So gorgeous building, lovely room just beware if you need to unload or carry anything or expecting to eat. "

When we went down to the restaurant for dinner, Charlie and the female staff member ( sorry don’t know her name) were there to greet us, and serve our delicious meals and drinks. The friendly atmosphere of the pub is what I will always remember. I cannot recommend this place enough."

- "This was a wonderful Stay for us weary and weathered travellers. A perfect apartment with all mod cons and amenities. A comfy bed, two bathrooms, a great kitchen, nice living room and to top it all off, the added bonus of a large balcony. The apartment in the old Asylum, very reminiscent of a stately home, made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Robert was very helpful, kind and facilitated our stay a great deal. Dirty bathroom with only three towels for 5 persons. No toiletries although stated. No coffee etc. WiFi didn't work and TV in lounge was small considering it was the only TV for the family. Sofa old, chairs all stained. I have many pictures to evidence my disgust. Couldn't stay as too uncomfortable. They refused to refund me. BE WARNED, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY AND THIS COMPANY. Never felt so mistreated and advert misleading. When I did ring the office number they give you, I never got reply. I rang a mobile number I had for them and the man answered, "this is above my pay grade, ring the office". They have refused to communicate with me. "
