So gorgeous building, lovely room just beware if you need to unload or carry anything or expecting to eat. "

A comfy bed, two bathrooms, a great kitchen, nice living room and to top it all off, the added bonus of a large balcony. - "Dirty, no sheets or covers for sofa bed and quilt. Bed had springs sticking out and no mattress protectors on beds. Curtains on wires hanging off. Dirty bathroom with only three towels for 5 persons. No toiletries although stated. No coffee etc. WiFi didn't work and TV in lounge was small considering it was the only TV for the family. Sofa old, chairs all stained. I have many pictures to evidence my disgust. Couldn't stay as too uncomfortable. They refused to refund me. BE WARNED, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY AND THIS COMPANY. Never felt so mistreated and advert misleading. When I did ring the office number they give you, I never got reply. I rang a mobile number I had for them and the man answered, "this is above my pay grade, ring the office". They have refused to communicate with me. "

- "This was an absaloute nightmare from start to finish! Booked the stay earlier in the week, by the night before had still not received check in instructions. When chasing this up, were told they would not provide them until they received payment (which had been made to hotels.com at the time of booking). Spent at least two hours on hold during three phone calls to hotels.com on the day of check in, each time being assured that the problem would be resovled. Finally received the access codes at 4.30pm on the day (Check in was supposed to be from 3pm). On arrival, the couple that live within the other flat in the house, were in the process of moving in!! Had to wait for another while as they called the owner and moved their belongings back out again. Other issues (like the inner access code not working so having to leave it insecure with our belongings so that we could get back in, and wifi password being incorrect were also just par for the course). Never again there, or with hotels.com!!"

- "Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that check-in was not until 3. I was aware when check-in was but wanted the information ahead of arrival. When we arrived at 3.30 people were still present at the property. The WiFi did not work for the entirety of our stay. We booked for 5 people and only provided with 3 towels, one of which was still wet. There were no hand towels either. There were no bin bags in the bins and we couldn't find any in the property. The instructions in the property were to take the rubbish out, which we did but was not easy due to the lack of bin bags. "

The space
Our property is a ditched house at a cul de sac location with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at top floor. We have a Lounge, dining area and conservatory and a spacious kitchen in the ground floor. Also the property has a corridor and a WC in the ground floor with a generous size Garage. We can park Two cars in the driveway, one will be allocated to the guests. Our property also has a garden at the rear.

Guest access
Guests have access to their double sized bedroom, bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Guests are welcome to use kitchen if they wish to, prior notice is desired if you need full access, so that we can be prepared in advance. You are welcome to use the two seater table in the kitchen. Guests also can access garden whenever they wish.

Located in a cul de sac and can sometimes miss the entrance to it. If you are using navigation, look for an entrance to the right side after navigation ends. Right after the playground/field.
