- "Firstly this b&b is most certainly NOT in a rural location as described by Expedia and is definitely NOT multilingual. Just the one member of ‘staff’. The b&b is in the city centre and surrounded by buildings. The only parking is on street - if your lucky. The place does not have its own ‘free parking’ at all. We arrived at b&b at 20.00 after booking our room at 13.30 on the same day to find no one there. Proprietor eventually appeared from property next door as we phoned him and he had no idea he was to expect us ( he hadn’t checked his emails that day) but we’d had our confirmation email! . The room hadn’t been prepared at all. The proprietor was very embarrassed by the situation but he was helpful and courteous. He did prepare the room adequately , it was clean and tidy and we did have a good nights sleep apart from people talking outside our window. The b&b decor was very ‘different’ , a very eclectic taste but not for us unfortunately . Expedia need to be very careful about their descriptions- the location in particular here was very disappointing as we had wanted a rural location. The rest of the issues just added to the debacle."
