Perfect centrally located modern spacious 2nd floor apartment ( in a block of only 4 apartments) - within a minute of the Beach and Pier. There is NO LIFT, stairs only - No sea views as all rooms overlook town centre and car park.

The Blue Cottage a delightful small dwelling set in a surprisingly large rose filled garden. Stepping inside the cottage was truely a “wow” moment. The interior was striking. Simple but beautifully designed with everything necessary for a self catered stay. The plants and colour coordinated ornamental accessories gave a wonderful “ at home” feeling. Everything was sparklingly clean. Fresh towels on a heated towel rail and a very comfortable bed made for a quite luxurious stay."

119 Middle Street is a Grade II listed property built around 1850's. In its history it has been a baker’s and confectioner's shop, a drapery and fancy goods shop and a provision and cooked meats store! This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom holiday home is perfect for families, or friends looking for a break to escape reality by the calming coast. Dogs are more than welcome, the owners have kindly requested that dogs are not allowed upstairs and there is a stair gate installed for that purpose. The decor has a homely nautical feel throughout the three floors, perfect theming as it is located parallel to the seafront. The location is brilliant, as well is being a pebble throw away from the sea, Deal high street is only a minute's walk away.

The moment you step into 119 Middle Street you will feel totally at home. The 3 bedroom cottage has been very thoughtfully decorated throughout, with colourful artwork, comfy fluffy cushions and attractive furniture. The cottage is an ideal place to visit any time of the year. In the winter you can light the log burner in the sitting room to make it warm and cosy; in the summer you have a wonderfully pretty courtyard garden, where you can enjoy total privacy with seating and a BBQ.

Ground Floor
Upon entering the property you step into the cosy sitting room, housing stylish furniture, a log burner, smart TV (with Netflix) and a large comfy corner sofa - ready for those snug evening's in front of the fire. A step down takes you into a light dining area / kitchen with seating for 6. There are large patio doors from the kitchen to the private courtyard, providing beautiful natural light into the kitchen throughout the day. The well-equipped kitchen is fully fitted with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer - everything you need for preparing home cooked meals for the family to enjoy.

A good-sized light bedroom at the front of the house with a king size bed - (The mattresses on all the beds are Emma mattresses - luxury mattresses voted by Which guide as the best mattresses of 2019.) The room is filled with beautiful furniture and storage with built in cupboards that house plenty of hanging space.

Carrying on from the landing you step into a large relaxing bathroom in the eaves at the back of the property with a lovely big bath and overhead shower.
Just past the bathroom is another light, airy bedroom with a cosy feel. Two single beds and storage space perfect for children or friends.

Second Floor
A lovely bright master bedroom with a comfy chair by the window to take in the sea views to one side and views of the street on the other - a perfect spot to take time out and read a book. Again this bedroom has been beautifully decorated with stylish furniture, plants and artwork. This master bedroom also houses a gorgeous en-suite shower room, with hand basin and a WC.

Additional information
There are two Echo Dot's in the property - one in the kitchen and one in the master bedroom so guests can listen to the radio/music of their choice in these rooms.
Babies are welcome (there is a stair gate at the bottom of the stairs) and a travel cot is available upon request, as well as logs for the log burner.
