Most staff speak some English which is good when you are tired after a long journey and seem to have forgotten any french you knew. The beds was lovely and comfortable and the French external blinds cut out noise and light for a peaceful sleep. The room and ensuite bathroom are clean. The breakfast is continental with plenty to choose from and includes cereal, yoghurt and fruit. There were some eggs, bacon and sausages and a toaster. Coffee very good from the machine. There is also tea and hot chocolate available although no drink making facilities in the rooms. There is no lift to rooms on the second and third floors but there are a few ground floor rooms. Staff will help you with your bags if required."

Comfortable, clean, close to the rail station and close to the main square where all the shops, cafes and restaurants are. Staff were welcoming and helpful although it does help if you can speak a bit of French as only one person speaks fluent English. Very helpful in helping to organise a bit of additional travel for me and ensure it all went well. Hotel felt safe for a woman travelling solo - there was always someone on the front desk. If you fancy splashing out a little bit of money, do eat in the hotel's restaurant - one of the best meals I've had. Three courses and wine for 47 euros. Beds were big and comfortable, bathroom (shower only) was sparkling clean and modern. Didn't try breakfast in the hotel as there are some amazing bakeries open at 8.00am well within walking distance. If you have a road side room there is a little bit of traffic noise in the evening, but it's all quiet by 11pm and it didn't disturb me (but then I am from London!). Would really recommend the Mouton Blanc and am definitely planning a return visit at some point. "
