happen. It is essential to keep us informed immediately.

• I hope you have a good time during your stays! However, I would appreciate it if you were not to throw parties, to invite unknown people to book, and to pay attention to noise out of respect for the neighbors.

• On the day of your outing, cleaning and cleaning of linens is included in your reservation. However, the used dishes must be clean and garbage taken out
• The key is to be put back in the key box.

Our house is located in a small village typical of the North. You have the walking paths nearby but also the city of Cambrai to 5 min.
The house: ecological, wooden and passive with unmatched comfort. Bright, warm and welcoming, you will enjoy the tranquility and tranquility of the countryside.
The city: historical medieval city (underground, monuments ...), on a human scale, has all the urban conveniences (theater, cinema, park ...) whose specialty is ... stupidity!

The space
Room located upstairs with private bathroom equipped with a bath, a washbasin and wc.
The bed is 140x200 with a duvet and sheets provided.
Towels are provided.
Possibility to use the washing machine and the linen to extend the linen.
Possibility of using an iron.
The whole house is parquet. We would therefore like shoes to be removed at the entrance.

We prepare to eat for travelers (according to our schedule).

We give advice on the tourist places of the surroundings and we can make visit the village and the surroundings if our schedule allows it.

Other things to note
The driveway of the house can accommodate several vehicles.
We have a double bed but we can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to a convertible sofa (2 pers.) and a sofa (1 pers.). Be careful, the sofa bed is vintage (over 50 years) but in perfect condition. Nevertheless, it is rather advised to children unless you want to join in the middle ;)
Internet access in the house by Wifi or Ethernet.
220V external electrical outlet for electric cars.
Of course the house is non-smoking.

Enjoy a pleasant room in a green and peaceful setting, 5 minutes from Caudry and 15 minutes from Cambrai.
The room is perfectly equipped with cozy bedding, a breakfast area, desk and TV.
The setting is warm and soothing. We light the fireplace when it gets cold. Guests can enjoy the outdoor spaces, real green spaces, observe the chickens and ducks...

Welcome to our pretty 1930 house just a 10-minute walk from downtown, in a quiet area.
The room is very comfortable and has been recently renovated. It is equipped with a double bed, Wi-Fi, a desk, and a wardrobe. We can add a single bed for a 3rd person.
We'll be happy to share our common areas like the kitchen and garden with you.
